Business Centre
Hándlová, Barbora ; Balázs, Ivan (referee) ; Pilgr, Milan (advisor)
The diploma thesis deals with design of steel structure of shopping centre, which is located in Zlín. The total ground plan‘s dimensions of the structure are 153 x 49 m. The maximum height of the building is 23,1 m. The structure of the shopping centre is formed by columns, primary and secondary beams. Floor structure is designed as composite steel and concrete structure. The roof structure, above the central part of the buildig is designed in two alternative versions. There is prepared statics calculation of the main load-bearing parts of the structure, including joints and details.
Reinfoced concrete slab bridge
Liška, Jaroslav ; Panáček, Josef (referee) ; Koláček, Jan (advisor)
The thesis is mainly concerned with a project (plan) of new reinforced concrete bridge about one span over the river. The function of bridge is crossing the 2nd class road, category S 7,5/50 and also crossing a footpath. In the work was considered three methods for the design of reinforced concrete bridge. The most convenient option was chosen and described in full detail. Selected model of superstructure was designed as trapezoidal slab with full section in span 11,350 m. Calculation of internal forces were conducted by software Scia Engineer 17.1 and compared with manuall computation. The superstructure of the bridge considers both ultimate and serviceability limit state. Dimension and assesment of the framework is made by Eurocodes.
Ice Hockey Stadium
Čech, Martin ; Barnat, Jan (referee) ; Pilgr, Milan (advisor)
Work deals with variant design of steel structure of ice hockey stadium located in Opava. It is a three-aisled hall with shape consists of intersection of ellipse and rectangle with dimensions 70 x 82m. The roof has cylindrical shape with approx. 50 m radius. The building is about 14 m high. Object is divided to three parts – main aisle and two side aisles. The main aisle contains of a rectangle of dimensions 40 x 42 m and two semicircles of radius approx. 20 m. Frames of main aisle are made of arc roof truss connected to steel plate columns. The side aisles with rectangular shape with dimensions 15 x 42 m are connected to main aisle. The structure of side aisle is made of a sloped roof truss. Longitudinal bracing and cross bracing are used to obtain spatial rigidity of the structure. Roof and wall cladding is made of Kingspan sandwich panels.
Study of Influence of Structure Changes of Panel Building
Malý, David ; Gratza, Roman (referee) ; Kytýr, Jiří (advisor)
This thesis deals with influence on structure changes of panel building. It is about type B70/R, to which was collected necessary design documentation. Static analysis is performed by ANSYS software. 29 models was created to focus on stress and displacements. Verification of selected wall according to Eurocode is also included.
Bridge over a highway
Vaculíková, Klára ; Pachl, Radek (referee) ; Panáček, Josef (advisor)
The diploma thesis describes the design of curved, pre-stressed concrete bridge over the highway D1. A variant, that is chosen for detail analysis, is a spine girder construction as a continuous beam with 3 spans. The thesis solves the construction to limit states according to applicable European standards (Eurocodes). There are developed clear and detailed drawings and visualization of the bridge.
Bridge on a ramp in Brno
Vančura, Lukáš ; Pachl, Radek (referee) ; Panáček, Josef (advisor)
The topic of the thesis is the design and assessment of roadway bridge structure, which is curved in the horizontal plan with a very small radius. Bridges is part of the flyover crossing in Brno. There are designed two variations of which are further developed the variant of the two-chamber cross-section. Calculations and assessments are conducted in according to the valid European standards (Eurocodes). The static calculation is supplemented with a clear technical drawings and visualizations.
Static and dynamic assessment of an outlook tower construction
Valíček, Jan ; Kala, Jiří (referee) ; Salajka, Vlastislav (advisor)
This thesis deals with static and dynamic analysis of an lookout tower construction. For dynamic analysis a computational model in ANSYS software is created. Static analysis is performed by Scia Engineer software. Both of this software use finite element method. It is also focused on wind load determination by Eurocode 1, structural factor calculation, modal analysis and vortex shedding. Verification of selected parts according to Eurocodes is included.
Bridge over the Živný Brook
Sekanina, Josef ; Řehulka, Martin (referee) ; Panáček, Josef (advisor)
This thesis occupies with the design of the road bridge over the stream Živný, a railway lane and a projected road between Běleč village and Husinec village. There are designed three variants of bridges. The variant no. 1 – continuous box girded beam – was chosen for the detailed analysis. The pre-stressed concrete road bridge is designed and evaluated according to European standards – Euro codes. The sequential construction influence and its impact on the construction is also considered in the calculations. The drawing documentation and the visualization of the bridge are made.
Bridge on a ramp in Brno
Diviš, Dalibor ; Pachl, Radek (referee) ; Panáček, Josef (advisor)
Thesis involves designing and analysis of horizontally curved bridge contruction with chamber-shaped profile and oblique side walls. The object is a part of fly-over crossig at VMO Brno. Calculations are according to actually valid standards ( Eurocodes ). Thesis gives a basic look at the problematics of horizontaly curved bridge construction, including solution of prestressing cables´ 3D-tracking with usage of common software.
Design of simple engineering structure
Macková, Lucie ; Navrátil,, Jaroslav (referee) ; Klusáček, Ladislav (advisor)
Bachelor’s thesis processes methodology of calculating the deflection according to norm EN 1992-1. First of all it deals with the theory necessary to understand the whole process and explanation of each step. Next learned lessons are applied in the model calculation of deflections, which is performed at 3 beam elements of different construction heights. The resulting values are compared to point out changes in the final deflection according to different dimensions of the structure.
