The most common nursing diagnoses and interventions in physiological newborn baby
LAPÁČKOVÁ, Zuzana
This bachelor thesis is focused on the most frequent nursing diagnoses and interventions in physiological newborn. First aim was to map the most frequent nursing diagnoses at physiological newborn ward in hospital Nemocnice České Budějovice a.s. Two hypotheses were proposed. H1: The most frequent nursing diagnosis in physiological newborn is ineffective breast-feeding. H2: Nursing diagnoses in physiological newborn will differ in connection to the type of delivery. The second aim was to learn how the nurses and midwives decide on nursing diagnoses, aims and interventions. The research question posed for this aim was: How are nursing diagnoses, aims and nursing interventions decided in physiological newborns? A combination of qualitative and quantitative research was used in order to obtain quality data. Its collection was conducted through nursing documentation analysis and in-depth half-structured interviews. This research was conducted in March 2015 at Physiological newborn ward at hospital Nemocnice České Budějovice a.s. The interviews were analysed by open coding using pen and paper method. Individual codes were collected into subcategories and then categories. The first research group comprised of 5 paediatric nurses and 1 midwife working at the physiological newborn ward of České Budějovice hospital aged 26 to 46. The second research group consisted of 107 physiological infants born either naturally or by caesarean section. The answers of the respondents show their general knowledge about nursing diagnosis but also about some shortcomings in their de termination. Insufficient knowledge was found regarding stating aims and interventions due to the midwives and nurses trusting predefined nursing diagnoses, aims and interventions most often used at the ward and usually choose from them. Nursing diagnoses were also found the same for infants born to first-time mothers and multigravidas and the generally most frequent diagnosis is ineffective breast-feeding. Obtained results can serve as basis for simplification of working with nursing diagnoses and preventing making mistakes in the determination. Considering the insufficiencies in determination of nursing diagnoses, aims and interventions found in the nurses and midwives, we suggest they use this work as model basis. The research results also show that the most frequent nursing diagnosis is ineffective breast-feeding. A form for expecting mothers, that can simultaneously function as educational material was created as a response to the results. We hope this form will enable easier determination of nursing diagnoses and interventions.

Timber iventory in part area of Petřiny and digital map of its area.
Vepřeková, Olga ; Kunt, Miroslav (advisor) ; Vaněk, Jindřich (referee)
The prior goal of this bachelor thesis was to map a part of Petřiny district. To fill the inventory files Machovec method was used. The trees were selected as follows: broadleaved trees, evergreebns, shrubs and perennials. And individuals were attached with codes. These codes were used in order to have clear view in the AutoCAD maps. The trees were measured to get the log diameter, the width of the treetop, the height and further to get the age of the tree and ornamental value. As for shrubs the log diameter and the age were not considered. Perennials were just coded. After adding all parameters as from inventory files the codes were entered into the AutoCAD maps. During collecting of data photodocumantation was made and then uploaded on mapserver. The text part includes the literature review where the issues of the public greenery and public spaces are described, the greenery is presented and considered its values for the enviroment, mankind and animals. Next chapter describes the area of district Petřiny. Nature characteristics, history, Machovec method, detailed description of the measurements are dealt with. In the results the inventory templates are inserted and the current situation is described using graphs. In the chapter discusssion the situation is valued subjectively using esthetic and composition views. Further on the problem of public spaces and greenery is considered. There are 976 trees and shrubs ( 572 broadleaved trees, 294 shrubs, 119 evergreens and 36 are perennials).

Pfudl, Tomáš ; Pfeifer, Václav (referee) ; Němec, Karel (advisor)
Bachelor's thesis discusses properties of the systematic convolution codes for error-bursts correction. Berlekamp-Preparata code is a member of this group. Thesis aims at detail description of this code and for picked code designs a codec. Properties discussed at the first part of thesis are used at the second part for picking the code and designing the codec. For designing there are used various methods (programming scripts, simulation model). Codec design is described from properties of communication channel to hardware realization. Each step is exactly interpreted. Whole theoretical design is made in Matlab and for designing the hardware there is used program Xilinx.

The thesis is divided into four main chapters. The first three chapters deal with design and implementation of individual blocks of the codec and the subsequent verification of these blocks. The fourth and last chapter deals with the design and implementation of the codec as a separate electronic system.

Sophisticated methods for electronic text checking
Flégl, Jan ; Malý, Jan (referee) ; Pfeifer, Václav (advisor)
The work is about plagiarism of source codes and text documents. We’d like to describe common known methods, learn something about commercial programs and make our own plagiarism detection software. At the beginning of introduction to the theoretical part we will define the plagiarism. We will also learn something about the history of plagiarsm and its situation in the Czech Republic. We will find out something about syntactic analysis, tools we can use to detect plagiarisms and how to discover it. We will see the function of the metrics on easy exercises. We will clear up the function of graphic method with line comparing. We will define advantages and disadvantages of all methods. At the end of the theoretical part we will find out something about commercial programs. In practical part we will make our own program which compares two source codes by using statistical access methods. We will check its function and ability to detect plagiarism by corpus of source codes which we will create.

Personal view of a child on upbringing which took place outside their own families. (Analysis of case reports)
ŠVECOVÁ, Valentyna
Abstract This thesis focuses on an analysis of a publicly available monograph, which was chosen deliberately. It deals with an autobiographical story of a girl who grew up in institutional care since the age of four. The work is conceived as a systematically organized set of information. It consists of a theoretical and an empirical part. The theoretical part discusses issues concerning the child's personality, development and basic needs, including family influence on the child. It also describes the system of alternative educational care for children with emphasis on the psychosocial aspects, concerning a child living outside its own family. The empirical part presents the research itself. The aim of the thesis is to find out more about the girl´s personal experience and the way the child perceived the education outside its own family. The main research question reads: How has the institutional education affected the life of the child? This relatively broad research question was further divided into several specific questions: 1. What impact has the child's relationship with its parents had on the life of the child growing up outside its family? 2. What influence has the child's relationship with its siblings had on the life of the child growing up outside its family? 3. What effect has the child's relationship with the educators and to the children's home in which the kid lived had on the life of the child growing up outside its family? The research was conducted as a qualitative investigation on the principle of grounded theory using analysis of the monograph in the form of data collection technique. For our individual case we utilized the method of intensive study with emphasis on a categorized overview, including basic characteristics of the individual's personality, its development, significant experience and attitudes, as well as the individual´s relationships with parents, siblings and wider social environment. The detection of the personal experience and of the opinion of the child on its education outside its own family was carried out by means of qualitative research using grounded theory technique. The data was transferred into the hermeneutic matrix program ATLAS.ti and evaluated using a three-stage coding. The methodological analysis procedure was based on inductive procedures according to the grounded theory technique. In the first step, the data was reduced to the information related to the research. After that, particular codes were created through open coding. These codes were divided into individual categories. In the chapters graphics are used, formed as a part of the coding in the analytical software ATLAS.ti. The results were described, analysed and processed. By research survey, we concluded that the personal view of the child concerning the education outside its own family is positive. This thesis could be beneficial for children's homes and diagnostic institutions. The results of the research could be used to better understand the situation of children in institutional or foster care, by the members of staff and foster parents, as well as by the people who grow up or are brought up outside their own family. This paper could also represent an incentive to perform more extensive research, which would focus on the verification of the generated hypotheses.
