V této práci je řešen návrh pro snížení nákladů testovací hodiny turbodmychadel. S využitím analýzy nákladů na testovací hodinu, SWOT, FMEA a následnými změnami technického a organizačního charakteru je dosaženo zefektivnění procesu testování a snížení nákladů laboratoře na hodinu testování. In this thesis is solved a proposal of turbochargers testing hour costs reduction. With usage of testing hour costs analysis, SWOT, FMEA and following changes of technical and organizational character is reached more effective testing process and laboratory testing hour costs reduction
