Modern management methods and techniques as a factor of the competitiveness of the business entity

There are many methods and management techniques, and given that competition strengthens significantly, it is necessary to introduce new management trends and elements. Prepared management is not afraid to go to change and achieve long-term strategic objectives. The aim of this study is to analyze the methods and techniques used by the proceedings of company and from the findings propose measures that would improve the current situation and contribute to the effectiveness of activities carried out and control systems. The research results showed that both organizations are applying modern techniques in management, the differences are minimal. Companies are approaching a general trend in the use of a participatory management style. The research results demonstrate that in the managerial positions are also women. The two companies does not competitive analysis. There are appeals for a change. In conclusion, the two companies pay attention to management systems, and are aware of the managers? mission in modern company.

Development of the services in the selected hotel

The topic of this thesis was the development of the services in the selected hotel. The aim of this thesis was to analyze the market conditions, the internal environment and a proposal to improve the management and ensure the competitiveness of Residence at the Black Tower. Using a questionnaire survey among guests and employees, guided interview with a manager and through additional analyzes were prepared design solutions.

Subject of this bachelor thesis is design a marketing campaign to increase competitiveness and attendance in Knihovna Jiřího Mahena in Brno. The thesis describes and explains the issues relating to non-profit organizations, in particular governmental organizations. The theoretical part enlarged on ways to finance non-profit organizations, and customer relationship management. Pursuant to available information are compiled an internal and external analysis, an extensive marketing mix analysis and describes the results of marketing research and proposed recommendations to increase competitive.

Vybrané marketingové nástroje a právní úprava nekalé soutěže

This diploma thesis with selected marketing tools and legal regulation of unfair competition according to the Commercial code. Whole thesis is divided into two parts. Basic terms important for understanding of issue of unfair competition ac-cording to the Commercial code are analysed in theoretical part. Specifically this dis-sertation aims at selected facts of the case that are described in characterised more detailed. Furthermore, the marketing tools: advertising, guerrilla marketing and viral marketing are explained here. Practical part consists of an evaluation of chosen ad-vertising campaigns from point of view of marketing and legal. A summary of the most common mistakes in marketing communication from point of view of unfair competition and subsequent recommendation of using selected tools from the per-spective of unfair competition action is included as well.

This bachelor thesis is focused on the design of communication mix for Laser game Brno. The theoretical part of the thesis describes terminology of marketing communication and communication mix. Practical part includes the essential characteristics of Laser game Brno, a description of marketing mix and the necessary analysis. The design of the communication mix, which also contains the budget of designed changes, is based on the analysis of the current status of communication mix, competition analysis and segmentation. The conclusion deals with evaluation of the designed changes and their comparison with the current situation.

Analysis of microenvironment of firm

The aim of this bachelor thesis entitled Analysis of microenvironment of firm is: To analyze microenvironment for selected firm and suggest possible improvements based on the detected situation. The bachelor thesis is divided into two parts. The first part, entitled literature research, is aimed at obtaining theoretical basis, which is necessary for each analysis. This basis was obtained through the study of vocational literature. The second part includes the author?s own work, which is divided on the methodological part, the part dealing with the characteristics of the selected company, and part in which studied methods were put into practice and the analysis itself was done. This analysis was further divided into part dealing with the company itself focused on human resources, products of firm and economic-financial situation, and part analyzing close surroundings of the company by using Porter?s model of five competitive forces in the sector.

The competitiveness of sport centres in České Budějovice

The diploma thesis aims at the firms providing services, especially sport centres offering wide spectrum of sport services, relaxation and often mentioned wellness.The main goal of the diploma thesis was to appraise the competitiveness of sport centres in České Budějovice and give a survey of competitive background. To characterize sport realization in the region of South Bohemia and to recognize customers` requirements were the partial goals of the diploma thesis. To the achievement of the goals there were used the method of questionnaire research, SWOT analysis and Porter`s model method.The suitable arranged questionnaire has served the data describing competitinevess of particular sport centres. I have surveyed the information of the most popular and frequented sport centre. I have cooperated with this sportcentre and it was the basis of the above mentioned analysis.

Analysis of the competitive position of the selected company

The subject of this thesis is the evaluation of competitive position of the selected company. The strategic methods important for analysis of internal and external environment of the firm have been used to determine the position. Specifically these methods: competition analysis, Porter?s five forces model and SWOT analysis. Customer satisfaction analysis was also used. A few methods of financial analysis were applied to determine the financial health of the company. At the end of this thesis is an evaluation of the current market position and appropriate suggestions that would help to improve the competitive position.
