Analysis of the Slovak life insurance market

The topic of this thesis is an analysis of the Slovak life insurance market. In the first part there is explained what life insurance actually is, what is it for and what forms of it exist. There are also defined some basic terms, which are used in the insurance sphere. The second part examines the importance of life insurance in its present situation and its future prospects and compares the products of given insurance companies. It also evaluates the result of an own questionnaire and spies the effect of the economic and financial crisis on the sector of life insurance.

The main topic of bachelor's thesis is the price of non-proportional reinsurance. Firstly, the thesis is focused on reinsurance market, function of reinsurance and its general categorization. The next part is dedicated to already mentioned non-proportional reinsurance. Then it follows up with the practical part, where approaches to the reinsurance pricing are illustrated on realistically looking data. The thesis points out to benefits and disadvantages of using individual models.

Integrating Pre-School Children with Health Problems in Nursery Schools

The subject of the thesis is the integration of pre-school children with the handicap in the common kindergarten. The author attempted to create a complex approach of the integration of the handicapped pre-school child. The study consists of two parts: the theoretical and the practical one. In the theoretical part the author studies the legislation and the progress of the integration in the Czech Republic. This part is focused mainly on participants of the integration process - the family, children and the school. The conditions of integration are included and positives and possible risks that must be taken into consideration in the responsible approach to the integration, are showed. The practical part of the study describes the integration process in the common kindergarten in Prague 6. Parents, the teachers and the consultants comment the consequence of the integration process. In the final part of the study two cases of the integration is described in detail. The author showed that this process, in spite of number of the problems, brings an advantage for the every participant of the integration and thus it is advisable to continue with it. Dvůr olomouckých biskupů byl od poloviny 13. století stálicí mezi dvorskými strukturami moravského markrabství, ovšem několika setletému trvání biskupského dvora zdaleka neodpovídá kvantitativní, ani kvalitativní způsob jeho dosavadního zpracování v literatuře. Studium dvorů a rezidencí je frekventovaným tématem evropské medievistiky, o čemž svědčí studie Hanse Patzeho z r. 1972 a jeho pilotní článek, který projekt studia středověkých rezidencí a dvorů metodologicky zaštítil r. 1982 a uvolnil tak stavidla obrovskému zájmu o toto téma. I) Od té doby už uběhlo drahně času a vzniklo i několik prací, které spadají do období pozdního středověku a raného novověku a nadto se zabývají dvory duchovních činitelů. Z nich rozsahem vynikají dvě práce, obě nám přibližují obraz fungování rezidence církevního činitele, jehož vlastní sídlo není totožné se sídlem katedrálního chrámu. Starší je kniha Dietra Kerbera, věnovaná rezidenční síti trevírských arcibiskupů, kteří svůj zájem vedle Trevíru věnovali také Koblenzi a hradu Ehrenbreitsteinu?) V roce 1998 vyšla gottingenská disertace Michaela Scholze o rezidenci magdeburských arcibiskupů Arnošta Saského (1476-1513) a markraběte Albrechta Braniborského (1513-1545) ve městě Halle?) Typologicky obdobným případem se zabýval C. Wagner u kolínského arcibiskupa Ruprechta Falckého...

Aplikace Lafferovy křivky na daň z příjmů právnických osob v České republice

Tématem této diplomové práce je aplikace Lafferovy křivky na daň z příjmů právnických osob v České republice. Trendem vrcholícím v posledních letech je snižování sazeb daně z příjmů korporací. Velice často se v této souvislostí mluví o fenoménu daňové konkurence. V souvislosti s očekávanými přínosy snižování daňových sazeb se práce snaží nalézt odpověď na otázku, jaký vliv má výše daňových sazeb na daňový výběr. Pro účely této analýzy je v práci vytvořen regresní model na základě časové řady dat o DPPO v ČR. Tento model umožní odhadnout daňový základ, který je použit k výpočtu daňového výnosu a konstrukci Lafferovy křivky. Na základě výsledků aplikace křivky na časovou řadu od roku 1997 se práce věnuje posouzení vhodnosti Lafferovy křivky jako nástroje k vysvětlení vývoje korporátních daňových příjmů v ČR. Následně je porovnáno daňové zatížení korporací v ČR se zatížením v ostatních státech EU, které rovněž sledují trend daňové konkurence. Analýza daňové zátěže korporací v rámci EU umožní vyvodit implikace pro oblast veřejných financí a růstový potenciál ekonomiky.

II Title History interpretation in Fred Wander's literary works Abstract The topic of this diploma thesis is an interpretation of events during the Second World War in Fred Wander's literary work, an important representative of German written literature in the past century. The first chapter presents Fred Wander's life and work and is based on Wander's own autobiography and interviews. The following chapters are dedicated to individual analysis of his three writings: Der siebente Brunnen, Ein Zimmer in Paris and Hotel Baalbek. Wander especially focuses on mediating concrete personal life stories during that epoch. Hotel Haalbek work captures a situation during the first years of the war in the southern France. Der siebente Brunnen describes prisoners' lives in a concentration camp. Wander dedicates Ein Zimmer in Paris work to the topic of how to cope with war experience. The main target of this diploma thesis is about an interpretation of selected themes which are crucial for the mentioned works. The use of melodic instruments in musical activities of preschool children.

The theme of the thesis is the musicality of preschool age children and their ability to work with even more difficult melodic instruments. The theoretical part is focused on defining the concept of musicality, musical development of children from birth to 6 years, musical creativity and the influence of music on the successful entry into primary school. Another integral part of the theory is a division of Carl Orff instrumentation, its correct name and methodology games. The aim of the practical part is an exhibition of the use of melodic instruments by preschool children to particular songs and its integration into the thematic musical locomotor performance. The survey was conducted qualitatively by a method of an involved and unstructured observation, supplemented by photographs and video footage. I have evaluated the use of melodic instruments as achievable and appropriate provided by an informed leadership.

The topic of this thesis is "Proceedings for administrative transgressions against the safety and smooth highway traffic". Although there is no such special type of proceedings, it is an issue which deserves an attention. Every one of us is a part of highway traffic every day. Therefore it is important not only to know the rules by of it but also the rules and principles of the proceedings in which are transgressions against safety and smooth highway traffic heard. The aim of this thesis is to provide the complex summary of the proceedings for administrative transgressions against the safety and smooth highway traffic and to give notice of its unusualness from the basic proceedings for administrative transgressions. This thesis also points out the inaccuracies, wrongness and ambiguities of the proceedings' rules and also reflects and comments the latest amendments to relevant acts. The thesis is divided into nine chapters, from which the first and the last ones are introduction and conclusion. The second chapter clarifies the term administrative transgressions. The economic importance of energy in the Czech Republic

The aim of this thesis is to evaluate the economic importance of energy in the country. Along with this theme are reviewed macroeconomic indicators, which are compared with some of the attributes of the energy sector, so that they can assess their significance and coherence. Impact on GDP is reviewed in terms of electricity production, and also by means of the export of electricity. Impact of energy on the unemployment rate is evaluated from the perspective of people employed in the field of energy. The overall trade balance is evaluated in terms of import and export of electricity and natural gas. Finally, assessment of inflation through the development of prices of both commodities in the wholesale market. To evaluate these indicators are used statistical methods such as regression and correlation analysis. In conclusion, the thesis explains predetermined hypothesis and comprehensive assessment of the actual importance.
