Technological study of prefabricated hall construction in Boskovice

Autosalon TOPCENTRUM in Hodonín, implementation of carcass superstructure

This bachelor thesis deals with a construction technology procedure gross superstructure of a car store TOP CENTRUM car in Hodonín. This object has got 3 floors. One of them is underground and two of them are above-ground. The interest area is located in a flat terrain in industrial zone. Supporting system of the building is formed by steel skeletons and supplemental supporting structure of POROTHERM blocks. Ceilings are formed by prefabricated prestressed reinforced concrete panels and also by steel construction. The roof supporting system is made up by trusses and purlins and aslo by steel beams IPE. The construction and technological study of the gross superstructure includes a technical report, plan of routes, technological instruction of steel vertical supporting system and selected part of roof system, plans of inspections and tests, resolution of the building organization, schedule and budget, machine list and occupational safety.
Industrial building

In the bachelor thesis a project for steel construction of an industrial hall in Brno area is developed. The extent of the ground plan of the hall is 30x63m with maximum height of 17,300m. The main load-bearing structural elements such as suspended purlin, truss bond timber, noggin pieces, solid-poles forming a cross linking with the bond timber, base and crane runway, are designed and considered in the static calculation. The statement of material and design documentation consisting of the design, cross-section, production drawing of a bond timber and selected details are part of the thesis.
Sports Building in Olomouc

Work deals with design of the steel structure of the sports hall in the Brno region . The hall has a rectangular shape with dimensions of 42 x 24 m and a height 11 m. transverse bond makes a cylindrical truss with a span of 24 m placed on columns height of 8 m. Purlins with span of 6 m are placed on the trusses. Roofing and curtain wall is made of sandwich panels.
Design of steel structure of the roof of swimming pool in Blansko

Scope of this beachelor’s thesis is a design of load-bearing steel construction for the roof of local swimming pool in the town of Blansko. This construction is designed in the way of replacement of current steel construction which is part of the whole building. The basic load bearing system of the building is a concrete prefabricated frame. Ground dimensions of this building are 37.4 m x 55.4 m with a height from the ground plane to the top of the newly designed rooftop 13.14 m. Ground dimensions of the separate construction of roof are 20.8 m x 30.4 m with construction height 8.675 m in southern facade and 5.075 m in other facades. Load-bering construction is architectural and that’s why is formed mainly from hollow sections like RHS,SHS a CHS. Because of a high humidity all the joints are welded. The whole system is withou purlins.

Information Centre

This bachelor thesis is concerned with the static project and the consideration of the carrier steel construction of the information centre that means the two-storeyed building with the 24 x 24m extent. The project is solved by two options. In both cases, the steel basis with components united by articulated joints is concerned. These are pillars, supporting joists and ceiling beams that are composited with a concrete desk so that they ensure the position stability in a horizontal direction. The both options differ from each other by the position stability method in a vertical direction. In the first case, the vertical clamps avoid the deformation. In the second case, two frame constructions are designed for both yawing directions. The result was the choice of the first method that is discussed in a more detailed way further.
