Design of a planetary gearbox of an RC model produced by the 3D printing
Rada, Jan ; Rekem, Jakub (referee) ; Otipka, Václav (advisor)
This bachelor’s thesis deals with the design of a planetary gearbox produced by 3D printing. The first part is focused on research in the field of current technologies and 3D printing materials. The production process for FDM technology and the theory of planetary gears are described here. The second part is focused on the design of the gearbox to meet the input parameters so it could be produced by 3D printing. The design process from the calculation through modelling to the actual printing of the gearbox is described here.
Battery supplied lawn mower
Picmaus, Jan ; Martiš, Jan (referee) ; Vorel, Pavel (advisor)
The thesis deals with a concept of turning a conventional petrol powered lawn mower to a battery powered solution which is powered by lithium cells. A division to three chapters, comparison, mechanical and electrical, provides fluency of the whole design and further realization. The arrangement of chapters is performed so that the continuity of the thesis is maintained. Calculations of parameters of every motor and transmission with choosing particular devices are just a part of much interesting information which can be found in this thesis. All new components have full documentation except those which were changed during manufacturing. The electrical part explains every part of the schematics in detail. The realization contains difference between preliminary design and further production, manufacturing of the PCB and powering up the motor drives. The last part of the thesis contains temperature measurements of the device at no load.
Development of transmission
Kocman, František ; Prokop, Aleš (referee) ; Řehák, Kamil (advisor)
This bachelor thesis is focused on current trends of passenger car transmissions. The goal was to compile an overview of individual concepts with regards to the current trends. For each concept, there is a description of its construction and principle. The practical part is focused on the calculation of the basic parameters of a dual clutch transmission.
Design of spindlespeeder
Závada, Otakar ; Pavlík, Jan (referee) ; Tůma, Jiří (advisor)
This bachelor thesis deals with conceptual design of high speed spindle based on cutting conditions. Research part of thesis describe each types of high speed spindle based of their drive. Next chapter are documented cutting conditions which are corresponded with experience. High speed spindle faced these act most of the time. Cutting conditions show output conditions of planetary gearbox which is described in next part of thesis. All the experience are used in conceptual design. The drawings contains of assambly drawing and drawing of selected components. The drawings are based on model made in 3D CAD system
Press LKJP 250
Dvorník, Milan ; Dokoupil, Vladimír (referee) ; Omes, Jiří (advisor)
This Master thesis deals with the design concept of press drive of LKJP 250 press with planetary gearbox. It is a single one-point crank universal press, which is designed for cold-forming operations. The press is used for operate in single stroke mode or continuous operation when engaged in an automatic press line. The first part of the thesis deals with the research in the field of mechanical crank press drives arrangement and kinematic analysis, followed the description of the main parts of the press drive. The second part of the thesis deals with the design of the press drive. The solutions are suggested in several possible options with performing basic calculation. On the basis of the required criteria, the most suitable variant is chosen, for which detailed design and control calculations of individual design nodes of the press drive are performed. Part of this thesis also includes the required technical drawing documentation of the mechanical press.
Presses with direct drive of current production
Bajdich, Matej ; Dokoupil, Vladimír (referee) ; Omes, Jiří (advisor)
The aim of this work is to analyze to the issues of mechanical presses with direct drive, their comparison with mechanical presses driven with indirect drive and introduction of presses with direct of current production on the market. In the first part of bechalor's thesis, it looks at the basic information about mechanical presses, the division of mechanical presses and describes the current state of selected mechanical presses on the market. In the second part, the works deals with the calculation and design of direct and indirect drive according to given parameters. 3D model of drive is created from the design of direct drive. To the part of the 3D model, the brackets for attaching the servomotor to the press body, production drawnings are attached. The last part of the thesis deals with the comparison of results from the second part of the thesis, the evaluation of the diferences between the direct and indirect drive of the mechanical presses resulting from the first part of thesis. Last but not least the author's view when comparing the drives and the idea of the next development of the direct drive technology in mechanical presses.
Transfer functions among elements of four-planetary gearbox
Půst, Ladislav ; Škuderová, Alena
The methodology of dynamic analysis of planetary gearbox is developed for a linear computational model based on the determination of mutual transfer functions between particular internal different elements of gearbox which is constituted by stiff gear wheels with flexible gear toothing. Elastic yield in mutual contact of gear cogs is considered. The methodology can be easily used in the evaluation of measurements ongoing at the same time at Institute of Thermomechanics and Wikov. The influence of time variable stiffness in gear meshes on the dynamic characteristics of responses of satellite centres at torsional nonstationary excitation of ring wheel is also analysed in this work.
Production of planetary gear set model on 3D FDM printer
Magdon, Jan ; Prokeš, Tomáš (referee) ; Zemčík, Oskar (advisor)
This Bachelor's Thesis is looking into designing of a planetary gearbox then subsequent production with using the Fused Deposition Modeling (FDM) technology. The first part describes the production process using additive technologies, focusing mainly on FDM technology with properties of materials used in this method, then the theory of planetary gears with their practical use. The second part is devoted to production of model planetary gearbox, which is designed with regard to possibilities of FDM printer. Single parts were designed in 3D programme Autodesk Inventor Professional 2016. Finally the product is evaluated technically and economically.
Gearbox with Gears Changing on Load
Formánek, Pavel ; Kloss, Ondřej (referee) ; Kaplan, Zdeněk (advisor)
This bachelor work is focused on analysis of structural arrangements, technical and operating parameters of a gearbox with gear changing on the load. First part of this work is devoted to gears distribution, their gear change and the ways of gear change. The following part describes various structures of gearboxes, their principle and control. The summary evaluates advantages and disadvantages of the gearboxes and describes estimation of following development in this field.
Samples of the influence of the parameters of the simulation model of the planetary gear system with four single satellites and with stopped planet carrier to its dynamic properties
Hortel, Milan ; Škuderová, Alena
The report deals with examples of numerical solutions of the influence of parameters on the internal dynamics pseudoplanetary transmission system with four single satellites with the front straight teeth and the stopped carrier of satellites type Wikov PP. The analysis of the internal dynamics of the pseudoplanetary system with front straight teeth was carried out by analyzing of amplitude-frequency characteristics of relative motions in gear mesh of wheels at a maximum speed range of the central wheel 0 up to 22500 rpm for total of 12 variations differing in combinations of parameters, ie. the moments of inertia of cogwheels, the friction and the damping in gear mesh and the resulting error function of meshing involute tooth profiles.\n
