Pytela, David ; Oehm, Jaroslav (advisor) ; Zahradníčková, Marie (referee)
In some point of human development natural persons were just not enough. That is why artificial persons were incorporated into legal system of modern countries. They were given rights and duties almost identical to natural persons. One of those was society. Society is a person with open membership. Its purpose is to aid and encourage members in their business, economical, social and other needs. The thought of creating such an artificial person originated in the first half of the 19th century. The first real society was created on the 24th October 1844 in Rochdale in England. In our territory first society was created soon after that in 1846. I chose this topic as my thesis because I believe that societies are important part of our legal system and also life of many people though they are sometimes overlooked. For example I live in a flat that is part of a big society in our town. The purpose of my thesis is firstly to identify problems, gaps and disputative questions in the legal regulations. Then I try to present opinions and answers given by our jurisprudence and judicature. I also try to give my perspective and opinions on the matter. The bodies of society in our country are members' meeting, cooperative board and controlling commission. This structure of bodies can be simplified when there is...

Male role and its developement in society
VLÁČILOVÁ, Hana
The thesis deals with the male role and its development in society, whereas this issue has been currently widely discussed. For this reason, the main objective of this thesis is to indicate the evolution of the male role in the past and its impact on the current state of masculinity in partnerships and family relationships. A sub-objective is to compare the male roles in a partnership and a family with a generational gap The theoretical part of this thesis deals with the male role at the present time, more particularly with the crisis of masculinity and the social pressures on men, the terms such as sexual identity and gender identity are defined and a substantial part is devoted to the transmission of malehood in education, the relationship between father and son and a crisis of fatherhood. Equally significant is the section focused on the role of a male partner ? a husband. The theoretical part ends with a chapter in which men´s movements in the Czech Republic are briefly described. The information needed to carry out the empirical part were obtained by the qualitative research technique, semi-structured interviews with men divided by age into two groups, which allowed comparison of views of two generations. The topic of the research was the comparison of respondents' opinions on the development of male roles, changes in male roles in partnerships and a family and the influence of the fathers´ absence in shaping the male role. The results point out the similarities and differences in opinions of the two age groups of men on the above- mentioned topics. This comparison provides some food for thought, and outlines possible explanations of a masculinity crisis. The outcomes of the thesis may be a valuable information source for all men who seek their masculine identity and have been confronted with problems in their partnerships or family lives. This thesis also can help women to better understand men. In addition, it could be beneficial to teaching gender issues or sociology of the family.

Dlouhý, Ivo ; Hadraba, Hynek ; Jurášek, L.
In some applications the pre-cracked Charpy specimens (PC) can be, after meeting the validity conditions applied for specification of fracture toughness characteristics corresponding to standard specimens. Typically this is the case of pearlitic steel R7T (used for railway wheelset production) with Lüders’ flow and higher strength properties. It has been found that there is a gap in fracture toughness data of PC specimens between the 60 and 90 MPam1/2 due to plastic hinge in net section of PC specimens. The distribution of maximum principal stress ahead of the crack tip in PC specimen loaded into fully plastic regime was found to be identical with that of reference stress-strain field in plane-strain SSY condition. 3D FEM simulations also shown that there is no constraint loss in PC specimens.

Slavíková, Kamila ; Knotková, Vladimíra (advisor) ; Zemanová, Štěpánka (referee)
Interregionalism is a globally present phenomenon, yet it has been attracting considerable attention of scholars only since recently. There is no single interpretation of interregionalism and different functions are attributed to it by different theories on international relations. Constructivists highlight its potential to form and influence the collective identities of regions taking part in a particular interregional dialogue. This thesis aspires to answer the question as to whether a constructivist approach is applicable in the case of EU -- ASEAN dialogue on the human rights issue. The human rights issue is here represented by Myanmar.
