The present thesis deals with analysis of job satisfaction and work motivation. At the beginning, the basic underlying theoretical concepts concerning given subject are considered. Following chapters present the analysis of satisfaction and motivation of labour force at a selected company based on data collecting using questionnaire method. Finally the thesis suggests measures to improve job satisfaction, motivation and attitude of employees towards the company as a whole.

Diploma thesis provides an analysis of job satisfaction in a selected company. The main goal is to monitor employees' job satisfaction in terms of all levels of management with emphasis on issues of organizational change. Possible factors of dissatisfaction should result as a by-product from the analysis. Among the methods of investigation I applied questionnaire, workshop and interview with HR manager. In conclusion, the results of each method are summarized and according to the findings of dissatisfaction I suggested measures to improve the current situation in the company.

Diploma theses analyses the job satisfaction problem of employees of the company XY including the social climate aspects. On the basis of questionnaire method the factors which are affecting job satisfaction in positive way, as well as the factors which originate job dissatisfaction have been specified. The information obtained from these questionnaires have been analysed and explicated at the same time. The author has proposed some measures to remedy the situation in the workplace as well to increase the factor of job satisfaction, motivation and social climate in the workplace.

The subject of this thesis is to analyze the satisfaction of workers in two branches of KFC restaurants. The subject of study is the overall employee satisfaction in restaurant operation. Closer I examine satisfaction with interpersonal relationships at work, with the main work, with remuneration, with promotions, communication and working environment. The main objective of this thesis is to determine how employees are comfortable with the company, than to do research and propose recommendations that could address the identified deficiencies. These recommendations would be able to increased satisfaction and motivation of branches and improve the overall working conditions, make work more efficient and give support to achieving better results.

The goal of my diploma thesis was to do a research of job satisfaction by using a comparison of its outputs with results of a previous research to observe the progress of the satisfaction in the company involved. On the basis of an agreement with the management of the firm needed information was gathered up through an electronic questioning. The collected data was processed to help to identify week areas and to recommend solutions for improving management practices and work organization within the company.

The thesis contains analysis of job satisfaction employees of call center. In the theoretical part is defined conception of job satisfaction, are described deteminants of job satisfaction and relationship between job satisfaction and work motivation. In the practical part are analysed results of questionnaire survey and there are presented suggestions measures to increas job satisfaction. The respondents were asked about satisfaction with the content of work, remuneration, work organization, human relations, working conditions and possibilities of further education and employee benefits.

The diploma thesis is focused on job satisfaction and its aim is to analyze the satisfaction of financial advisors in the company and to suggest possible solutions to improve the current situation. In the theoretical part is defined the concept of work satisfaction, its determinants, consequences and methods of measurement. Methodical part describes the procedures used to collect data. The first part of the practical part briefly describes specifics of the financial advisory market and the firm, which the survey was conducted in. The second part contains interpretation of surveyed areas from the view of satisfaction. The final part deals with proposals for possible steps leading to the increase in job satisfaction.

The methodical part describes the procedures used for data gathering and their analysis. The practical part includes an analysis of the surveyed areas from the view of satisfaction and importance. Proposals of possible steps leading to the increase in job satisfaction are presented at the end of this thesis.

This diploma thesis consists of theoretical and practical parts. The theoretical part reviews some theories of motivation as well as theories of work motivation. Secondly, it describes the relationship between motivation, job satisfaction and performance. Thirdly, there is a description of job satisfaction factors. In the practical part, job satisfaction was analysed in the particular company and a few recommendations to the company management were made. The company situation was revised after ten months and other recommendations to the management were made.
Employees job satisfaction analysis on company's branches

The goal of this thesis was to define the basic terms of the problems of job satisfaction and to make the job satisfaction analysis in the chosen company, which name will be not published , because of the inside information protection. The necessary data for the analysis were obtained via questionnaire, in which took part 122 employees from 13 different branches. Respondents were divided into three groups according to the performed work position and the intensity of the contact with clients. Results of research were processed for each individual group. It allows to catch better the differences in the group satisfaction. On a basis of results were pointed out the most problematic areas and suggested concrete steps, which could lead to job satisfaction increase in researched branches.
