Dopady pandemie COVIDu-19 na turismus států sdružení ASEAN
Hübschmanová, Lucie
The diploma theses deal with the regional differentiation of ASEAN states in their approach to the COVID-19 pandemic in the context of impacts on the tourism sector during the period 2019-2021. Based on literature, a total of seven impacts of the COVID-19 pandemic on tourism are identified and discussed. These selected impacts are further specified and divided into four negative and three positive impacts. Furthermore, the impacts are discussed for individual states based on analyses of quantitative data obtained on selected databases and qualitative data obtained through the recherche of ASEAN states regulations in the context of COVID-19. One of the key prerequisites for determining the regional differentiation of impacts on tourism is chosen the degree of openness/closeness of the state to international tourism, which plays an important role in the region. Based on the chosen methods, it is evaluated that in ASEAN the negative impacts of the COVID-19 pandemic on tourism have become more significant, hitting the economic and socio-economic spheres within all states. At the same time, no significant differentiation is discovered within the impact on tourism based on the identified approaches to the solution.

The aim of the bachelor thesis was to characterize changes in the behaviour of companies caused by the Covid-19 pandemic and to propose measures to im-prove the economic stability of companies in the manufacturing sector. The im-pact of the pandemic on the Czech economy and manufacturing sector was docu-mented by comparison of trends in Gross Domestic Product (GDP) and Purchase Managers Index (PMI) before and after pandemic onset and in periods of previous economic expansion, recession and crisis. A significant decline and subsequent rise of Czech economics were confirmed during the spring and autumn waves of the pandemic, respectively. It has been shown that the behaviour of companies in the manufacturing sector has changed after the onset of the pandemic and com-pared to previous economic cycles. The potential strategies of companies in a pandemic crisis period were characterized by SWOT analysis. MONTAGOVÁ, Kristina Simona
This bachelor thesis investigates and describes the spectrum of the parental ways which parents use to help their children (in the early school age) during the home preparation for school or during the home-based distance education. The investigation has been carried out on the basis of five interviews with the mothers of the younger scholars (2nd - 4th grade). The interviews have been transcribed, coded, analysed and evaluated using the qualitative research methods. I focused mainly on these research questions: How do parents experience their role and relation to their children during the home preparation for school, how did the parents experience the new covid-19 pandemic situation and home-based distance education and how do parents get involved in the home preparation and home-based education of their children? The results of the research concern mainly the fact whether the respondents experience their role rather as supporting the autonomy of the child or rather as monitoring and controlling one, and the connected consequences. Further more they concern the coping strategies the mothers used in order to cope with the difficult situation of the home-based distance education of their children during the covid-19 pandemic and the ways of a direct or an indirect parents' involvement in the home preparation and distance education.
