Assessment of damage in game hunting LCR sp "Vápenice"

The objective of this graduation thesis was to find out the extent of damages caused by wildlife to the forest stands up to 30.6.2009 and agricultural stands during 2009 in the hunting district LČR s.p. (Forests of the Czech Republic) "Vápenice". The damages to forest stands have a large impact on the function and recovery of the forest, while the damages to agricultural stands have negative effects on farmstead. Hence the first part of this thesis is concerning with methods of protection of both the forest, and farm crops to prevent it from being damaged. In this graduation thesis, percentage outcomes of damage of forest and agricultural stands, which were caused by wildlife, are stated. The damage to forest stands in all age groups in the hunting district "Vápenice" reach approximately one half in comparison to damage rate of the whole Czech Republic. The damage to permanent grass stands is higher than the damage to cereals.

Analysis of the human as an element of accident in the area of motor vehicles.

This thesis analyzes the human as an element of accident system in the sphere of motor-vehicle traffic. Then interprets the risks, damages and injuries in this sphere which are caused by the driver. On this basis, the measures to reduce the number of injuries in the Czech Republic are drawn up. In this thesis is taken account of existing measures that were proceeded in this area. It focuses particularly on the subject "driver" and its role in traffic accidents.

Current issues of judicature in juvenile matters

This thesis addresses the issues of judicature in juvenile matters, focusing on the criminality of children below 15 years of age and the specifics of judicial proceedings in cases concerning an offence punishable differently. The theoretical part outlines development of judicature in juvenile matters in the Czech Republic and the relating laws, the specifics of judicature in cases involving children below 15 years of age, cooperation of organizations acting within the given issues, and the currently discussed topics, such as lowering of the criminal liability age, development of juvenile criminality in the Czech Republic and evaluation of the act regulating judicature in juvenile matters after the several-year operation in practice. Due to their age and psychical immaturity, work with children as offenders committing offences punishable differently requires specific procedures aimed at correction of the offender and prevention of occurrence of further problems. The objective is also a fast solution of the situation, the lowest possible traumatizing of the child and protection of his/her rights. A large number of institutions, such as bodies of social-legal protection of children, the police, juvenile courts and the Probation and Mediation Service, are involved in the process. The objectives of the thesis were ascertainment of opinions of juvenile guardians on the issues, in particular on the operation of the act in practice and on its benefits and contingent drawbacks. A further objective was development of suggestions for amendment of the valid legal regulation on the basis of the respondents{\crq} answers. In connection with the set objectives, the research was conducted in the form of a structured interview with open questions. The respondents were workers of departments of social-legal protection of children under municipal authorities, and juvenile guardians. The questions were focused on the operation of the act in practice from the view of guardians, on benefits and drawbacks of the act and on the opinions of the guardians on some specifics of judicial proceedings involving children below 15 years of age. Imprisonment of minor offenders

Youth criminality is a constant problem which a number of specialists, legislative bodies, and the whole public deal with. A number of negative phenomenons occurring in the area of this population, e.g. spreading of drugs among younger and younger age groups and related increase of criminality undoubtedly play a leading role. However, it is known that bare repression is ineffective and means of educational activities are much more effective. Occurrence of social pathological phenomenons, their dynamics and changes are an indivisible part of the society. Grounds enabling occurrence of these phenomenons change very little. Heritability, constitutional factors, family, school, peer pressure, inappropriate spending free time as well as media influence and ethnical origin have an impact. Responsibility of the youth for unlawful acts is laid down by the Act No. 218/2003 Coll., on the Liability of Youth for Unlawful Acts and on Justice in Matters of Youth and Amending Certain Acts (Act on Justice in Matters of Youth). The purpose of the Act is defined particularly from the view of prevention of unlawful activities of the youth that is a basic group to which the attention of the whole justice and society is to be paid, so that every member of this group who committed an illegal act, no matter he is a juvenile or a child younger than fifteen years, is treated in accordance with this Act, he contributes to rectifying the injury resulting from the unlawful act within his strengths and abilities, a convenient and appropriate measure is imposed on him, and he finds a social asserting corresponding to his abilities and intellectual and moral development as a definitive result. Preventive activities aimed against youth criminality always and in the whole scope require respecting basic children rights and rights for privacy of their family. Children rights must be observed from primary to tertiary prevention, from searching threatened children and their families to treatment of guilty children. The most significant tool of social prevention is education of children in families and education of children at school. The aim of the thesis was to find out grounds leading to custodial detention of a juvenile offender and to find indications which could help to positively or negatively affect educational impact on the juvenile in the prison.

Conflicts among recreational uses of Lužnice river

The main target of the thesis was to elaborate a project documentation that would focus on the solution of the conflicts caused by the recreational exploitation of the area. However, the results of preceding bachelor thesis (guestioning of visitors and situation analysis), interviews and of SWOT, PEST analyses pointed to the existence of several conflict issues. Based upon the current situation of the area, strategic targets, measures and tourism development plan were presented. The biggest problem of the area is an underdeveloped infrastructure of tourism and inferior accomodation with a high level of services. Presented project is dealing with a motel building in the camp, which should grafity all requierements of the tourists.

Fulfilling a Social Services Community Plan in a chosen Town

The thesis is focused on the evaluation of the I. Social Services Community Plan in the town of Havlíčkův Brod in the period 2005-2007. Individual activities are evaluated according to the degree of fulfillment. After which is pointed out the impact on the development of social services in the city. First, the plan is evaluated according to the target areas and finally the matter is viewed as an integrated whole. Furthermore, the thesis deals with one of the unfulfilled aktivity and updates information using a questionnaire analysis of the community plan. The work also contains proposals for action that could lead to more efficient implementation of the plan.

The taxation in United States and suggestions for Czech tax law

The diploma thesis provides the reader with a comprehensive view of the U.S. tax system and other vital information about U.S. taxation. The thesis deals with analysis of the tax system in the United States, which can be characterized as very sophisticated and complex. The basic tax theory in the context of the U.S. environment are stated in the first part of thesis. The paper also includes information about taxes that are levied on U.S. federal, state and municipal level. The thesis deals with the anti-crisis measures introduced and proposed in the United States in fiscal matters. The significant part is focused on the possibility of implementation of tax issues to the Czech tax law. The thesis contains also proposals for improvement of the Czech tax law, particularly the improvement of tax payment discipline and enhancing legal certainty. The possible procedural elements, the access and quality of information, the reducing the tax burden, the tax structure and education in taxation could also improve the Czech tax system.

Aim diploma work is analysis of system HACCP in company Pascual Polabí s. r. o.. To analyze this system properly I arbitrated to carry out internal audit upon this system, I examined, whether adhere plus check all critical control points. Processed I record from hereof inner audit plus determine several power procuration plus recommendation. This system I examined partly with reference to valid legislature plus partly with reference to in-home regulations " Health dangerous at agricultural basic industry firm Pascual Polabí s. r. o." I investigate with recency plus rightness diagrams industrial process plus assesment breaking point.. System implementation HACCP will realize legislative requirements for food processing firm, will ensure production (performance) plus sale health unexceptionable groceries plus dishs, protect the consumer and food processing firm (better vindication before inspection authorities plus complaints consumers) as well as increases know - how plus qualification workers. Base system HACCP is, that not only must be well - established, but also have to adhere correct production plus hygienic rules. That is means, that all personnel must be familiarized whith it and everyone have to know what, when, why plus how be to do. In first chapter behind - pick theoretic part, where describe, what it proper system HACCP is plus what legislative regulations are with him adherent. Concentrate here largely on boot HACCP for agricultural basic industry, because company Pascual Polabí s. r. o. grows salads. In second parts I deal with analysis contemporary system state HACCP in company. Describe here, how is system HACCP in company Pascual Polabí s. r. o. implemented and on what diversification according to legislature zero in on. In third chapter describe fulfilment check internal audit system HACCP, where I double - checked how consequential plus entire lead all documentation system HACCP, so and observance all critical check point in terrain, afield and in store. Check audit in terrain I prove by evidence photographs. Lastly I'm analyzed record audit. From ascertained reality follow on, that the company Pascual Polabí s. r. o. faces all documentation to system HACCP in absolute harmony with requirements legislature and in-home regulations. In terrain I however run against some way inadequacies in observance given critical monitor point namely above all in non - performance using all personal protective means for work. At non - performance hereof request, can get to contamination reaped salads. Therefore would recommended follow - up for - skill of all workers, further consequential verification workers supervisor.
