Komorová, Michaela ; Boučková, Jana (advisor) ; Pešek, Ondřej (referee)
The thesis analyses election campaigns of successful parties by Lees-Marshment model. According to five basic aspects - election research, political product, implementation of product, adjustment of product and communication - the work aims to prove or disprove the hypothesis, that more market oriented political party tends to gain more political profit. Furthermore, the thesis describes financing of political parties and several negative campaigns connected to chosen parliamentary election. Thanks to questionnaire market research the work aims to analyse the factors of influence on decision-making of the first-time voters.

Minarič, Matúš ; Švecová, Lenka (advisor) ; Vrbová, Lucie (referee)
The aim of this thesis is a theoretical description of methods and tools that are used when deciding on the choice of administrative options, and also attempt to create a system of evaluation of several suppliers of computer technology for the enterprise. Bachelor's thesis is in two parts: theoretical and practical part. In the theoretical part are described mainly known evaluation options making, their importance and applicability to various situations in the theoretical part .In the teoretical part are not only the identification and analysis of decision problems, but also the production and selection criteria and evaluation of options. The practical part is devoted to creating their own system of evaluation. On the basis of general assumptions is to create an evaluation system that also generates the appropriate sequence variants.

The theoretical part of the paper is supported by an analysis of real-life public procurement processes undertaken at the municipal level and followed by evaluation using evaluation methods selected. At the end of the paper, proposals and recommendations that should lead to increase of effectiveness and economy in spending of public funds are included.

Reciprocal corelations of interest rates and exchange rate described in the example of selected countries
Mihalik, Miroslav ; Durčáková, Jaroslava (advisor) ; Mandel, Martin (referee)
This final work is aimed at the concept of relationship between exchange rate and interest rate differential. The introductory part briefly describes exchange rate as a macro-economical parameter, which can be seen in many different systems of exchange rate. Next part consists of theoretical principles of uncovered interest parity and the dynamics of this process and also the process of international Fisher effect. In the analysis part the relation between interest rate and exchange rate is explored in various conditions of exchange rate arrangements in the countries of Denmark, Norway, Sweden and Slovakia. The uncovered interest parity is valued by graphic analysis made by calculation of the theoretical rate based on uncovered interest parity and the off-set index rate. International Fisher effect is tested on the graph of change in exchange rate depending on the interest rate differential. The graphic analysis is followed by the analysis of linear regression. Afterwards with the use of VAR model we find not only the dependence of exchange rate on interest rate differential but also whether the interest rate differential is dependent on exchange rate or not.

Procházková, Katarína ; Žebrák, Miroslav (advisor) ; Nábělková, Petra (referee)
This bachelor thesis is about the decision making process in entrepreneurship. Step by step it defines the word as managerial decision making, and knowledge management. These two disciplines is in Business Intelligence, which gives the data into undestandable form. One of the system that uses Business Intelligence is also customer realtionship management. It is a system, which helps to organise the realtionships with customers, collects data and gives very valuable source of information, according to which the company can make the decision about its next steps in business. The second part is about usage of CRM in AIESEC organisation, which uses CRM on everydaybase. Czech politician ing. Jan Dostalek. Biography
Tilsch, Jan
Secretory pathway of plants in pathogene defence
Sabol, Peter ; Burketová, Lenka (referee) ; Kulich, Ivan (advisor)
Plants are sessile organisms that have to cope with the changes of their ambient environment. These changes include abiotic disturbances and stresses as well as biotic interactions with other organisms. In many of the biotic interactions, plant cells are hurt or damaged by various bacterial and fungal pathogens. Moreover, plants lack mobile immune cells, which would otherwise render them susceptible to most of these pathogens. Plants have, however, developed other mechanisms for suppressing the infection. Activating the components of the secretory pathway during resistance response is crucial step for suppressing the penetration and growth of pathogens. Fungal pathogens, such as powdery mildews, usually attempt to penetrate the cell wall in order to gain the access to protoplast providing nutrients and to exchange their virulence factors. On the other hand, pathogenic bacteria inhabit extracellular spaces of plant tissues. In both cases, however, the deposition of papilla into the plant cell wall was observed. Papilla thus seems to be the common defence mechanism. There is an increasing evidence confirming the indispensable role of polarized secretion in formation of papilla. Recently, SNARE proteins participating in papilla-associated defence have been described. PEN1 and SNAP33 syntaxins are of...

Design of business processes and organization structure change in GfK Praha, s.r.o.
Hanzal, Michal ; Dědina, Jiří (advisor) ; Kopkáně, Heřman (referee)
In the first part of the diploma thesis is described the relevant theory of the Business Process Management which is fundamental background for the practical second part of the thesis. The theoretic part contains of a general description of the Business Process Management and a description of the BPM design phases, such as planning, analyzing, designing, and implementing. The second part of the diploma thesis focuses on the design of the Business Process Management in GfK Praha, s.r.o. First the company is introduced globally as well as locally. Afterwards the local branch is analyzed by real data and especially by many structural interviews with GfK employees.
