Create and verify the set floorball exercises for primary school children

The aim of this diploma thesis was to create a set of floorball exercises for the primary school, which will then be tested in practice. It was an experiment with two groups of pupils. The first test had taken place three months before practicing floorball exercises and after that the second test was carried out. Research carried out has shown that the three-month training floorball activities contributed positively to the results of both groups. In the slalom test, the Chickens group has improved more from 16,9 to 14,8 and the Cocks group from 9 seconds to 8,3 seconds. In the relay test the Chickens group has scored more significant improvement again from 36,6 seconds to 29,8 seconds and the Cocks group from 30,2 seconds to 28,9 seconds. In the test of shooting accuracy has improved both groups, the Chickens group from 4,9 goals to 6,8 goals and the Cocks group from 5,5 goals to 7,5 goals. The contribution of this work is a set of exercises that teachers and coaches can use in practice.
Analysis of training session in young soccer players with respect to different performance level

Title of the thesis: Analysis of the training unit for football older prepare players with a different level of performance. Objective of the thesis: Identify the representation of didactic forms and types of training processes in the older football product categories, taking into account the different performance level of the club (professional vs. amateur). Solving methods: Solution Methods: An indirect observation method was used to analyze when we used two camcorders to shoot two training units per week for each team. (AC Sparta Prague, SK Slavia Praha, FK Motorlet and SK Aritma). The training records were subsequently evaluated. Results: Comparison of professional clubs and amateurs had the most significant difference in game exercises, which was 38.3% for AC Sparta and SK Slavia vs. 22.8% for FK Motorlet and SK Aritma. On the other hand, amateur clubs used more training play (39.7%) compared to 22% AC Sparta and SK Slavia. There was no significant difference in socio-interactive forms, just as professional clubs make more use of group form, especially because of the higher number of trainers per training unit. The plan of sport training for TeamGym youth competit

Title: The plan of sport training for TeamGym youth competition Objectives: The main object of the thesis is to create a set of methodical procedures for training the elements for the TeamGym competitions applicable to the trainings content and its preparation. Another objectives are to support the use of games and musical education in youth sports training and popularize the TeamGym competition. Methods: The thesis is theoretical, there are used basic research methods, such as analysis, synthesis, comparison and a self-creation. The published publications about TeamGym and training of artistic gymnastics were subjected by substantial analysis. The gained knowledge is compared with each other and synthesis based on the results of that to developing methodical procedures for training specific skills for the TeamGym competitions. Results: In the thesis there is created a set of methodical procedures for sports training of youth for the TeamGym competition. The age-specific patterns, specific to the training of younger school-aged trainees are taken into account. It uses movement games. Use of time in training the 3th grade

Title: Use of time in training the 3th grade Objectives of work: To find out use of time in training the 3th grade of czech teams and compare them with theoretical knowledge, which recommend ČSLH and USA hockey. Methods: Data were collected using the method of indirect observation. During our visits to selected clubs we made the video, which served us as a source of information and data for this work. Tested object represents 4 clubs in the Czech republic. The data from the video were processed into the charts, graphs created and the results compared. Results: In all four tested clubs players are actively in training unit over 25 % of the training time. Mountfield Hradec Králové and BK Mladá Boleslav join his players in training unit more than 50 % time of training. HC Stadion Vrchlabí waste time 12,1 % of training time, Mountfield Hradec Králové 12,8 %, Bílí Tygři Liberec a BK Mladá Boleslav over 25 % time of training. Skating and individual skills train in all tested clubs with the exception of Mladá Boleslav over 60 % training time. Three clubs applies small- area games over 30 % time of training. Only club HC Stadion Vrchlabí used these games in 17,5 % training time. Keywords: Ice hockey, time, training unit, 3th grade
Temperament and its consideration in the formation of training units in tennis for younger pupils

Title: Temperament and its consideration in the formation of training units in tennis for younger pupils. Objectives: The aim of the thesis is to determine temperament of pupils, to apply . model training unit and find out how much influence their athletic . ……………. performanece during training. . Methods: In this paper is use subjective method of observation, analysis methods of artistic expression, assessment method using a numerical rating scales and questionnaires investigation detecting subjective feelings from treined unit. Results: I found that the most frequently occurring is sanguine temperament, around fifty percent, then the least frequent is melancholic temperament. I also observed that temperament should really be an integral part in the creation of training units in tennis for younger pupils. Almost all tested (14/15) has seen positive reception during training units offs of their temperament and negative using opposing units. Point out anatomical, physiological, psychological, performance, technical and tactical factors affecting training processes and training units in men's and women's ice hockey. Using a questionnaire among players and coaches, I examined the knowledge of specific gender needs and their placement in the training units, knowledge of competition systems and game plans, differences in rules and men's and women's ice hockey. Furthermore, player and coaching history and hockey coaching education. Using a questionnaire among public, I examined opinions on female players and women's ice hockey, differences in attendance and viewership of men's and women's matches, knowledge of male and female players, teams and international successes of national hockey teams. I compared average age, weight and height of male players in Tipsport Extraliga and female players in women's league. I also compared the amount of training units of men's team HC Verva Litvínov and women's team HC Litvínov in the season 2014/2015. Fitness training in performance football

Title: Fitness training in performance football Objectives: The main objective of this bachelor thesis is the characterization and analysis of information about fitness training at a performance level of a football team that trains 2-3 times a week. Subsequent comparison and verification of adequate knowledge gained from optimal resources are used to improve fitness condition during yearly training cycle. Methods: First, the information about fitness training was compared based upon the analysis of the scientific literature. Secondly, the model training units focused on individual fitness assumptions were created. Thirdly, research data in the form of a survey from football coaches was compiled. Finally, field tests that were designed to improve performance level were applied. Results: In the thesis I found that a fitness training for football in performance level is as important in both preparatory periods as in fitness training of professionals. Although, it is much less intense. Based upon the analysis of the verified data and resources, the objectives of this thesis were achieved and hypotheses were confirmed. Title: Volleyball training of people with hearing impairments. This thesis describes and characterizes volleyball training of people with hearing impairments. Options for active sports life of people with hearing impairments in the Czech Republic are under the umbrella of Association of the Deaf athletes. Sensory disability does not limit players in physicalperformance,howeverrenders a number of specific needs that must be respected during a training unit. The aim of this thesis is to describe the specifics of beach volleyball if the players have a hearing impairments. Bachelor thesis consists of two parts. Theoretical part, containing two chapters and focuses on explaining the basic terminology and clarifies the specifics of people with the hearing impairments.There search part includes a description of the training session, results of a survey held among players with hearing impairmens and the result of an interview with a beach volleyball trainer for people with hearing impairments. Fitness training and its evaluation in the amateur football

Title: Fitness training and its evaluation in the amateur football Objectives: There are two goals of this thesis - fitness evaluation of the amateur-level football team using fitness tests and increase of knowledge of fitness training using survey for football trainers. Methods: Information about fitness training was compared based on the analysis of professional literature. A survey for football trainers was created and suitable tests for evaluation of physical fitness in endurance training were selected. This selection was based on professional literature. Results: The results concluded in this thesis were based on two goals. The first part of results contains results from the survey, which was used to analyze opinions of trainers of amateur football. These trainers fully agreed on two questions only. First question was about a use of fitness trainers for amateur level football. No respondent uses this approach. The second question was about use of tools for fitness training. Here, on the other hand, all respondents use such tools. Answers on other questions differed. Questions were mostly about inclusion of a fitness training during the week, preferences for fitness or technical training, use of physical prerequisites in two parts of the season, creation of a training plan and use of fitness...
