Diagnostic of System Reliability
Bábek, Tomáš ; Pohl, Jan (referee) ; Havlíková, Marie (advisor)
This thesis is oriented to the reliability theory and diagnostics. It involves brief explanation of terms that exists in a branches of technical devices reliability. The next part contains determining the reliability indexes, calculations of probabilities and statistics for electronic devices. I do mention the different methods of reliability diagnostics. The three most used of them are described. First of them is the reliability block model. By this I describe the serial reliability model, the parallel reliability model and the combination of them. Using this method is the simple way to show how each component affects reliability of the whole system. The second method is FMEA (Failure Mode and Effects Analysis) which is used mostly in the begining of the system designing. The third method is FTA (Fault tree analysis) which is one of the classic deductive methods. The FTA method is a graphical reliability model of a given system. By the end of this thesis, process of calculating the failure probability and the other reliability indexes of a given komponent (preamplifier with operational amplifier) is shown.
Maintenance of Small Transport Aircraft with Application MSG-3 Methodology
Trefilová, Helena ; Třetina, Karel (referee) ; Finda, Jindřich (advisor)
Master’s thesis deals with problems of maintenance of small transport aircraft with application MSG-3 methodology and maintenance plan development. It is aimed at systems and powerplant maintenance. This method is applied on L-410UVP-E20 aircraft. Other parts of this work are assessment of recent situation in maintenance of airplanes, used approaches to maintenance, methods and documentation for maintenance. Last part of this work is practical example of MSG-3 process on assign item and its interpretation.
Risk Analysis of Construction Chemicals Storage
Ruml, Jiří ; Tabas, Marek (referee) ; Babinec, František (advisor)
Risk Analysis of Construction Chemicals Storge Diplom Thesis, Institute of Metrollogy and Quality Assurance Testing, Brno University of Technology, Faculty of Mechanical Engineering This diploma thesis focuses on risk assessment and possible assessment measure necessary when the amount of storage load containing Ethylbenzen increases by 300 percent.
Project management
Bordovský, Ondřej ; Mitáček, Marek (referee) ; Fiala, Alois (advisor)
This diploma thesis is engaged in project management , Královopolská Brno. The company belongs to the biggest Czech crane and hoist device manufacturers. The subject of this diploma thesis is the analysis of projects. Detection of bottlenecks in the project management process and suggest improvment ideas.
Cost Savings in Company with Tools of Quality
Koláček, Luděk ; Trtík, Rostislav (referee) ; Bartes, František (advisor)
This diploma thesis deals with application of quality tools in production plant. Theoretical part deal with history of quality, current situation in quality management and describe some of quality tools. In practical part will be applied some of described quality tools. Some of them are already implemented in production but only partially and they are not used in full for more flexible and efficient production. Conclusions and results of this diploma thesis should prove that if we are using these tools in full, we can decrease extra cost in production.
Introduction of a new Systems of Quality in the Company
Černochová, Veronika ; Novák, Zdeněk (referee) ; Rompotl, Jaroslav (advisor)
In my graduation these I have been dealing with introducing of a new system of quality in the firm. My these has been divided into two parts. In the first instance I have described academic conception and tools of quality management. In the second part I have been dealing with analyzing the present state in the firm and remedy proposals for improve present situation. At the end of second part I have brought forward economic evaluation.
Proposal to Reduce Number of Nonconformities using Quality Tools
Vondruška, Jiří ; Cinková, Martina (referee) ; Videcká, Zdeňka (advisor)
The thesis is focused on reducing number of nonconformities using quality tools in the company engaged in dyeing and finishing of textile materials. The aim is a proposal of nonconformities management system. Based on analysis of the current method solving nonconformities are designed registration processes of internal nonconformities and complaints, which are followed by evaluation of nonconformities. The proposal will result in a systematic approach in solving of nonconformities.
Proposal of Organizational Change in the Company
Mašek, Richard ; Novák, Zdeněk (referee) ; Rompotl, Jaroslav (advisor)
In this thesis is solved a proposal of turbochargers testing hour costs reduction. With usage of testing hour costs analysis, SWOT, FMEA and following changes of technical and organizational character is reached more effective testing process and laboratory testing hour costs reduction
Current loop 0(4) - 20 mA Analyzer
Mládek, Ondřej ; B:TECH,, Petr Dobrovolný, (referee) ; Kahle, Petr (advisor)
The subject of master´s thesis the problematics of current loop. Within the thesis, the basic components of current loop and the possibilities of its usage are described. There has also been an analysis made of the crucial functions of analyzer which is currently being in the process of development. A focus is put on mode of source and measure. The related functions are crucial in terms of testing and simulation of current loop. Furthermore, the SPI is described and it is used to establish access to the analyzer’s display. The usage of FMEA method has been chosen for the purpose of circuit’s reliability assessment. Practical part describes development of the analyzer and its parts. FMEA method application for selected fault states is presented in final part.
Control of headlight assembly line
Sikora, Martin ; Hynčica, Ondřej (referee) ; Štohl, Radek (advisor)
This thesis deals with design of the reflector assembly line. The document contains the analysis of the customer requirements sheet. In short there is written how to put the parts of the reflector together. The Poka-Yoke method is properly described in this work too. This method is used to design of the actions, which are trying to decrease the risk level of wrong reflector composition as low as it is possible. FMEA and PFMEA methods are explained in theory. There is the plan how to make the analysis too. The instrumentation of one part of the line is designed according to this analysis and according to the customer requirements. The OEE pointer is used to test the right effect of the Poka-Yoke method. The next aim of this thesis is to compare chosen PLCs for control of the assembly line and to choose one of them. On the base of the analysis there is designed the control program in the flowcharts form. One part of this thesis is focused on design of the visualization for the chosen operational panel.
