Construction Technology Solution of the External Cladding of Lodging House in Strážné

The concept of this work is to create a construction technology solution of an external cladding of a lodging house in Strážné. It is the external cladding of a wooden structure consisting of thermal insulation and final layer of larch planks and zinc sheet. The work consists of a technical report of the object, a design of a mechanical assembly and site facilities and a bill of quantities. This work is also addressing general relations between multiple routes to the site and it deals with an occupational safety and health. As an addition, regarding the construction solution stage of the external cladding, there are processed inspection and test plans, a budget and a time schedule present in this work.
Detached house with an establishment

Abstract This bachelor‘s thesis focuses on design of detached house with a wine shop situated in town of Žadovice near Hodonín. The documentation of this project is elaborated with regard to contemporary Czech legislative and standards. The house is situated on a plot number 1245/75 in Žadovice. Near the house is located roadway and common infrastructure. In front of the building is a paved driveway and parking spots for customers of the wine shop. It is a double floored building with one flat suitable for 4 inhabitants, a wine shop and a garage for one 1a class vehicle on the ground floor. Buildings groud floor is an irregular shape with dimensions 17,35 by 15,85 meters. Foundations are made from plain concrete. Vertical supporting structures are made from Porotherm blocks. Ceiling is made from reinforced concrete girders with Porotherm ceiling blocks. The object has a gable roof which consists of wooden trusses and over the wine shop and the garage is an aisle roof. The ceiling is made from gypsum plaster panels with thermal insulation fixed into the roof trusses. This thesis contains study works, project documentation plans and reports, heat engineering calculations, fire safety report and semester project which consists of 5 detailed drownings.
Family House

The bachelor thesis is the project of the family house in Louny. The family house is project as a two–storeyed house with one basement. The building is designed for four people. The house has flat roof. The above grade masonry is created by POROTHERM system. The bearing walls in basement is created by Prefa BTB system. The partitions are created by POROTHERM system too. The main building entrance is situated to north–east side. In the basement, there are technical room, drying room, storage of vegetable, storage, corridor and vine cellar. The first elevated floor is divided into a vestibule with dressing room, hall, WC, home–working room, living room with eating room, kitchen and larder. You can go to the outdoor terrace from the living room. In the second floor, there are corridor, two rooms for children, WC, 2 bathrooms, bedroom and outdoor terrace. The foreside of exterior walls will be white. North–east foreside of garage and south–west foreside of terrace are created by grey stone lining. The project contains technical, thermal and acoustic appraisal forms.
Multifunctional building in Drslavice, interior and finishing work

The subject of the bachelor thesis is a solution of the technological phase of the internal and finishing works of the premises of the multifunctional building in the village Drslavice. This work focuses on the implementation of layers of floor structuers. It is about a new building which is going to serve as a sports hall with a restaurant. The bachelor thesis contains a technical report, technological specification, a statement of measurements, a solution of an organization of building, a mechanical composition, a control and testing plan, occupational safety and a time schedule.

This bachelor thesis deals with the technological phase of implementing the upper shell construction of a factory building. The main supporting element is a prefabricated reinforced concrete frame, with a peripheral shell of bricks POROTHERM insulated using contact system ETICS. The roof structure is not part of this thesis. This document includes: inventory of quantities, budget, schedule, technical regulations, organizational principles of construction and a comparison of the methods and implementations of two insulation technologies.

The new family house without cellar, with garage and an establishment – hairdressing salon. The object is based on strip foundation. The footing bottom is in frost resistant depth. Construction system is in both ways. Vertical walls are made by cut bricks POROTHERM. The external cladding is replenished by thermal insulation plaster POROTHERM TO. Horizontal constructions are made by ceramic girders and insert POROTHERM. Stairway is made by reinforced concrete. Heating system is ensured by gas boiler.
Detached house with a café

This bachelor's thesis focuses on design of detached house with a café situated in town of Mutěnice near Hodonín. The documentation of this project is elaborated with regard to contemporary Czech legislative and standards. The house is situated on plot number 1609/2 in Mutěnice. Near the house is located class III. roadway and common infrastructure. In front of the building is paved driveway and parking spots for café customers. It is double floored building with one flat suitable for 4 inhabitants in ground floor and coffee house and garage for one 1a class vehicle in basement. Basement level is mostly under surrounding terrain except for its southern fasade which is facing the street. Buildings platform has an irregular shape with dimensions 18,0 by 16,0 meters. Foundations are made from plain concrete. Vertical supporting structures are made from Ytong porous concrete blocks, basement walls are made from concrete blocks as permanent shuttering combined with reinforced concrete. Ceiling is made from reinforced concrete girders with Ytong ceiling blocks. Ceiling above a coffee house is designed as reinforced concrete board. The object has a gable roof which consists of wooden trusses. The ceiling above ground floor is made from gypsum plaster panels with thermal insulation fixed into roof trusses. Above a café is a flat roof which is split in two parts where the first part is made as terrace and the second part is a vegetative green roof. In front of the café and over part of garage is shed roof. This thesis contains study works, project documentation plans and reports, heat engineering calculations, fire safety report and essay dealing with the issue of green roofs.
Study of behavior of thermal insulation materials on natural base

The aim of the thesis is focused on a research of behavior of thermal and acoustic insulating materials on natural base with major importance on fibrous insulating materials. Vital part of the thesis is aimed on monitoring of environmental aspects interrelated with retrieving of raw materials and insulating materials manufacturing. Other types of fibrous insulating materials employed in a civil engineering are presented in the text. The main objective of the thesis is an evaluation of an influence of input fibers quality to the final attributes of insulating materials. The fundamental element of material quality evaluation represents physical and mechanical attributes of examined subjects.
The Impact of the Implementation of the Thermal Building Insulation on the Building Construction Cost

This work describes in detail the types and properties of materials used for thermal insulation, building insulation technology implementation, their advantages and disadvantages. For several variants, which are currently the most widely used, the application is made to the selected family house, and then evaluates the impact of technology of insulation cladding to the price of the object.
Study efficiency of modern thermal insulation for buildings

The bachelor´s thesis deals with the problem of thermoreflect insulation. The small part of thesis focuses on the energy demand of buildings and its problems. Then the greater extent is analysed problems by heat transfer of material. It includes effects arising from the individual methods of heat transfer and defines the level of expression of individual methods of heat transfer in materials. The thesis presents an overview of experimental methods for determining thermal insulating properties of insulators. Then there is shown a selection of the most widespread insulation materials used in today´s construction. It includes the division of insulators in terms of used materials and subsequent classification of the most used materials in these groups. Another part of thesis deals with the thermoreflect isolation. There are mentioned the necessary concepts for the study of thermoreflect thermal insulation, which include the emissivity surface, the coefficient of mutual radiation and translucency of the material. Then there is described the method heat transfer of thermoreflect isolation. On the next there are presented experimental methods of determining thermal insulating properties thermoreflect thermal-insulating material. The thesis also includes a practical part, which contains the measurement results on a small range of samples taken termoreflection insulators. In the end there is mentioned a brief realization of thermoreflection thermal insulation materials in buildings.
