Audit of internet storages

The aim of this bachelor thesis is to execute of online storage audit with standards definition by which the total audit will be conducted and its subsequent evaluation. The thesis is divided into theoretical and practical part. In theoretical part, there are defined basic audit standards and determination of the overall audit procedures. Personally conducted user research is a part of this thesis and is also considered to be supporting mean while determining the standards. The proposed standards are practically applied in the audit. The practical part includes indivi-dual stores audit, a brief description of each store, and an overall evaluation of the audit. The conclusion includes recommendations to forward users and providers. The own contribution of this thesis are standards determination, subsequent audit and its evaluation.

Estimation in the planning of IS/ICT projects and metrics for the monitoring of projects from the point of view of ISO/IEC norms.

This thesis deals with issues surrounding the management of IS/ICT projects, primarily from the point of view of ČSN ISO/IEC norms. I will list and analyse those norms used to define important indicators and processes, which are subsequently mapped to PMBOK process groups. Every norm is accompanied by a brief evaluation describing its suitability for use in IS/ICT projects, its anticipated benefits and the approach taken in its application. The next part of the thesis consists of an analysis of norms from the point of view of methods of estimation in the planning of IS/ICT projects. An analysis is made of the majority of norms that directly or tangentially affect estimation in the planning of IS/ICT projects. The practical section of the thesis contains a metric for the monitoring of projects from the point of view of ISO/IEC norms and the dissemination of the "MMaHPISICTv5.7" model, as created by Ondřej Kmoníček in the thesis "Sledování a vyhodnocování IT projektů - Monitoring and Evaluation of IT Projects" [38]. The model is supplemented by ISO/IEC metrics and also other functionalities, focussing primarily on the depiction of individual metrics over a period of time.

Graduation theses is directed on the Management System and the characteristics of the company and its development since 2003. Theses is introduced on the Integrated Management System, which consists of the Quality Management System, the Environmental Management System and the Occupational Health and Safety Assessment Series. The theses is especially directed on the Occupational Health and Safety Assessment Series. Management System is analyzed and steps are recommended to improve these processes.

The view of Czech public on differences among people

The paper deals with reflection of relation among people in Czech public opinion. Great tolerance prevails towards religious people, young people and invalids. Romanies, alcoholics, users of drugs and people with criminal past create at least acceptable group. In long term tolerance increase, excepted Romanies. CR is placed in 14 position from 23 European countries from point of view tolerance.

Dokumentace systému managementu kvality podle normy ISO TS 16 949

Cílem mé diplomové práce bylo jasně, přehledně a uceleně sepsat teoretické požadavky na dokumentaci systému managementu kvality podle normy ISO TS 16 949 a jejich následná aplikace v praxi v podobě vypracování příručky jakosti pro firmu BENEŠ a LÁT, slévárna a strojírna a. s. Norma ISO TS 16 949 je technická specifikace systému managementu jakosti pro oblast automobilového průmyslu. Tato technická specifikace vychází z normy ISO 9 000 a navíc obsahuje některé další požadavky. Příručka jakosti slouží pro interní i externí účely firmy BENEŠ a LÁT, slévárna a strojírna a. s. Je důležitým podkladem jak pro zaměstnance, tak i pro zákazníky a interní auditory.
