This bachelor’s thesis focuses on the development of documentation a low-energy detached family house in Račerovice. The project as well as the addenda are elaborated with regard to contemporary legislation and standards. The family house is located on plot number 786/12 in cadastre unit Račerovice. The house has two floors. Dimensions of the house are 12,40 x 9,65 m, dimensions adjacent garage are 7,30 x 4,80 m. The roof of the building is designed pitched roof, over the garage is flat roof. The house is performed from the system Porotherm. The basic construction are of plain concrete and the base concrete slab. The enclosed essay deals with floor.

The house has two floors with a partial basement. Dimensions of the house are 10,65x9,4m. The roof of the building is designed flat roof. The house is performed from the systém Porotherm and Tritreg. The basis construction are of plain concrete C16/20 and the base concrete slab is reinforced by Kari 100/100/6. The enclosed essay deals with the topic of floor.
Family House with Optician

It´s about alone standing a family house with optician and eyes ordination. Structure is being in Velká Bystřice near by Olomouc city. This building has two overgroud floor, without cellar. In groundfloor of the house is a small hall, changing room, bathroom with closet, room for guests, living room with a kitchen and penthouse for a car. From the living rooom is entrance on the teracce. In same floor is also optician, zone for employees, closet and eyes ordination. On the second floor are two rooms, bedroom, bathroom and closet. From the hall is entrance on the teracce. The House is establishment on basement plates of concrete foundations and it was built from Porotherm system. The roof is one cloak flat. The thesis is designed newly built freestanding house. The building will be located in Moravský Krumlov , part of the plot Kačence . No. 3225/3226 , Znojmo district . House is designed as a single-storey with partial basement . Maximum dimensions in circumscribing the outline of the house are 21.5 x15 , 25 m . Loft height is 3.7 m house is based on the footings of plain concrete. In terms of design for the combined construction of concrete blocks in the basement and 1st floor in ceramic blocks . The ceilings of the house are designed as monolithic - concrete reinforced with cross boards. The supporting structure is a concrete staircase . The roof of the house is a single-layer flat with the classical order of layers and coating roofing membrane .
The Family House - Svatý Kopeček

The project is a newly built detached house in the city of Olomouc – Svatý Kopeček. The building stands alone on a gradually expanding housing development. It is designed for a family of four. The building has two floors and a partial basement. The basement is heated and there is a utility room and the storage. In the ground floor there is an entrance hall, living room with kitchen and dining room, study, guest room, bathroom, toilet and garage. The second floor is designed as an attic and there are two children's rooms, bedroom, dressing room and bathroom. From the hallway on the second floor there is the entrance to the terrace. The house is based on the footings of plain concrete and is walled with structural elements of POROTHERM. The ceiling above the basement is a monolithic from reinforced concrete and the ceiling of the first floor is made of a panel SPIROLL. The facade is insulated with contact insulating system from Baumit. Gable roof is divided into two parts with different slopes. Minimal slope is 10° and maximal slope is 32°. Roofing is made of metal roofing BORGA. Built-up area is 187,7 m2. Part of the thesis is also the essay about Contact facade insulation (ETICS).
Detached house with café

The bachelor thesis deals with the design and processing of the project documentation of a family house with a café. The designed building is located in the quiet uptown of Trutnov. It is two-storey partially basement building with a flat green roof and a penthouse roof. Foundations of the building are concrete and reinforced concrete. Supporting, peripheral and screen walls are designed from the POROTHERM system. Where the outer housing consists of a ceramic construction and of the ETICS insulation system. Ceiling construction is designed from the POT ceramic-concete beams and from MIAKO ceramic inserts. Part of the facade is created from plaster; another part of the facade consists of a ventilated facade made of wooden prisms and Nordic pine tiles. The dominant feature is a glazed facade connecting both floors. These individual architectural elements divide the building into individual units and fit into the natural landscape. The building creates two parts, namely residential part of the house and café. In the 1st floor there is a café, a guest room with a bathroom, a garage, an entrance hall, two children's rooms with a bathroom and a hall with open space from the basement. In the 2nd floor there is a technical room, bedroom, bathroom, separate toilet, kitchen with dining room and open space to 1st floor. The floors are connected by a staircase in the open space.

In the thesis is solved newly built freestanding house. The building will be located in the village Jedovnice, K Propadání street, parc. No. 2322/72, Blansko district. House has two floors with a partial basement. Maximum dimensions in circumscribing the outline of the house are 14.6 x16.55 m. Ridge height is 7.23 m. House is based on the footings of plain concrete C16/20. The base is reinforced concrete slab KARI network 150x150x6. The building is designed from the system Porotherm. The staircase is concrete. The roof is gabled with ceramic clay tiles. The roof above the garage is flat with a coating covering.

The bachelor work contains design documents of a standalone family house. This house is situated in the village Lipůvka, region Blansko in parcel no. 662/69 in the land register of Lipůvka. Built up area is 231,3 m2. Family house is two-stroyed, partial basement with an attic. On ground floor is designed entrance, vestibule, bathroom, WC, kitchen, pantry, dining room, tercce, living room, staircase, corridor, quest-room, garage, workshop, dressroom. In the attic are situated three rooms, bedroom, bathroom, WC, dressroom, loggia. In the basement are situated laundry room, boiler room, warehouse appliance. The building is based on foundation strips made from concrete C20/25, all frame structures are designed in the system Porotherm. Staircase is made as monolithic construction with wood paneling. The roof is gabled roof with type of „hambalek“ construction. Roof slope is 35° with ceramic tile of „Tondach Francouska 14“

The subject of this final thesis is prepared detailed project documentation for the reconstruction of apartment building on Karáskovo Square in Brno - Židenice. The existing building is rectangular and is a part of a apartment terraced buildings. Residential building has a basement and three floors and an attic. The main entrance is oriented to the southwest. Foundation structures are concrete, vertical support system is a brick wall, roof structure is wooden roof standing stool with pleated ceramic tiles.

The proposed golf resort is situated near the village of Nevcehle in the sloping terrain. It is a brick building of concrete blocks with contact thermal insulation and with concrete floor structure.
