Preparation of realization apartment building in Dvůr Králové nad Labem

The subject of my diploma thesis is the construction-technological project of apartment house in Dvůr Králové nad Labem. Thesis is focused on the most optimal technological procedures of foundation construction on deep foundations and total external insulation by external thermal insulation composite system. Regulations are supplemented by inspectional and trial plans, appropriate machinery and equipment of assembly site. Included is also work safety, time schedule and budget of substruture. The most interesting thing of my thesis will be model of the noise load on the surrounding objects resulting from the construction of apartment house which will the proposed appropriate measures of noise control.

Thesis includes the technical report, the plan of the building site with some extra descriptions, time and financial plan of the building site, realization sketch of the major technological periods, equipment of the building site, project of the construction machines, timetable, plan of the assurance of the material, technological regulation, controlling and probationary plan of the quality, time and financial collation.

The aim of this bachelor thesis was to develop a construction-technological project for a technological phase of the project realization - the construction of a sports hall entrance portal in Jinřichův Hradec. The construction-technological project deals mainly with the technological procedures for boarding, fortifying and concreting of the vertical monolithic construction of the entrance portal. The project also includes a time schedule of the construction, budget, project of a device, controling and piloting plans for operation pursuing, principles of construction organization and solution of safety operation. The project also contains a design of the constructional situation, an arrangement‘s building site drawing as well as the drawing of the boarding.

The subject of my bachelor thesis is the construction-technological project of a training center of company Batist, Červený Kostelec. Thesis is focused on the most optimal technological procedures of demolition and groundworks along with base designs substructures. Regulations are supplemented by inspectional and trial plans, appropriate machinery and equipment of assembly site. Included is also work safety, time schedule and budget of substruture. The most interesting thing of my thesis will be comparison of the financial foundation with the original design of reinforced concrete structures on foundation along with compaction of the substrate, the design of the building foundation on bored piles.

This thesis deals with variants of whether the material station basis, specifically scaffolding, better to own or rent it. There is evaluated, how many rotations are needed to make the investment back. The thesis analyzes and shows who belongs profit of calculation.

Monitoring of fulfillment of consumption basket in the selected kindergartens

The main aim of the Bachelor thesis in the theoretical part was to outline the issue of boarding in kindergartens, to explain the term ,,consumption basket`` and subsequently to provide analysis of single parts of the consumption basket in regards to its benefits for the organism of a child. In the practical part, the explanation on the principle of calculation of consumption basket is given in the first place. The main aim of the practical part is then to analyse consumption basket in selected kindergartens and carry out, based on the selected criteria of classification, evaluation of fulfillment of consumption basket in the respective kindergartens.

Nutrition in hospitals as part of comprehensive nursing care

A nutrition of high quality should be an integral part of the complex therapy in all hospital facilities, disregarding these premises results in the decrease of the whole quality of the nursing care. A complex nursing care detects actual and potential health problems, determines priorities and defines the role of the nurse providing those. Nothing but a highly qualified and plan-based nursing care enables the nurse to satisfy the patients´ / clients´ needs. The purpose of this Bachelor thesis is to discover and determine the demands of the clients hospitalized in hospital facilities for alterations of the nutrition system, to map clients´ satisfaction with the food served and to find out , if the meals served in the hospital facilities complies with the clients´ needs. The research was realized in the Hospital Strakonice, inc.c. in the internal, surgery and gynaecological ward, in the form of a questionnaire inquiry. Six hypotheses have been determined, of which 5 were confirmed and one was refuted. The first hypothesis tested, whether the clients hospitalized in hospital facilities would appreciate an alteration in the nutrition composition. On the basis of a questionary investigation, the hypothesis was comfirmed. The second hypothesis estimated, if the clients hospitalized in hospital facilities would appreciate the possibility of the choice of the meals, according to the results, it is obvious that this possibility is welcomed by the clients and thus this hypothesis was confirmed. The aim of the third hypothesis was to find out, whether the clients are satisfied with the food served. The results point out to the fact, that for the most of the respondents, the taste, satiety and quantity of individual meals was inconvenient, the results concerning the satisfaction with the temperature of the served meals proved the patients´/clients´ satisfactuion. The third hypothesis was confirmed, because the larger part of the answers proved the dissatisfaction with the food served. The four hypothesis, whether the clients have different demands on the served meals according to their age categories was, after detailed comparison of the results, confirmed and the results point out to a definite difference with the older and with the younger respondents. The fifth hypothesis estimated, whether the clients evaluate the served food as inadequate to their needs. From the results it is obvious, that the sufficiency is superior to the insufficiency and therefore, the fifth hypothesis was not confirmed. The sixth hypothesis evaluated, if the clients have the need to provide themselves with the food outside the hospital facility, from the results it is evident that the clients really have this need and the sixth hypothesis was proved and confirmed. I will hand deliver the results achieved to the head nurse of the Hospital Strakonice, inc.c. and together we will try to realize these alterations that would increase the satisfaction of the patients/clients with the nutrition and meals in this hospital.

Nursing care of urinary stones patiens and evaluation of their diet habits

Bachelor thesis Nursing care of patients with urolithiasis and assessment of their dietary habits drala with the issue of comprehensive urolithiasis and its prevention. Nurses working in urology departments are commonly encounte-red in providing nursing care with patients who have persistent colic pain due to movement concrement in the urinary tracts. For the most part in the formation concrement involved inadequate fluid intake and poor dietary habits, such as high intake of animal protein and salt. The task of nurses is sufficient to inform the patient of the change in dietary and drinking regime, not to have to relive severe pain. We can divide work into two parts. The first part of work focuses on the theoretical acquaintance with the problems of urolithiasis. In this section attention is paid to the history, causes of urolithiasis,its symptoms, diagnosis, treatment and prevention of disease. The nursing care of patients with urolithiasis is also described there. The second part is research. The research was realized in urolo-gical departments in selected hospitals of South Bohemia - in České Budějovice, Písek and in Tábor on the bed ward and outpatient departments of these departments. Research was conducted using questionnaires to patients and nurses. The aim of this work was to evaluate the dietary habits of patients with uroli-thiasis. At the same time we wanted to determine the educational extent of nurses in the prevention of urolithiasis. On the basis of the main objectives have been identified hypotheses. H 1: The Patients with urolithiasis keep diet regime. H2: The Patients with urolithiasis keep drinking regime. H3: Patients are enough informed about the diet. H4: Patients are enough informed about drinking regime. H5: Disease more frequently affects younger patiens than older patients. The aim of the work has been achieved and hypothese H1, H3, H4 and H5 were based on the research confirmed. Hypotheses H2 hasn´t been confirmed. The results and findings of the research will be offered to nurses working in urology wards and outpatient clinics where the research was conducted. They can help in the education of patients with urolithiasis and focus on areas that are most important for the patient-litiatic. It would be appropriate to attend at this issue one of its workshops in urological departments and not only there, to provide effectively education of patients by educator-nurse.

PHYSICAL ACTIVITY AND NOURISHMENT OF SENIORS

The bachelor thesis is focused on nourishment and physical activity of seniors, it conteins a theoretical and a practical part. In the theoretical part I tried to describe the problem of nourishment and physical activities of seniors, I gained information from available resources, such as books, magazines, the Internet and health-educationals newsletters. The research part of the bacholer thesis compares catering habits and physical activities of men and women of a specific age category. I used a method of interviewing through and anonymous questionaire including 25 questions. The selected group has been represented by 100 women a 100 men, on condition of a retirement pension, without upper limitation of age. The research resulted in the finding that there are differences between catering of men and women. I have also found out that seniors do not place emphasis on physical activities. Their life style is rather pasive, which is a phenomenom of a present time. The research also revealed that men prefer work activities and women prefer sport activities.
