Financial analysis of Lecebne lazne Marianske Lazne a.s.

The aim of this thesis contains in financial analysis of Lecebne lazne Marianske Lazne a.s. for the years 2007-2010. The thesis is divided into two thematic sections, methodological and practical. The methodological part deals with the nature and objectives of a financial analysis, possible sources of information and methodology of financial analysis. The practical part introduces Lecebne lazne Marianske Lazne a.s. Then horizontal and vertical analysis of balance sheet and profit and loss statement are made, as well as the analysis of financial indicators and with the help of selected bankruptcy and creditworthy models the financial and economic situation of the company is evaluated. The final part of practical part results in comparison of selected financial ratios of this analyzed company with other companies doing business in the spa industry. The conclusion contains comprehensive evaluation of the results of the practical part and the evaluation of the company as a whole.

Financial analysis of the company OKD, a. s.

The goal of the following thesis is a comprehensive financial analysis of a coal mining company OKD, a. s. during the period 2006 -- 2010 based on publicly available information. In the introductory part of the thesis the analyzed company will be presented, its activities and further details. The theoretical part will provide us with closer explanation what it is financial analysis used for, its importance for users. It will also include an overview of the financial indicators used in the thesis and their methods of use. To such indicators and methods belong horizontal and vertical analysis, ratio analysis, bankruptcy and creditworthy models, EVA, and more. The main objective of this work will be a comprehensive assessment of the financial situation of the analyzed company based on the application of the financial indicators, methods and interpretation of the achieved results. In the final part of the work I will evaluate the overall explanatory power of financial indicators during the period.

Funding of basic transport services

The aim of this thesis is to analyze the funding of basic transport services, which will be analyzed through the real business DPMO, a.s.. The report is divided into a theoretical and a practical part. The theoretical part explains the issue of providing public transport services and its compensation from the customer. It also includes a methodology for assessing the financial situation, with horizontal and vertical analysis ratios and an analysis of net working capital. To create comprehensive conclusions that are credible, the bankruptcy and creditworthy models are utilized. The practical part includes the the meticulous results from the DPMO analysis in the years 2006 to 2010, and the conclusion consists of a prepared summary. The last chapter includes a prediction for the next period using a model that predictss the time span durinch which the analyzed company is thriving if the previous trends are maintained, and if the compensation costs are not altered.

The aim of my thesis is a financial analysis comapany ASSA ABLOY Rychnov, Ltd. The work is divided into two parts, the part of the methodological and practical. The methodological part deals with the characteristics of absolute, differential and ratio indicators. The content of the practical part is the analysis itself ASSA ABLOY Rychnov Ltd. in the years 2008 - 2010. The analysis is performed using the financial statements presented on the basis of indicators. It focuses mainly on profitability, activity, liquidity and creditworthiness of the company. The results obtained are compared with values in the sector. The conclusion is devoted to a comprehensive assessment of the property and financial situation and propose appropriate measures for the future.

Prediction of financial situation of the company Mlékárna Valašské Meziříčí, spol. s r. o.

The main objective of this bachelor's thesis is to evaluate the development of financial situation of the company Mlékárna Valašské Meziříčí s.r.o. from the perspective of its owner for years 2005 to 2010 and to predict its condition in the future period using publicly available resources used for the analysis of absolute, proportional and differential indicators, pyramid decomposition of return on equity, the calculation of economic value added and comparison between the economic situation of Mlékárna Valašské Meziříčí s.r.o. and the other companies in the industry. To assess the future development of the financial condition of the company are used selected models of bankruptcy and creditworthiness. Introduction shows the aim of thesis and a brief approach of tools used to reach it. The theoretical part introduces the reader to the calculation and recommended values of economic indicators, the practical part consists of the presentation of analyzed company and evaluation of the results of indicators in the studied period. The conclusion is a comprehensive assessment of the economic situation of company in isolation and within the industry and assess the success of the bankruptcy and creditworthy models in predicting its financial condition.

This bachelor thesis deals with financial analysis of Vitana, a.s. in years 2007-2010. The work consists of theoretical part devoted to the core of financial analysis, its users, methods and individual ratio indicators. The second part is the practical part which focuses on presentation of company Vitana, a.s. and then on financial analysis itself. The analysis is based on horizontal and vertical analysis of financial statements and on calculation of profitability, liquidity, solvency and activity indicators. Subsequently the bankruptcy and creditworthy models are presented. The results of financial analysis are summarized in the conclusion of the thesis.

The aim of the bachelor thesis named "Financial analysis of Nestlé Česko Corporation, Inc" was to evaluate property, pension and financial situation of the company. The work is divided into three parts -- methodical, practical and conclusion. Methodical part aims generally at absolute, differential and ratio indicators. The point of practical part is application of theoretically obtained knowledge about factual corporation which was analyzed between years 2007 and 2009. The analyzed corporation is introduced in the beginning of the practical part. There is also conducted analysis of balance sheet of corporation along with familiarization with the rival corporation. The rest of the practical part is dedicated to the indicators of profitability, liquidity, activity, cost and also to the bankruptcy and creditworthy models which reveal financial fitness of the corporation. Conclusion of the work is dedicated to the evaluation of property and financial situation and to the whole summarization of facts from analyzed field.

This graduation thesis contains an economic analysis of the BM MOTO, s.r.o. corporate entity. The aim is to perform a detailed analysis of its financial health in relation to an undergone investment as well as recommend a set of changes that would lead to an improvement of its financial performance. The thesis is divided into two main parts, the first of which being the methodological part, where all the applied models and processes are mentioned and explained. The second part applies these models on the chosen company. The second part is founded predominantly on accounting statements and also makes use of a bulk of internal data. The thesis also contains a detailed analysis of both absolute and relative indicators. Amongst the applied models belong the Du Pont analysis, the analysis of the Economic Value Added (EVA), bankruptcy and creditworthy models and an inter industry comparative analysis. The conclusion summarizes and evaluates all the results and presents an appropriate recommendation.
