Computational analysis of leveling of square cross section rods

Current requirements in mechanical engineering require more accurate operations and more efficient technologies. The aim of this thesis is the analysis of the leveling of square rods. The main problem is the setting of the leveling machine for the specified material and geometric data so that the initially curved material, which passes through alternatively positioned offset rollers, is leveled as much as possible. The main factor in the leveling process is the plastification of the material used for the redistribution of the residual stress. Based on existing theo-retical knowledge in this field, programs are set up to simulate the passing of the rod through the leveling machine. Further, modifications leading to the improvement of the whole process are presented. Finally, there is a verification of the results which is made independently of the submitted solution and processed by the finite element method.

The Certification and The Addition of The Height Control Network in Cadastral Districts Lesná (Brno)

The aim of this work is to perform a revision of the basic leveling point field in the cadastral field Brno - Lesná and its complement. Revision consists of verifying the current status of leveling fields and verify the accuracy and truthfulness of leveling data, which were made in 60th the last century. The result is a protocol Notification of defects and changes in points of basic leveling point field. Another objective of the proposal is to supplement the existing point field due to uniform distribution of leveling points, which is the basis for leveling in the cadastral area. Thesis also deals with the history of the vertical grid in the country, marking leveling points and their stabilization. It discusses the ways, methods and accuracy of different types of leveling.

Deformometrická a nivelační měření v katastrálním území obce Dětmarovice v roce 2013

Předmětem Smlouvy o dílo č. 6600523624 -- 838/33/10 (číslo u zadavatele – OKD, a.s. -- číslo u zhotovitele – Ústav geoniky AV ČR, v. v. i.) je provedení tří deformometrických a nivelačních měření v roce 2013 (na jaře, v létě a na podzim) na třech vybraných profilech, stabilizovaných formou pozorovacích bodů v k. ú. Dětmarovice, pro potřeby OKD, a.s. Dolu Karviná, závodu ČSA v Karviné. Vlastní délkové měření na vybudovaných monitorovacích profilech (deformometrie) bylo v roce 2003 rozšířeno o nivelační měření (určování výšek jednotlivých bodů) na všech profilech. V rámci pravidelné kontroly případných pohybů na profilech P1, P2, P3 a P4 pak byla realizována další měření v letech 2004 až 2013.

Systematics of planning in the company Bosch Diesel, Ltd

The thesis deals with a systematics of planning in a company dealing with the production of components for diesel engines. Theoretical part is focused on the description of production logistics and logistics concepts. In the beginning of the practical part is analyzed the PULL system in the company, described KANBAN system and leveling. There are compared approaches to the production planning and packaging on the specific manufacturing division. In conclusion there are mentioned recommendations for the company.
