Analyse of relation between a number of solicitors and the price of public procurement

Work tries to find out which explanations at the public procurement market influences or can influence final reached value by letting a public procurement. In theoretical part the work will show how the final price can be influenced by a current version of law and cases where the law was violated. In practical part the work concentrates on linear regression in area of supplement by private cars. The work concerns on the relation between final price and explanatory variables (predicted price, number of proposals, category of contracting administration and stress of a price like evaluation measure. Side goal of the work is discovering of relation between number of applicants and supposed price of public procurement.

Fantasy and Science-fiction in Novels for Children using German Texts, Working with a Literary Text with Children for Teaching

Diese Diplomarbeit besteht aus zwei Teilen, aus dem Theoretischen und aus dem Praktischen. Das Thema der Arbeit lautet Zu den phantastischen und sci-fi Motiven im modernen Kinderroman an den Beispielen des deutschsprachigen Schaffens. Im ersten Teil setze ich mich mit der Tatsache auseinander, ob Anwendung von diesen Motiven eine große Role für die Beliebtheit der Texte spielt, in denen sie benutzt werden. Dann beschäftige ich mich auch damit wie diese Motive von den Kindern wahrgenommen und interpretiert werden. Zuletzt habe ich mir auch die Frage gestellt, wie Texte die diese Motiven beinhalten Kinder im alletäglichen Leben beeinflussen. Das Interessante an diesen Motiven ist vor allem das, dass sie in allen Genrevarianten der Kinderprosa Vorkommen. Sie verursachen in den Texten sogenannte leere Stellen, die dann zur Polyvalenz der Texte fuhren. Deswegen sind diese Texte nicht nur für Kinder sondern auch für Erwachsene interessant. The Literary Text in a German-language Lesson, Methods for Working with Authentic Texts

Das Thema dieser Diplomarbeit heisst "Die Arbeit mit literarischen Texten. Methoden und Formen der Arbeit mit authentischen Texten". Die Arbeit bewegt sich sowohl im literaturtheoretischen als auch im didaktischen Bereich. Die Arbeit ist in einen theoretischen und zwei praktische Teile gegliedert. Ziel des theoretischen Teiles ist es, verschiedene Ansichten zum Thema zu sammeln und zu ordnen (die Problematik der literarischen Texte in pädagogischen Dokumenten, die Auswahl der literarischen Texte, die allgemeinen Prinzipien und Phasen der Arbeit mit literarischen und authentischen Texten, die Typologie der Übungen) und die zur Verfügung stehenden Methoden und Formen der Arbeit zu beschreiben.

Syntax of the legal texts in diachronic point of view

The thesis deals with the language of legal documents and i t provides i ts readers wi th a description of i ts syntactic ::levelopment since 1918 up to now. On the background of the nethod by M . Těšitelová et al. Three text form three periods ~re analysed (about the years 1920, 1960 and 2000); their total range being 27000 word. The research results in the finding that the style of legal texts had its specific features at the beginning of the examined period allready. The sentences as a unit of predication gets longer. Further, the 1umber of nominal construction grows as one of the basic :haracteristics of the legal language. In the texts dated 2000 3. wider scale of analytic predicates is used. The vocabulary )f nonverbal clauses is impowerished. On the other hand, the 1umber of uses of postponed adj ecti ves grows considerabely, Lnfluencing the length of nominal groups. The thesis also )ffers a surwey of means of expressing intrinsic modality.

The Importance of Boccia in Coherent Rehabilitation and Quality of Life Evaluation

Název práce: Boccia a její význam v ucelené rehabilitaci a hodnocení kvality života Title: Boccia and follows with its meaning in coherent rehabilitation and valuation quality of the life Cíl práce: Poukázat na sport boccia, který může mít význam v ucelené rehabilitaci u těžce tělesně postižených lidí. Dále chci jistit, jakým způsobem boccia ovlivňuje kvalitu života u lidí s nejtěžším tělesným postižením. Metodika: Prostřednictvím dotazníku oslovit lidi s nejtěžším tělesným postižením, kteří se aktivně věnují boccie a z toho některé lidi, kteří hrají bocciu nejméně osmnáct měsíců, oslovit i řízeným rozhovorem. Získat a vyhodnotit informace týkající se vlivu boccii na socializaci, integraci a kvalitu života lidí s nejtěžším tělesným postižením. Výsledky: Přijmout či odmítnout obě hypotezy, že paralympijský sport boccia má kladný vliv na socializaci lidí s nejtěžším tělesným postižením a že tento sport jim zvyšuje kvalitu života. Výsledky přispějí organizacím věnujícím se lidem s těžkým tělesným postižením, ale i samotným lidem, kteří by se mohli věnovat boccie aktivně. Informují o vztahu boccii k socializaci, integraci, o vlivu tohoto sportu na kvalitu života lidí s nejtěžším tělesným postížením. 3

Current feminist discussions: transgender phenomenon in the context of the writing of Judith Butler

The title of this paper is: Current feminist discussions: transgender phenomenon in the context of the writing of Judith Butler. The author of the paper concentrates on a discussion of selected terms from Butlerian terminology - such as subversion and agency in the context of the lived experience and agency of transgenders. In a broader context, feminist theories are taken into account in respect to these terms as well. Can transgender perspectives be used as a useful and inspirational contribution? Can agency of transgenders challenge feminist thought in any sense? What is the role of Butler's thought in relation to effective feminist action? Having introduced the theoretical framings and critical discussion of important terms of Butler's theory in the first chapter, the author continues in discussing the strategy of subversion in the context of transgenderism in the second chapter. Both discussions are brought together in the third part of the paper, focusing on a qualitative research completed in Prague in 2003. The author concludes that certain challenges and inspirations arise when studying the transgender phenomenon and that the theory of Judith Butler can be used as an effective (feminist) tool. The identity of gypsy children in "white" Czech families

Tendency of this article is to show, how three factual Gypsy children which were put away to creche directly after their born and which were educated with two "white" Czech families, create their identities. Basic research question was how the children construct their identities in interaction with the world and important others. My approach to this question is constructionist. I tried to find strategies of making identities. I worked with biographical stories. Simultaneously we can also speak about participate observation because I come from one of these families. Among my most important findings is the fact that children identity is influenced by parents standings and meanings. In the first family dominates a position that it is a stigma to be Gypsy in Czech racialist society. In the second family it is spoken about it that people should be valued according to their acts and not according to their flesh-colour. Gypsy child in Czech family has very difficult position because it does not properly belong to any society. Children from the first family realise their incident to Gypsies and try to manage their stigma with strategy. Odhad hodnoty podniku METROSTAV, a.s.

The aim of the diploma thesis is to determine the market value of the company Metrostav a.s. to the date 1.1.2009. Final market value represents the potential market price for which the owners could sell this company to the date of evaluation. The diploma thesis starts with brief introduction of the company. Afterwards strategic analysis follows which is focused on analysis of profit potential and its result is the prediction of sales in the near future. In financial analysis are examined the financial conditions of the company on the basis of absolute, ratio and global indicators. Financial plan is based on the prediction of sales, which was estimated within strategic analysis. The company is evaluated using two-phase discounted cash flow method in the version of FCFF. The diploma thesis is ended by risk analysis of assessment value of company by using software program Crystal Ball.

Mirko Hanák (1921 - 1071) in the context of contemporary illustration

Children's book publishing was a part of the state-controlled system after 1945 and several movements can be recognised within it. The development and illustration requirements, changing during the 1950s and 1960s, can be mostly inferred from contemporary literature by writers Stehlíková and Holešovský, the Zlatý máj magazine or submissions to the 1972 Brno symposium exploring the relationship between literary text and its visual art interpretation. After outlining the principal relationships, this work focuses on a more detailed exploration of the illustrations by Mirko Hanák, whose work originated during the 1950s and 1960s before being terminated by a premature death in 1971. Hanák freed himself of the compulsory realism during the 1950s and chose a path towards symbolism, which helped him achieve a respected creative status in the 1960s. Hanák's talents chiefly manifested themselves in his wildlife illustrations for adventure books, where he employed the watercolour technique. He took inspiration from Chinese ink painting, with which he became familiarised thanks to the many exhibitions taking place in the context of the contemporary cultural exchange between Czechoslovakia and the People's Republic of China.
