A family house with flower shop in Humpolec

The point of this bachelor´s thesis is the project of a family house with establishment (flower shop) and it contains the complete documentacion for the execution of the project. This building is situated in the region Vysočina, the town Humpolec. It is a two-storey family house and it is projected for four people. The flower shop is designed as single-storey. The bulding is cellarless. The building plan uses the load-bearing vertical structure of sand-lime bricks SENDWIX. There is used the contact thermal insulation system ETICS, the mineral wool Rockwoll Fasrock LL is used as insulation. The horizontal structures are made from the tensioned ceiling panels Spiroll and a reinforced concrete slab. The family house is covered with a mono-layer flat roof and the flower shop is covered with a vegetation extensive roof.
Road I/34 Vilémov - Reconstruction

The subject of this bachelor thesis is the preparation of a search study for the reconstruction of the I/34 road in Vilémov, which includes an extension in the Humpolec - Rozkoš hill section, a proposal for the modification of the I/34 intersection with the local road leading to the Rozkoš part of the village, and the design of the I/34 x III/03418 x Street 5. května intersection in three variants.
Analysis and theory of public space.

The first part of the bachelor's thesis inspects the general theory and division of public spaces, it defines public spaces according to the valid Czech legislation. Furthermore, it contains a questionnaire concerning the square and public spaces from the public's point of view. The second part compares four public spaces in the town of Humpolec, which are called squares. These include: Horní, Dolní, Havlíčkovo and Tyršovo náměstí. The squares are examined mainly on the basis of a local survey and the questionnaire, which was created for the town’s residents. Based on the acquired knowledge, each square was evaluated to define its strengths and weaknesses. The work is concluded with an overall evaluation.
Motorway Humpolec - Pelhřimov

The subject of this final thesis is research study, which deals with new, respectively modernized route between cities Pelhřimov and Humpolec. Both of these cities are located in Pelhřimov district, Vysočina region. Route is designed in three variants: motorway, limited access road and modernization of existing road to a 2+1 configuration. Thesis is a response to new concept of motorway network, which was released by Ministry of Transportation in 2020. In this concept, there is also a plan to build new ring road, which would connect main roads in Bohemia and it would ease Prague and its surroundings from traffic.
Apartment building Lnářská

This bachelo’r thesis deals with the project of an apartment building and parking spaces on plot no. 426/13 in the cadastral area of Humpolec. The building has eleven residential units on three floors and basement for technical and civic amenities. Perimeter above-ground masonry is designed from ceramic hollow blocks with a contact thermal insulation system. In the basement, hollow concrete parts filled with concrete are used. The horizontal will be made of monolithic reinforced slabs. The roof is designed as a warm flat roof. Part of the parking spaces will be covered with steel structure with countertop roof.
Kidsgarden

The aim of a diploma thesis is design of a kidgarden in Humpolec in Highlands Region. The building is designed as a detached building with two above-ground floors and a partial basement. The building has four separate units of kidgarden. External walls are designed from aerated concrete blocks. Basement masonry is made of the permanent concrete formwork. The roof of the building is designed as flat. Project documentation was prepared according to valid legal and technical regulation.
Apartment building in Humpolec

The bachelor thesis deals with the design of an apartment building with a bicycle shop in the town of Humpolec. The thesis contains complete documentation for the execution of the construction, assessment in terms of building physics and fire safety report. The building is divided into two operational units. The first unit is a bicycle shop, which includes staff facilities and bicycle service facility. The second unit consists of individual apartments and their facilities. In the basement, there are cellars for each apartment, a technical room and a workshop. On the ground floor, there is a accessible flat for handicapped persons in size 2 rooms plus kitchen corner. The second floor consists of four apartments two available in size of 1 room plus kitchen corner and two size of which is 2 rooms plus kitchen corner. On the last third utility floor, there are two apartments size of which is 3 room plus kitchen corner which is layout designed for a 4-5 member family. The house have masonry system, where the vertical structures on the underground floor are made of concrete block cast by concrete. Overground vertical structures are made of Porotherm clay blocks. Horizontal constructions are made of pre-stressed Spiroll ceiling panels. The roof is cold roof and its supporting structure consists of timer truss girder mounted on the perimeter walls.

Congress centre Humpolec

This thesis describes the design and processing of the convention center. The proposed house is located at the top of the square of Humpolec in the area designated for the construction of public facilities. The building consists of a basement, where there is a garage for the car owner and stores food for the kitchen. On the first floor there is a reception, restaurant and facilities for the kitchen. On the second floor are conference halls. In the third and fourth floor is accommodation for guests. The restaurant is designed for 55 people inside + outdoor terrace can seat about 30 people. Conference halls are designed for 90 people. Accommodation is for 28 guests. Outdoor parking is for 40 cars. Perimeter bearing walls are made of reinforced concrete + insulation. Interior bearing walls are made of reinforced concrete, interior non-bearing brick walls HELUZ. The ceilings are made of overstretched Spiroll panels and boards reinforced cross. For ceiling is plasterboard ceilings. The roof home is designed as a single-layer flat. Heating is effected by the heat pump. Wooden windows are six-chamber, aluminum doors. There is a staircase and an elevator. The proposed facility is designed wheelchair.
Detached house in Humpolec

The aim of this Bachelor thesis is to design a detached house within a project document. A designed object is situated in a certain building site in a territory of Humpolec in Vysočina region. The detached house is conceived as a self-contained object, arranged for a fourmembered family. It is a 2-floor top view rectangle building on a slope with a partially embedded floor in a 1.S terrain. In a basement, there are technical and relaxing rooms with a sauna and a gym, in the first floor, there is a social and relaxing zone. The vertical constructions are made of formwork Best and ceramic breeze blocks Porotherm. The house is internally weatherproof and a facade ThermoWood is air-filtered. A horizontally supporting construction consists of a ceiling Porotherm. The roof of the detached house is made of two-layer roof construction in wooden tie beams.
