Application Protocols Identification
Chomo, Tomáš ; Ryšavý, Ondřej (referee) ; Pluskal, Jan (advisor)
Digital forensic analysis applies methodical series of techniques  and procedures used to gather evidence, from computer device and present it in meaningful format. This thesis is dealing with identification of application protocols with help of machine learning and statistical methods. Further thesis explain attempts to improve detection skills with help of process called Feature Engineering. Feature Engineering is process of creating set of features that will help us to characterise network traffic. Paper contains testing of actual implementation of agent Netfox Detective which uses those two methods Paper is comparing those two methods and extends the implementation with effort to improve detection skills of a Netfox Detective agent.
Identification of cadavers and skeleton findings
Miko, Michal ; Konrád, Zdeněk (advisor) ; Musil, Jan (referee)
Identification of cadavers and skeletal findings Abstract "Identification" is an act of declaration of identity. The identity (particularly in today's globalized society) deservedly draws attention not only in a normal social interaction, but is also enshrined legally. Its purpose is also important in the sad events of last identification of a person - the identification of the dead. Thesis sets as a goal in a clear and comprehensible form to offer a presentment to an extremely interesting and inspiring topic of identification of the dead human body, using multidisciplinary approach with focus to criminological practice. It provides a comprehensive overview of all the components of identifying corpses, demonstrates the process of identifying, from the finding of the dead body, through autopsy, up to some practice expertise to determine its identity. To achieve this, the method of literature review using books and journals, both domestic and foreign, with subsequent synthesis of acquired knowledge and information with their critical evaluations is used. Clarity, however, is not exchanged for cursoriness and perfunctoriness in the work and therefore some topics suitable for detailed analysis (analysis of DNA, thanatology, the procedure of finding dead bodies in the terrain) are evolved in such a degree to...
Control of a servo-drive for a 3-axial rotary table
Trizna, Lukáš ; Klusáček, Ondřej (referee) ; Macho, Tomáš (advisor)
The aim of this master’s thesis Control of one servo-drive of three-axis rotary table is to develop a real-time motion control solution for the commercially available servo drives on the base of perspective solution available in the industry and the implementation of the chosen solution. The project includes the description of the current solution for the rotary table control, the description of suitable on the market available controllers, the rotary table control design for two selected controllers, the designed model on the base of identificated parameters of DC engine, the design of current, velocity and position regulators for the servo drive control, the servo drive control implementation by two selected controllers ESCON and EPOS2, the servo drive control function verification and the evaluation of achieved results.
Voyeurism as the characteristic feature of a man in contemporary society
Jarošová, Emília ; Šubrt, Jiří (advisor) ; Šafaříková, Radana (referee)
The thesis of theoreticaly- empirical orientation is focused on voyeurism in contemporary society. Special attention is paid to the subject in a position of such voyeur and to the reflection of voyeurism by subject himself, on the case of series as artificial privacy, which is ready for voyeur's gaze. The thesis has interdisciplinary character and seeks to explore voyeurism as a society-wide phenomenon and point out its causes in contemporary society. Theoretical part put voyeurism into a broader context of various theories of contemporary (visual) society. In the empirical part, it tries to reveal the causes of voyeurism and especially subject's reflection of this causes and of voyeurism itself. In a final part it tries to sketch possible insights into the issue of voyeurism with regard to results from empirical part. The object of the thesis is to study voyeurism interdisciplinary as a characteristics for contemporary society and connect individual parts and aspects of this problem, which provide us with more complex view, and also attempt to reveal its causes and refelection of this causes by subject Keywords voyeur, voyeurismu, gaze, visuality, series, contemporary society, identification
Estimation of Parameters of Multicopter Model
Loviška, Martin ; Klusáček, Jan (referee) ; Baránek, Radek (advisor)
This thesis is about deployment of methods for parameter estimation in mathematical models. The main task of this work is to implement estimation algorithms on a multirotor mathematical model. First of all, a plainer mathemical model of 2D robot was created to implement estimation algorithms due to complexity of multirotor model. Acquired knowledge was latter used in multirotor parameter estimation.
Identification of probiotic bacteria in complex food matrices and dietary supplements
Cesnak, Filip ; Konečná, Jana (referee) ; Trachtová, Štěpánka (advisor)
Theoretical part of the thesis deals with the general characteristics of probiotic bacteria, their effect on human health and with technological demands imposed on them. Furthermore the thesis deals with actual methods of bacterial identification, especially on the base of polymerase chain reaction. Presence of the declared probiotic bacteria was analysed with the polymerase chain reaction (PCR) and the DNA was isolated from the sample of food additive with the use of magnetic particles.
Identification of yeasts from interspecific varieties of grapes
Sadel, Peter ; Omelková, Jiřina (referee) ; Vránová, Dana (advisor)
The main goal of my diploma thesis was to identify and characterize yeasts from must Hibernal and also collection yeasts by using methods called RFLP-PCR (Restriction Fragment Length Polymorphism - Polymerase Chain Reaction). Theory was the first part of my diploma thesis which dealt with wine, yeasts and molecular methods. Theory section was followed by experimental section divided into two parts. The main goal of the first part was to characterize and identify yeasts from must Hibernal by using PCR and RFLP-PCR methods. In the samples there were found yeasts Saccharomyces and Pichia. The second experimental part of my diploma thesis had a goal to extend the database of new yeasts using the same methods mentioned in the first part of experimental section.
Marketing service for customer relationship management systems
Jakubík, Juraj ; Červenka, Vladimír (referee) ; Číka, Petr (advisor)
This work deals with the analysis, design and implementation of the portal, which works as a service and allows the identification of corporate visitors of the website. Classified visits are available through a interface of web portal with ability to set automatic export to Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online. The functionality of the implementation respectively identification of corporate visitors is then practically tested using the collected data.
Isolation of compounds from Cannabis sativa and their anti-inflammatory effect
Baranová, Zuzana ; Vespalcová, Milena (referee) ; PharmDr.Daniela Veselá (advisor)
The object of this thesis is a traditional and also controversial plant Cannabis sativa. The theoretical part is focused on ubiquitous polyphenolic compounds – flavonoids, also present in the studied plant. All previously researched and confirmed effects on human body are described in detail. The experimental part of this thesis describes the isolation and identification of substances of the chloroform and hexane yields of extract obtained from this plant. Chromatographic methods were used for isolation – thin layer and column chromatography and semipreparative HPLC. Obtained substances were characterized using UV, IR spectrophotometry and NMR. Then the anti-inflammatory activity of obtained substances and also of the ethanolic extract and its yields was observed. The result of the experimental part was the isolation of one pure substance which was identified as the cannabidiolic acid. Using the THP 1 assay, we demonstrated mild anti-inflammatory effect of the non-polar yields and isolated CBDA.
