Employee Care

The aim of the Bachelor's Thesis Employee Care is to introduce the issue of providing employee benefits (regarding both employee and employer) and to analyse their offer in the Czech Republic. To achieve this, a questionnaire was created. Its task was to determine which employee benefits are offered to employees, which of them are really used, which employee benefits employees would like to have, whether they have enough information about the benefits system in their company, or what kind of system they prefer. Moreover, the questionnaire contains additional information about the company (size, specialization, etc.) and about the employee (age, gender etc.), which was used for deeper analysis. The results of the analysis can be found in the practical part of the thesis and then they are summarized at the end of the Bachelor's Thesis.
Analysis of employee benefits

The main objective of this thesis is to present system of employee benefits in specific company and according to the provided research judge the employee satisfaction with this system. The theoretical part of this bachelor's thesis defines the term employee benefits, their meaning, objectives, structure and the ways of providing. This part also deals with current trends in benefits and outsourcing. The practical part describes company Toyota Peugeot Citroën Automobile, s.r.o. and its system of employee benefits. Part of the practical part is also own research of employee satisfaction with benefits which company current offers to them. In the conclusion of this thesis are evaluate results of this research and complemented by potential suggestions for changes.

This diploma thesis focuses on the employee benefits with emphasis being put on the valid legislation and tax implications for the employer as well as the employee due to providing benefits. This work's objective is to put together proposals for improvement of the current employee benefits systems in three analysed compa-nies that have different business activities. The companies that were involved in the research are active in the areas of industry, services and agriculture. Partial objective of this work was to research the dependency between the sphere of activity and the selected characteristics. The research results show that employee benefits have a significant influence on the employees' motivation and satisfaction and that employee benefits expenses cannot be considered an inconsequential item. The research proved the hypothesis that well-informed employees judge employee benefits system generally better. All the companies were therefore recommended to eliminate the discovered problem of insufficient benefits awareness of the employees and the conditions for benefits providing. The companies were also recommended to focus in greater detail on a thorough record of expenses for each of the benefits. Other different recommendations are made to each of the analysed companies with emphasis during the recommendations' formation on the balance between the employer's notion, employees' requirements and needs and the cost optimization with regards to benefits tax advantage. For every company, there exists a unique optimal structure of the benefits regardless of the sphere of activity that has no effect during the portfolio decision-making.
Analysis of the employee benefit system in a company

The bachelor thesis of a title "Analysis of the employee benefit system in a company" deals with employee benefits and their application in companies nowadays. The theoretical part focuses on a reward system in general, in which the employee benefits are described in detail. In this part there is a classification of benefits following the current theories and the methods of providing benefits. The detailed information about goals, purposes and current trends in the employee benefit systems are mentioned in this chapter as well. The last subchapter of the theoretical part describes the benefit system regarding the tax aspects. In the practical part there is a description of a particular company and its employee benefits offer which was analyzed from positive and negative point of view. The employee preferences regarding the benefits in the company were indicated by a questionnaire research. It was also investigated a reason of employee dissatisfaction with some benefits. The results of the research are evaluated in the end of the thesis. The solution eliminating imperfection and the optimization suggestion of the benefit system are also mentioned in the conclusion.

The topic of the presented diploma thesis is a set of problems related to employee benefits. These advantages cover anything the employer provides to his/her employees beyond what is stipulated by the Labour Code. Employers have thus the opportunity to offer a wide range of benefits in order to meet their employees? needs and interests. The aim of the presented thesis is primarily to explain and clarify the interpretation of terms related to employee benefits, illustrate these advantages in accounting, depict them in tax terms and analyse these benefits in a chosen company.
Employee Benefits: Implementation of a Cafeteria System in the Selected Company

The aim of this diploma thesis is implementation of a cafeteria system in the examined company. The proposal was based on the analysis of the cafeteria system, and analysis of the possibility of implementation of a cafeteria system cost and effectiveness. The final proposal was prepared using information from own research, consisting of personal interviews and survey. The first part of this diploma thesis is devoted to the theoretical summary of employee benefits, their basic structure and description of the cafeteria system. In the second part, the examined company with its current range of benefits is introduced, as well as the results of own research and practical functionality of an on-line cafeteria system application mojeBenefity.cz. The last chapter is devoted to the final proposal of the cafeteria system in the examined company, using the results of research and other valuable information.

The aim of this diploma work is the evaluation and proposal of the remuneration system at one department in the company ISOTHERM s.r.o.. Another point at issue is the change of the employee benefit program, which will be replaced by a new system, aimed more at employee's needs and wishes.
Analysis of System of Employee Benefits

The theoretical part of this master's thesis defines the term employee benefits, their development, trends, structure and meaning. This part also deals with employee benefits in terms of tax legislation. The practical part describes insurance company Kooperativa pojišťovna, a.s., Vienna Insurance Group and then analyses the system of employee benefits in this company. This company is leading insurance company in the Czech Republic and important Czech employer. The company devotes to human resources area relevant attention and spends considerable resources on employee stabilisation. One part of this master's thesis is also research of employee satisfaction with employee benefits which company offers to them. Evaluation of this research is completed by suggestions of recognized defects.
