Particularly it concerns the following activities: formation and analysis of working positions, human resources planning, obtaining and choosing of employees, accepting and adjustment of employees, managing the job performance and evaluating the employees, education and formation of the employees, and rewarding the them. The aim is to learn the way in which the individual activities of the company are performed, what the conventional procedures in solving particular situations related to human resources work are, and if it is possible to make all the branch of human resources more effective.

Bachelor thesis "Specification of personnel management in the middle-sized pharmaceutical company" analyzes and appreciates an assurance level of human resources and select personnel practices ( selection, labour recruitment, employee training and development, management development., increase in quality of professional activities, staff remuneration, compensation incl. benefits, , taking care of employees) in the pharmaceutical company Interpharma Praha a.s. Bachelor thesis is divided into two parts, theoretical and practical part. The first part has for object to explain the main concept of personnel management and to characterize personnel work and scope of personnel practices. The second part intends to introduce Interpharma Praha a.s. and to describe its personnel management as well as chosen personnel practices in this organization and to evaluate personnel work by personnel clerk and by employees of the organization.

Aim of this bachelor thesis is to make analysis of human resources activities in company SPG Czech,s.r.o. which produces machines. Thesis is divided in theoretical and practical part. In theoretical part human resources activities are described: work analysis, obtaining and choosing of employees, accepting and adjustment of employees, managing the job performance and evaluating the employees, education and formation of the employees, rewarding of the employees and care of the employees. Based on interview with personnel manager and gained internal documents, in practical part there is mentioned how the company performs each human resources activities. Finally, possible recommendations are suggested which should lead to improving quality of human resources management in the company.

Cílem bakalářské práce je analyzovat zásady a postupy personální práce a vybraných personálních činností (získávání, výběru, přijímání a adaptace pracovníků, řízení pracovních výkonů a hodnocení pracovníků, odměňování pracovníků a vzdělávání a rozvoje pracovníků), které používá vedoucí pracovník v malé rodinné firmě působící v gastronomii, porovnat teorii s praxí, identifikovat a objasnit přednosti a nedostatky a pokusit se navrhnout a zdůvodnit jejich využití a řešení. Výsledkem by měla být optimalizace personální práce ve sledované firmě.
Analýza systému vzdělávání a rozvoje pracovníků

Bakalářská práce je rozdělena na část teoretickou a část praktickou. Teoretická část shrnuje vývoj personální práce v podniku od počátku tzv. personální administrativy až k současnému řízení lidských zdrojů. Obecně definuje základní personální činnosti a následně se podrobněji zaměřuje na dílčí činnost, kterou je v současnosti jedna z nejdůležitějších personálních činností a to vzdělávání a rozvoj zaměstnanců. Praktická část nejprve charakterizuje vybranou společnost Kooperativa pojišťovna, a.s., Vienna Insurance Group a dále analyzuje vzdělávání a rozvoj zaměstnanců v této společnosti. Tato společnost je významným zaměstnavatelem v České republice, zaměstnává více než 3500 zaměstnanců v pracovním poměru a spolupracuje s mnoha dalšími, zejména pojišťovacími zprostředkovateli. Věnuje oblasti lidských zdrojů náležitou pozornost a na vzdělávání svých zaměstnanců klade velký důraz.
The analysis of the personnel work (personnel practices)

The objective of the Bachelor's thesis is to explore and assess the personnel work, the key personnel practices and refer to the relationship between the position of the personnel department in the organizational structure of the company and it's decision-making powers and try to define the possibilities and the limits of impact the personnel department on the events in the company. The analysis is made on comparation of established facts in the analyzed company and the theoretical knowledge of the personnel work. The analysis is supplemented by the some proposals to improve the current situation in the company.
