Bachelor thesis assess a financial healt of the company Autosalon, a.s., in the period from 2005 to 2007 on the basis of selected methods of the financial analysis. Thesis has two main parts, theoretical and practical. In the teoretical part are explained the basic topics and access to financial analysis. The practical part is focused on assessment of a financial situation of the company by means of partial analysis. At the end there are presented overall evaluation of a financial situation of the company and recommendations leading to improvement in problematic areas.

The last part contains suggestions for improving the situation of the company based on the results of the financial analysis.

The thesis consists of three parts, where the first part is focused on the theoretical basis and describes individual selected financial indicators, regression analysis and time series. The next part describes the current state of the company and provides an overwiev of the financial situation of the company and outlines possible future developments. The last part constains suggestions of improvements and recommendations that the company should keep.

Bachelor’s thesis is focused on analysis of economic indicators of the company PAPco Ltd. by using statistical methods, on the basis of which then evaluates the company’s financial situation and also there will be made possible suggestions based on these results. The thesis is divided into several parts. In the theoretical parts will be processed basis used for statistical methods and also all basis necessary for processing the analysis of economic indicators. The analytical part contains analysis of economic indicators and prognosis of possible future developments of the company, which are processed using the selected statistical methods. Suggestion part contains recommendations that the company should fulfill in order to improve its financial situation.

The purpose of the bachelor's thesis is to analyse a chosen company over the past three accounting periods on the basis of the provided information. The results will be in the form of analysis reports, SWOT, SLEPTE and Porter analysis. Each analysis will be fully explained and subsequently applied to the real conditions of the chosen company. In the last part of the thesis, particular suggestions for improving of the current situation in the company are worked out.
