Cílem práce je vymezit konkurenceschopnost ve vztahu k řízení podniků a na základě metod a postupů strategického řízení zhodnotit tržní pozici (míru konkurenceschopnosti) vybraného podniku. The thesis goal is to define a competitive strength according to an enterprise company management. Based on methods and enterprise strategic management we have to evaluate a market position (a rate of competitive strength) of the selected enterprise company.
