Map of open-air museum of Ukrainian-Ruthenian culture in Svidník
Horochonič, Maroš ; Buday, Michal (referee) ; Vondrák, Jiří (advisor)
The subject of the bachelor's thesis is the preparation of a purpose map of the Open-Air Museum of Ukrainian-Ruthenian culture in Svidník. The work deals with the construction of an auxiliary measuring network, including its connection to the binding reference systems S-JTSK and Bpv using GNSS technology, detailed targeting of topography and elevation elements within the site and subsequent processing of measured data. The result is a purpose map at a scale of 1: 500, which can serve as a basis for future project design.
Surveying of stream Lubě between Skalička and Malhostovice
Kučeravý, Peter ; Kratochvíl, Richard (referee) ; Vondrák, Jiří (advisor)
The main subject of bachelor thesis is tachymetric measurement of the Lubě steam valley with close surroundings, including the local communications. This work is dealing with the construction geometric base including its connection into bindings JTSK and Bpv reference systems using GNSS technology, detailed focusing of planimetric and altimetric elements within the site and then processing of the measured data. The result is a tachymetric plan in scale 1:500, the obtained data may by used further for creation DMT.
G.fast transmission technology
Zvařič, Filip ; Číž, Radim (referee) ; Šilhavý, Pavel (advisor)
This diploma thesis focuses on G.fast and VDSL2 technologies and their comparison. G.fast has the prerequisites for replacing VDSL2 for short distances. This work describes in detail the modulation techniques of both DSL technologies - DMT modulation used by both technologies. The aim of this work is to create a software for comparing the transfer rates of all profiles of both technologies, including the effects of far-end crosstalk. This is performed in the Matlab environment. This work describes how the program works and how to run the simulations. The results of selected simulations and their charts are enclosed in this work.
Revitalizace jímacího území léčivé minerální vody Šaratice v k.ú. Nesvačilka
Rohel, Břetislav
This bachelor thesis deals with revitalization design in collectiing area of healing mineral water Šaratica in the cadastral area of Kalužiny. From the technical point of view, there is unconvenient condition of access dirt road, considerable watrelogging and wash away the soil from the surrounding lands occure. This situation is not suitable for economicaly and ecologicaly precise organization of water collection. Natural values, barring healing water, are represented by occurence of rare halofyt species. The aim of this thesis is to connect technical and biological part of revitalization into one cooperating complex of arrangements like access road rebuilding, both partial underground and superficial draining and demarcation of the elements of Territorial System of Ecological Stability using GIS technologies.
Identification of critical points and the evaluation of their contributing areas in the Čižina watershed.
Hanuliak, Radek ; Pavlík, František (referee) ; Dumbrovský, Miroslav (advisor)
The aim of the bachelor thesis was to evaluate the critical profiles in the village of Lichnov near Bruntál. There was perfomed an identification of critical profiles, which are decisive for the flood threats of the built-up area. An analysis of the complex of physical-geographic factors influencing direct drain, soil loss and sediment transport was realised in collection areas. Evaluation was carried out using DMT, with the use of tools of ArcMap and DesQ.
Psychedelics and mechanisms of their effect on the CNS
Vejmola, Čestmír ; Novotný, Jiří (advisor) ; Páleníček, Tomáš (referee)
Psychedelics represent the group of psychotropics, which induce characteristic cognitive, perceptual and emotional symptoms. They are represented by simple indolamines (psilocybin or DMT), ergoline derivatives (LSD), and substituted phenylethylamines (mescaline). This work with a systematic approach to the problem attempts to characterize the underlying basis of physiological effects of psychedelics in brain. After the general characterization of hallucinogens, among which psychedelics belong to, the first part is focused on the common psychological and physiological actions and risks associated with them. Follows the pharmacological characterization of selected representatives especially with regard to their origin, ways of administration, effects, distribution and metabolization in body. A large part is devoted to the description of G-protein-coupled receptors functioning. The principal part is the last one, which describes mechanisms of action of psychedelics at the cellular level such as well as in different brain regions.
Reconstruction of the vanished relief in selected areas in Teplicko
Týčová, Adéla ; Štych, Přemysl (advisor) ; Brůha, Lukáš (referee)
The main task of this work was the creation of digital terrain models in vanished areas because of the coal mining and comparing changes in relief. It was created two digital terrain models showing the relief situation in 1950, before the massive mining of brown coal, and in 2010, after the completion of mining. DTM were covered by orthophotos from 1953 and 2011. The entire work of DTM was conducted in GIS. It were created image thumbnails and animations of these models and it was analyzed the changes in relief. Another task was to compare the hydrological conditions in the area that have changed due to the great relief changes. For this purpose it was used hydrological tools as an extension to GIS. The results are the analysis comparing hydrological conditions between 1950 and 2010. As the model area was chosen 4th order catchment area around the vanished village Kocourkov in Teplice region. 4th order catchment area was chosen for better view on changes in hydrological conditions. In the work were used a variety of historical and contemporary sources, such as maps, orthophotos and database of geographic data. Keywords: relief changes, relief reconstruction, DTM, hydrological changes, hydrological tools, GIS
Applicability of distance data for hydromorphological assessment on the example of Elbe river
Vacková, Tereza ; Langhammer, Jakub (advisor) ; Hartvich, Filip (referee)
The aim of this thesis is to evaluate the applicability of distance data for hydromorphological assessment. Background research is focused on different types of distance data sources and selected hydromorphological methods. Applicability of distance data in hydromorphological assessment was tested on four selected sections of Elbe River, on which there was previously conducted field survey. Hydromorphological assessment was based on methodology HEM (Hydroecological monitoring). Results from the field survey were used as a reference resources for comparison with the own results achieved by the assessment with distance data using public available data sources. The results indicated that use of distance data for hydromorphological assessment can be regarded as an alternative to the field survey. At the same time the study pointed to clear limitations in assessment of some parameters, namely of river bottom, where the field survey cannot be replaced by any known distance data source. The results proved that the application of distance data can lead to the results comparable to the field survey while respecting uncertainty, given by impossibility to determine some of the parameters.
3D reconstruction of landscape in abandoned villages of borderlands and military zones
Jelének, Jan ; Štych, Přemysl (advisor) ; Oršulák, Tomáš (referee)
3D reconstruction of landscape: A case study of extinct municipalities in Czech borderlands and military areas Abstract This work deals with theoretical and practical possibilities to use GIS to create three-dimensional model of landscape changes. The object of the work was the creation and visualization of three-dimensional model of extinct municipalities Padrť in a military area Brdy and Košťálkov in the borderlands. The work used many available data sources, such as historical aerial photographs, historical photos, current orthophotos or historical maps. These data and specialized software were used to create digital models of the selected area, including three-dimensional models of buildings and vegetation, with emphasis on historical closeness. Work was focused on three selected periods of history: 40th of the 18th century, 30th to 50th of the 20th century and present. The work resulted in fly-by animations and perspective scenes, which are compared with historical photographs. Historical models are also confronted with each other by a dynamic fading in fly-by animations.
