Management of business informatics in particular sport union
Jirovský, Jan ; Bruckner, Tomáš (advisor) ; Gavlas, Libor (referee)
This thesis deals with the area of management of business informatics at the Floorball Union. It is a very specific type of organization with a mixed organization structure and decision-making processes divided between elected bodies and the employee structure of the organiza-tion, where the area of business informatics is, due to the mission and goals of the organiza-tion, rather at the periphery of the interest of the management of this sports association. It is so despite the fact that the floorball union has developed and runs its own information system FIS. Based on the knowledge and experience acquired in the theoretical part, the thesis aims at assessing the current model of management of business informatics, defining its biggest shortcomings and proposing adjustments to this model. Within the assessment of the management model, the thesis further evaluates the benefits of the implementation of the infor-mation system FIS, with the aim of evidencing the rightness of the decision to develop and implement the system, both from the point of view of non-financial benefits, as well as financial impacts and possibilities of further development and growth of the organization. The theoretical part of the thesis contains a description of the structure, goals and mission of the sports association, and attention is then devoted to the selected models, frameworks and approaches to management of business informatics and measuring its benefits. The practical part is devoted to an analysis of the current state of management of business informatics, and it includes a description of all its resources and relations, as well as a definition of its biggest shortcomings. Based on the findings, I have proposed a centralization of the management model including proposals of specific measures that will eliminate the discovered shortcom-ings to maximum extent. Compared to standards, the model of management of business in-formatics has been in some areas adjusted according to the needs, requirements and characteristics of the organization for which it is being designed. Another significant part of the practical part of the thesis contains evidence regarding the benefits of the implementation of the information system FIS. It is this part in particular, along with the creation of a new model of company information system management for the Czech Floorball Union, that I consider the most significant contribution of my diploma thesis.
Floorball players testing of efficiency at the club FBC United České Budějovice
SOUČEK, Rostislav
The aim of the bachelor thesis is to create the testing battery and to apply it to the players of the floorball club FBC United České Budějovice. This testing battery consists of terrain tests of motoric abilities and specific floorball skills. On the basis of statistical assessment it was determined that deep forward bend, shuttle running 4x10 metres, distant jump from place with legs together, running 3x200 metres, running for 12 minutes, slalom, shooting in motion, forehand/backhand passes, leading the ball and vertical dribbling with the ball will be integrated into the final testing battery. Addressed coaches found the final testing battery suitable. It can be used as an inspiration for others in finding out the efficiency of the players.
Determining characteristics using anaerobic Wingate test in female floorball team.
HAVLÍK, Tomáš
This thesis deals with finding the anaerobic characteristics using the Wingate test in female floorball team, followed by comparing the measured values with other results reported in the literature. A total of 30 probands were tested. In this work we work with two age categories floorball teams, which are groups of women and juniors. The floorball teams have undergone single physical fitness test on a bicycle ergometer, from which we found values that specify the maximum anaerobic power, fatigue index and anaerobic capacity. These values were then compared with those reported in the literature. Principal Wingate test was preceded by finding basic somatic dimensions and determine body composition using stepping scales. The theoretical part provides an overview of current knowledge on the environment floorball, sports training and anaerobic testing. The procedure and results are presented in the practical part, where the values are processed in the form of tables.
Determine the amount of subcutaneous fat in floorball players.
HANŠPACH, Luboš
Increased emphasis is now being placed on dynamics, speed, and coordination in players of team sports (floorball, football, ice hockey, volleyball). The body fat is one of the factors that influences the the power of the players in sports. A comparisson between 2 flooball teams will be made and body fat will be measured. The teams entail various age groups of teams of Ceske Budejovice and Liberec, namely: adults, juniors, adolescents, younger pupils, older pupils both in men and women. Later, the body fat figures will be compared among players of different age groups. Then we can compare the amount of the fat body in the floorball players from single teams. The we can analyze if the different training load has any impact on the amount of the body fat. The goal of this work is to analyze and consider the amount of body fat in floorball players together with different physical burden in different age groups and demographic conditions.
Modules in floorball information system - an assessment of innovation
Čížek, Michal ; Bruckner, Tomáš (advisor) ; Filippi, Tomáš (referee)
In this project I will be reviewing innovations in the new Floorball information system. The whole system is divided into three categories (modules), for a better understanding of the processes and functionality. First I would like to mention reasons why there was a demand for a new IS and what changes it has brought to the users. By users I mean the players, team secretary, coach, Floorball Union employees etc. Each module outlines the basic functionality and processes that a user can perform. For the evaluation I will use my own observation. These resources will be my experience, after working with the system for the past year as well as results from conducted surveys pertaining to the upgrades. Surveys were sent to members of the Floorball Union network using social media, such as Facebook as well as via Email. Professional Consultations were also conducted with my floorball coach as well as employees from the Secretariat & Registry CFBU. The audio recording of the mentioned consultations is attached. For the final evaluation I will be using my own view of the issues/problems (player's license, statistics). Using the knowledge obtained from the above sources, I will be able to either confirm or refute the debate. Finally, it is my goal to propose my solution how to correct or eliminate major flaws/drawbacks of the system.
Production of special florbal tutorial publication
KYSEL, Jiří
Floorball as a modern sport branch has been recently under intensive development in the Czech Republic. The rules are simple and the equipment is not expensive. This sport is easy to train and it is attractive for many scored goals. It becomes very popular among boys and girls. Floorball represents a suitable alternative sport in both compulsory and optional physical education at schools. There are also competitions for all categories. The lack of methodical guide-books has led to creation of this new publication. It includes basic knowledge about floorball and it is intended for PE teachers, leaders of interest groups, coaches and others. The publication focuses especially on methodical aspects of floorball skills training. The book also provides information on history, choice of equipment, interpretation of rules, efficient training forms, leading the team in matches, corrective exercises or injury prevention, for example.
Creation and attestation stock book of floorball exercising useful for children at the age of 10 - 15 years
SVOBODOVÁ, Martina
The task of this thesis is to create complex of floorball exercise. Then we verify these exercises in the form of two-month practise with experimental groups where players at the age of 10 - 15 are. On the basis of the tests (slalom, shooting, running we will compare experimental groups with control groups. We note down their measured values into charts and graphs. From these values and with a help of Wilcoxonov pair test we find out if there is a marked difference between the first and the second test measurement. After the total evaluation it came out, that there was modest change for better in experimental groups. Statically this two-months practise of exercises hasn´t been shown in measured values.
