It is about new-built Town Villa standing alone in a new location in the cadaster unit of the town Červený Kostelec. The building has three-floor with a partial basement and it follows the sloping terrain by its design. The building is designed for four to six-members family.There are technical amenities of house and wellness center on basement including sauna, whirlpool bath and gym. On the first and second floor are habitable rooms of villa and separate apartment. The house has two spacious terraces, balcony and garrage for two cars. The structural system of the building is composed of thermal insulation ceramic masonry and reinforced concrete wall in permanent formwork. Vertical structures are designed by Porotherm masonry, horizontal structures are designed by Porotherm system and load-bearing elements of Isokorb® system. The building is roofed with a warm flat roof.

This diploma thesis deals with the elaboration of the project documentation of the construction of the Blanice accommodation facility. The object has a rectangular shape. The proposed building is located in Vodnany. The accommodation facility is designed for 28 people and 32 seats in the restaurant. The building is designed as a four-storey, partly basement. On the underground floor there are storage areas, technical background. On the first floor there is a main entrance, a reception and a restaurant with technical facilities for the staff. On the second and third floor there are guest rooms. On the second floor there is also a room for people with limited mobility. The building is bricked from brick blocks with a flat roof Keywords.
Ecology Wooden Structure House in Krtiny

The aim of my bachelor's thesis is a project of a new detached house on a sloped site at a level of the documentation for the structure realization. The building is partly basement with two above-ground floor. Individual floors up recede and are roofed with half span roof. The building is divided into four sections.The structure system of the basement part is made up of permanet shuttering and the above-groud part is made up of timber frame. The project of the building is in accordance with the development plan of Křtiny and with the current street built. The work puts great emphasis on layout including security of the construction in terms of statics, architecture, energy savings and safety at utilizing the structure.
High Standard Detached House

This bachelor’s thesis deals with a new built detached house situated in Přestavlky, Přerov district. The building has two floors with a partial basement, made of sand-lime brick system Sendwix. Ceilings are made of monolithic reinforced concrete and the building is covered with the shed roofs. The object is divided into the social area on the first floor, the sleeping area on the second floor and the technical facilities in the basement. Living rooms are mainly situated in the southern part of the building, in connection with a large terrace.
The New Block of Flats

The subject of the bachelor thesis is a new apartment building with nearly zero energy consumption and the processing of the design documentation for this building construction. The building is located in a quiet area of the village of Lužice near the town Hodonín. It is designed as a detached structure, with a partial basement and three floors, located on a slightly sloping terrain. In the basement you can find the maintenance room of the building, and the cellar cubicles for the individual apartments. On the first floor there are three apartments with their own front gardens, as well as the common areas of the bike shed, the drying room and also the fitness room. On the second floor there are four apartments with their own terraces. Now, on the third floor there are two very spacious apartments with large terraces. In front of the building there is a large parking lot, the apartment building is barrier-free by to the internal elevator. The construction system of the building is a two-way wall system. The above-ground floors are built with ceramic blocks. The perimeter masonry of the basement is consist of blocks of permanent formwork. The horizontal structures are prefamonolithic, composed of POT beams and Miako ceramic inserts. The building is based on concrete foundation strips and covered with a single-layer flat roof.

The bachelor thesis describes the design of apartment building with almost zero energy consumption in Lišov. The work includes project documentation for the construction. The apartment building has one underground and four overground floors. In the overground floors is seven residential units with total capacity thirty persons. There is one technical room and seven cellars in the partially basement underground floor. There is elevator in the staircase. In front of a apartment building is designed private parking with fourteen parking place. The building is designed of structural system of ceramic blocks. For insulation is used insulation system ETICS with thickness insulation one hundred twenty milimeters. The ceilings are from prefabricated panels.

This bachelor's thesis addresses a project of two story partly cellared family house in Rychnov upon Kněžna. The house will be used by a family of four. There is a common room in the basement. At the first floor there is a garage connected to a lobby, which is linked to a hallway with a staircase. The hallway leads to a bathroom, a workroom and a living room with a kitchenette. The living room is connected to an outdoor roofed terrace. The second floor is projected as a resting zone. A passageway at this floor is a corridor, where is access a bathroom, a dressing room, a toilet and three other rooms. One of the rooms has connected to a partly roofed terrace, which is situated above the garage. This family house has an atypical floor plan and a saddleback. This project is developed with a computer software ArchiCAD. This thesis was created with an emphasis on a correct layout and architectural design, static requirements and safety construction usage.
Wellness hotel

The subject of the project is a new building in the cadastral area of Havlíčkův Brod. The object is designed for 30 persons for accommodation and 52 people in the restaurant. The building is partly basement and has three floors. On the first floor there is a restaurant with guest facilities and a kitchen with facilities for the staff. On the second and third above-ground floor are mainly hotel rooms. In the basement there is technical equipment such as a boiler room, air-conditioning machine and laundry. The object is solved from ceramic blocks POROTHERM. The ceiling is a monolithic reinforced concrete. The roof is flat single-skinned.
