Family house with a business activity

The bachelor´s thesis „The family house with business aktivity“ is made as a project documentation. The designed building structure is located in Veselíčko. It is a detached house placed on a slightly sloping terrain. The house is divided into three tracts. The outer tracts are ground floor and middle tract has two floors and a basement. The business aktivity, hairdresser's, is located in the left tract. In the middle tract there are rooms of family house and in the right tract there are situated garage and storeroom. This building construction is based on the footings. The load- bearing walls and partition walls are bricked up by Porotherm blocks. The ceilings are made up of ceramic beams POT and brick inserts Miako. The roof structure is designed as a wooden rafter shed. The natural lighting is provided by wooden windows. A gas boiler supplies the house by heat.

Project documentation addresses the single-family house. It is a semi – detached house. The building has two floors. House is a no basement with shed roof. The structural systém consists of a vertical brick wall of ceramic bricks and reinforced concrete columns. Ceilings, beams and ceramic inserts. The roof is a single casting. The theme of bachelor´s thesis is a family house for family of four in Havlíčkův Brod. Object is designed as a two-floor, partial basement, T-shaped, roof above the second deck is a aisle. In the basement there is a garage for one car, laundry, utility room a store room. On the ground floor there is a vestibule, cloackroom, bathroom, kitchen, dining room, living room and conservatory. In the living room and conservatory there is free entry into the garden. In the sekond floor is bedroom, two bedrooms for children, workroom, toilet and bathroom. In the bedroom for children there is free entry into the outdoor terrace. The vertical brickwork is formed by concrete blocks LIATHERM 425 247x425X240 mm in a basement. The vertical brickwork is formed by concrete blocks LIATHERM 425 247x425x240 mm in ground floor a second floor. The horizontal structure is made up of ceiling panels. Roofing is designed concrete Bramac.
Detached House on the Slope

Bachelor’s thesis, that cover project documentation of building part of the new build detached house on the slope. Object has a two floors and a basement. Vertical structures are made of sand-lime brick system KM Beta Sendwix. Ceiling constructions are made of precast prestressed concrete panels Spiroll. Object has green shed roof, a roof pitch 10%, terrace and flat green roof. Layout of the house is divided into the rest part situated in the first floor and the day part situated in the second floor with direct access to the terrace. Technical and storage facilities are situated in basement floor.

This thesis deals with the design documentation new-built detached house in Šitbořice. The building is designed on a flat terrain and consists of two up floors. The building is designed in the system HELUZ. The building is covered with a shed roof of the two roof planes of the opposite slope.
High Standard Detached House

This bachelor’s thesis deals with a new built detached house situated in Přestavlky, Přerov district. The building has two floors with a partial basement, made of sand-lime brick system Sendwix. Ceilings are made of monolithic reinforced concrete and the building is covered with the shed roofs. The object is divided into the social area on the first floor, the sleeping area on the second floor and the technical facilities in the basement. Living rooms are mainly situated in the southern part of the building, in connection with a large terrace.
Detached House with Travel Office

In my bachelor thesis I deal with a project of a single-family house with a travel agency. The building will be implemented in the village Lanžhot near Břeclav. It is a two-storey house with a partial basement. Bearing walls are made of ceramic blocks with embedded mineral wool. In the basement shuttering blocks with thermal insulation are used. The building is provided with a shed roof and a single skin flat roof with extensive greenery. A part of the project is a garage designed as a wooden frame structure.

This thesis describes the design of the two generation detached house in Stará Ves by Bílovec. The two generation house is divided into two flats, where flat for the oldest generation is solved only on the ground floor. Second flat for younger generation is designed as a two-storey. The two parts are covered with shed roofs, which are oriented opposite to each other.
The Apartment block

The subject of this thesis is an apartment house villa type. This house is designed wall system porotherm, ceilings are monolithic concrete and roofed building is a combination of flat roofs and truss. The house is in its conception conceived as a single-storey with different heights of dwellings, replicating outdoor terrain, only part of the plan is a two-storey building. The building is composed of four separate apartments, each with its own main entrance and access to the garden.
