Students understanding of the interdisciplinary relations on the topic of the role of vegetation in solar energy distribution and water content in the landscape

Presented thesis focuses on interdisciplinarity in teaching - interdisciplinary relations between biology and other natural sciences - physics, chemistry, geography and maths in correlation with the issue of the role of vegetation in the landscape. In relation, theoretical chapter partially concentrates on the role of vegetation in landscape, its position in Framework Educational Programme, problems of STEM education and the definition of other important terms.Aim of the thesis was to determine, how are pupils capable of apllying of interdisciplinary relations. Practical part sustains of obtaining the data through a survey using questionnaires. The intention was to find out how are the students familiar with the theme. in lower classes of multi-year grammar schools in the year of studies paralel to the ninth grade in primary school. Results of the questionnaire survey are summarized in conclusion part. The survey was led in verbal and graphic form and the results were used to determine the level of comprehension the interdisciplinary relations and their practical applications.
Educational computer game, its creation and use in teaching geochemistry

This diploma thesis is focused on the creation and use of educational computer games in teaching geochemistry at the second grade of primary school. The aim of this game is to pass on appropriate knowledge to students in an attractive way, to develop interdisciplinary relations, their internal motivation and key competences. The game is localized in well-known places of Šumava and the player is informed about its local geographical and historical attractions. The theoretical part is based on analysis of professional literature. Findings of this analysis are the theoretical framework of knowledge for the following practical part, in which the educational game is created and verified in practice. The research was conducted online and its results are discussed in the final part of the work. Based on the feedback from the students, possible modifications of the test version of the game were suggested.
Cultivation of mathematical literacy at the primary school level

The diploma thesis deals with the issue of the cultivation of mathematical literacy for first-grade primary education pupils. With this aim, several topics, they might encounter outside of school, have been methodically developed. Design research was used to meet the objectives of the work and for proving the functionality of the proposed preparations and then their subsequent modification. During the research, I used methods of observation, interview, questionnaire, and video studies. The theoretical section describes mathematical literacy, in particular, research results and projects to support it. The practical part describes the course of searching for reality-related teaching topics, their processing into preparations for experimental teaching, and verification in practice. The esearch highlights the importance of an educator's self-reflection and the influence of their teaching experience. It demonstrates the difficulty of finding the appropriate topics from ordinary life for adaptation into the tasks for first-grade pupils. As a result of the work, the adjusted verified preparations were created.

This diploma thesis concentrates on Interdisciplinary relationships and Integrated learning in the educational areas of Mathematics and its Applications and Arts and Culture. The aim of the diploma thesis is to prepare a set of exercises from the thematic area of geometry at Lower primary school, which integrates a selected curriculum in both educational areas. Exercises are focused on the concepts of symmetry, area of polygons and covering plains. Selected exercises are realized and verified in educational practice.

This diploma thesis deals with the topic of cross-curricular relationships between civics and geography in elementary school education. The aim of this work is to provide an overview of these interdisciplinary relations between both educational fields. This was achieved through a content analysis of the thematic units of the curriculum presented in the Framework Education Programme for Elementary Education. Based on the obtained data, the author designed eight model teaching units that were put into practice. Individual teaching units were subsequently evaluated. The main contribution of this work is finding numerous compatibility between both fields, which can be used in everyday pedagogical practice.
Experimental poetry in applied arts teaching for a second grade of primary school

The presented theoretical and project diploma thesis deals with the theme of the Czech experimental poetry of the 60s and 70s of the 20th century and its elaboration through an art - literary project at the 2nd grade of elementary school. The theoretical part gives a general insight into the issues of experimental poetry and project teaching, the project part in which the proposed project is implemented follows. In addition to the described implementation, the project part also includes a didactic analysis of partial lessons. The diploma thesis complements the pictorial annexes related to the theoretical part, photographic documentation of partial lessons and proposed structured preparation.
Natural attractions of the Eagle Hills and their using in the basic teaching and natural science

This thesis is deliberative to working the curriculum in natural science. It contains two propsal of tourist excursions and one demonstration lesson. Its aim is to create a positive bearing of pupils to the nature and its protection in amusing way and to strenghten the knowledge of basic principles of the nature science with taking full use of interdisciplinar relations. The thesis is designed for pupils of the 4 th. class of primary school with educational program RVP ZV next for pupils of 4 th. {--} 8 th. year-class of primary school with educational program {--} the enclosure modulating education of pupils with light mental handicap. The work sheets are cretated for the lesson and the short trips into natural surroundings and contains the tasks aimed for separate stands.
Usage of interdisciplinary relations of geography and historiography in teaching of the local region (using Jáchymov as an example)

Bakalářská práce se věnuje mezipředmětovým vztahům mezi zeměpisem a dějepisem ve výuce místního regionu na 2. stupni základních škol a na gymnáziích. Cílem práce je analýza výuky místního regionu a využívání mezipředmětových vazeb vyučujícími na školách v zájmovém regionu Jáchymovska. Dílčím cílem je dále vytvořit materiál, který by mohl být využit v rámci výuky místního regionu pro učitele na Jáchymovsku. Výsledkem analýzy je, že většina učitelů na Jáchymovsku místní region učí, ale vyčleňují mu méně času, než je celorepublikový průměr. Někteří vyučující mezipředmětové vazby využívají, ale spolupráci kolegů učitelů by bylo rozhodně potřeba dále rozvíjet. Většina dotazovaných učitelů se v hodinách též zabývá dějinami regionu. Nově vzniklý pracovní list by měl být využitelný pro učitele na Jáchymovsku i v celém Česku. Transfer between Mathematics and Music in Teaching Mathematics ABSTRACT The thesis targets the concept of learning transfer between mathematics and music and its usage in teaching mathematics in primary school. The aim of this thesis is to create interdisciplinary tasks for initiation of the learning transfer between mathematics and music, through an educational experiment identify whether the transfer occurs while solving them and determine its conditions. Another aim is to define the role of a teacher in this process. It focuses on the transfer between the area of grids, symmetry and melodies created by two tones. Moreover, it aims at fractions and creating tones by shortening a string. Educational areas Mathematics and its application and Music are described according to the Framework Education Programme for Elementary Education alongside with the possibilities of their connecting through interdisciplinary relations, cross-sectional and integrated learning. The bachelor thesis deals with film education, shows its various concepts and explores film education in connection with art education. The thesis presents and compares different approaches of film education abroad and shows interesting Czech and foreign projects which differ in their methods and directly affect art education. Even though a subject of film education can already be applied as a separate subject in a school curriculum, this bachelor thesis focuses on the relationship and use of film education in the context of art education. Theoretical part of the bachelor thesis is dealing with the position of film education in the curriculum, the thesis explores the connection between film and art education and compares the term of image in film and art fields of study. The bachelor thesis focuses on a large amount of foreign initiatives that deal with film making and animation. Moreover, the thesis compares the situation of film education abroad and in the Czech republic, shows Czech projects that offer courses and workshops of film making.
