In this bachelor’s thesis I analyzed market environment where competitive internet shops are located. In next step I processed proposal and solution of e-shop focused on selling goods and services giving maximum priority to satisfy the customer. This work provides the theoretical basis for defined problems and is kind of solution of e-shop and also is a tool for it's adaptation to competitive environment.

The thesis describes the process of creating an internet shop Sportex.cz from its beginning. The aim is to describe and explain each step of this process. First, buying online e-shop solutions, then choosing a domain name and managing the business to create a successful online store. I have been in the internet busines for over three years and have extensive experience with running an e-shop, Sportex.cz, which serves as an example for describing all procedures. The process and the thesis are divided into three parts. Prezentation of company, description of individual procedures and their evaluation and final evaluation. The description of individual procedures explains my choice of the steps I selected. In the Final evaluation I describe and sum up the results of the individual steps. Abstract: The goal of this thesis is to create e-shop /in medical domain (sector), but useable in other domains (sectors)/. We use implicit metod for acquiring user preferences. By the help of this method the products are ordered from most preferred to less preferred for registered user. In case that user will choose some interesting category of products, then products are listed from maximum to less preferred in that category. It creates feedback about popularity of products for individual users and the producer gets information about interest of products in the market place and administrator can change positions of products in e-shop base on popularity. Strategy of internet shop to enter foreign market

The aim of this diploma thesis is to determine how shopping preferences and customer behavior across selected European markets differentiate in the concept of online stores, how to direct marketing appropriately for the individual markets, thus prepare a local startup e-shop for effective entry into foreign markets. The methods of analysis include basic questionnaire survey of individual markets, comparison and evaluation of own real data from conducted online advertising campaigns, or analysis of internal access statistics from individual e-shops. In conclusion overall results and analyzes of each market are presented, for each market a summary of lessons learned and suitable recommendations to potential effective input is made.

This thesis analyzes the strategy of introducing store (brand) Gentleport on the market that trades with men's accessories imported from England. Theory contains basic concepts, definitions, which will be used in the practical part. The practical part includes introduction of the company and marketing mix analysis, marketing environmental analysis, which includes a significant number of subjects (competitors, suppliers, customers) and important factors (political, economic, social, technical) influencing on firm's operations. In the end will be the overall outcome of the analysis, from which will be proposing specific measures for improving and optimizing store performance.
