Master thesis concerns with a design of forklift truck. The result proposed in the thesis uses existing technologies but combines them in new context to gain better qualities of a lift truck especially in relation to user-friendliness and ergonomics. Shaping works on functional demands which are understood as a basis for further developments towards the aesthetical outcome.

This diploma thesis describes optimization of assembly working place of cylinder locks brand FAB company ASSA ABLOY Rychnov, s.r.o. Theoretical part deals with universal process for designing manufacturing systems and for description of selected analytical and engineered methods and ergonomics .The practical part shows evaluation of current situation and create new time standards. in accordance with are designed 3 variants of the solution for lay out working place. For each variant is created simulation model, which is explore especially working load and automatic filling machine. The various options are compared by weight valuation and the most optimal is determined by maximal work in process and optimal warehouse supply of input components.
Design of Hydrostatic Steering Circuit for Maxterra Tractor

Theme of this diploma thesis is a design of a hydrostatic steering circuit of the Maxterra tractor, where the working medium is oil from the gearbox. Part of the design is also check calculation of the hydrostatic circuit of the steering. Next part is also the design of the steering column. The circuit of the hydrostatic steering and the steering column will be used on the new Zetor Maxterra tractor.

Design of pram

Pram is more complicated product, than you may think. Regular first opinion puts pram into some sort of toy but it is exactly contrary. This product contains user’s demands from two point of view - parents and baby. These users have different needs and - as we are get used today - we want to have not just working stuffs but modern, nice and make it naturally like part of our lifes. We can’t prefer design and leave functionality behind or make it really complicated to produce just with efford create something new. In this project I tried find compromise and come out with design with new features, ideas and experimental look but with same function ability. Main point of designing the pram was create universal pram with easy use during whole first 3 baby periods (from 0 to 2 years old baby) and decrease the final number of needed parts. I focused on original design and carriage parts which can be formed according to baby needs. Create universall pram but also easy to transport and fold. There are two main features designed completelly from scratch: modifiable carriage part and design attractive no center axis wheels.
Safety and hygiene of work in the construction industry
