DRAHOVZAL Milan: The manufacturing of shallow drawing part by rubber The project elaborated in frame of Bachelor’s studies branch B2307 study proposes extract lid container technology used in the chemical industry. Part will be manufactured from stainless steel sheet 17 240. Based on the variant solution, taking into account the serial, it was drawing method Guerin. The design and technological calculations was constructed pulling tool.The die was replaced by a block of elastomer with a hardness 80 ShA. Puncheons was made of instrumental steel 19 312.9

The project is submitting design of technology production of the extract from the deep drawing sheet iron 11 320.21. Based on literature studies campaign issue, with regard to the series 20 000 pieces, it was suggested drawing a conventional method. Extract is drawn to a single operation using the retainer.Drawing punch and drawing die are produced from alloyed instrumental steel 19 436.9 , heat-worked according to drawing documentation.

Technology project for production of part "No.2432-cover"

The project developed in the framework of Bachelor's study presents a proposal of producing technology of cover "2432", part of the sheet. Based on literature research, the studies and on own experience has been produced this work. The issue of materials, cutting, piping, drawing, design of the tool, evaluation of economic and technological design production has been studied. On the basis of the combined instrument has been designed, constructed according to standards, and the use of existing machinery. To resolve it was accounted economic assessment, which enabled decision-making between the semi-finished products for production. It was found that current production is not economically advantageous, compared to the options proposed. It has been ensured and the complex layout of machines in the area of existing production.

The modern processes and technology of sheet metal parts forming

This bachelor thesis contains the summary of methods for unconventional sheet metal forming and tube forming, especially in flexible tools. There are some technologies such as rubber pad forming, hydroforming, high-speed forming and hot forming presented. In next part of the work there are three hydroforming methods for tube components described: low-pressure, high-pressure and pressure-sequence hydroforming. Finally there is comparison of these technologies according to several aspects by available web sources.
The utilization of elastomers in forming technologies

The project developed within the bachelor study (branch B2339-00 Mechanical engineering) deals with creation of a review of technologies in the field of forming using elastomers to manufacture desired parts. On the basis of studying literature focused on forming problems the review of these special forming methods and their brief description were developed. Further, the project includes examples of forming machines currently using these methods and appropriate products. The data were obtained from internet sources.
The manufacturing of feed sheet metal component

The project made within the bachelor‘s program B2307 represents a proposal of the production technology of a cutting – a device made of steel plate 12020. On the basis of secondary literature dealing with the problematic topic of cutting technology a production of components in sequential device was designed. The sequential device is composed of normalized components and is resolved by using a universal easel. The cutting box is fixed to the compressing machine LEN 40 C (producer TOMA Industries, s.r.o.) with the nominal drawing force of 400 kN. The upper cutting edge and cutting form are made of tool steel class 19, heat-treated according to the drawing documentation.

ŽÁK Ondřej: The manufacture of sheet metal part by blanking technology The project elaborated in frame of engineering studies branch 2307. The project elaborated in frame of bachelor studies in engineering technology field set up proposal technology of production of feed lame – a section from steel metal plate 11 320. Processual shearing was suggested on the basis of belles-lettres problem of blanking and calculation. Shearing use standardized component and is solved by form of usual rack close set on press LEN 25-C, with nominal ductile by force 250 kN. Blanking puch and blanking are made from 19 class alloyed instrumental steels, heat treated according to graphical documentation.

The theme is elaborated on the base of literary sources starting with theory of drawing rotary drawing parts, through description of modern metods used in production itself. The work includes simulation of drawing non-rotary drawing parts, analysis of defects during drawing. There is also an overview of non-traditional drawing metods including essay dealing with various drawing materials such as stainless steel or titan.
