Cílem bakalářské práce je provedení finanční analýzy společnosti Léčebné lázně Mariánské Lázně a.s. za roky 2007-2010. Práce je rozdělena do dvou tematických částí, metodické a praktické. Metodická část se zabývá podstatou a cíli finanční analýzy, možnými zdroji informací a zvolenou metodikou finanční analýzy. V praktické části je nejprve představena společnost Léčebné lázně Mariánské Lázně a.s. Dále je provedena horizontální a vertikální analýza rozvahy a výkazu zisku a ztráty, analýza vybranými poměrovými ukazateli a za pomoci zvolených bankrotních a bonitních modelů vyhodnocena finanční a ekonomická situace společnosti. Nedílnou součástí praktické části je srovnání některých z vybraných poměrových ukazatelů analyzované společnosti s dalšími společnostmi podnikajícími v oblasti lázeňství. Závěr bakalářské práce obsahuje komplexní zhodnocení výsledků z praktické části a zhodnocení společnosti jako celku. The aim of this thesis contains in financial analysis of Lecebne lazne Marianske Lazne a.s. for the years 2007-2010. The thesis is divided into two thematic sections, methodological and practical. The methodological part deals with the nature and objectives of a financial analysis, possible sources of information and methodology of financial analysis. The practical part introduces Lecebne lazne Marianske Lazne a.s. Then horizontal and vertical analysis of balance sheet and profit and loss statement are made, as well as the analysis of financial indicators and with the help of selected bankruptcy and creditworthy models the financial and economic situation of the company is evaluated. The final part of practical part results in comparison of selected financial ratios of this analyzed company with other companies doing business in the spa industry. The conclusion contains comprehensive evaluation of the results of the practical part and the evaluation of the company as a whole.
