This bachelor`s thesis deals with the drafting of project documentation of apartment building. Residential house is situated on flat land in the cadastral territory of Uherské Hradiště on plot number 1458/1. The building has three floors. There is a total of 5 residential units. Total capacity is 14 people. The support system is designed from the system Porotherm. Wooden roofing trusses. The building has a usable area of 428.67 square meters.

Bachelor´s thesis deals with design documentation for implementation of construction on the two-storey family house with space for business – hairdresser´s. Object is situated on a land in flat terrain in city Nezamyslice, in Olomouc region. Construction is chosen from system Porotherm, roofed by gable roof. Doublegarage with workshop and warehouse is connected to main building ok northern side. Second floor is solution as garret over the main part of building.

This bachelor´s thesis deals with the design of detached apartment building in Mikulov. The apartment building is set into the sloping terrain of the town of Mikulov and consists of one basement and four above-ground floors. From the first to third above-ground floors two residential units with balconies are designed, on the top fourth floor is one spacious residential unit with access to the outdoor terrace. The floors are serviced by a staircase supplemented by an elevator in a separate elevator shaft. The building uses a structural system of ceramic parts for vertical and horizontal structures, part of the foundation structure is made of lost formwork. The roof of the building is warm flat roof. The bachelor´s thesis contains project documentation for the construction.
Two-generation family house with business premises

This bachelor's thesis deals with the proposal and preparation of project documentation for a multi-generation family house with business premises, which is located in Nové Sady near Velká Bíteš. The multi-generation family house is designed as a double-storey building with a partial basement, covered with a hip roof. The building also has a garage for two parking spaces, which is covered by a flat roof. Both floors are used as residential units. The first floor is for a family of two, and the second floor is designed for a family of five. A project office is designed for the benefit of suitable premises. The entrance to the house and the business premises are situated on the northeast side, where there is also a garage. In front of the entrances to the house, there are two parking spaces for potential customers. The residential part of the building is situated on the southwest and southeast side. The project office is oriented to the northeast and southeast side. The plot selected for this building is flat, located in a built-up area with family houses in the middle of the village of Nové Sady. The entrances to the building are designed as wheelchair accessible.
Detached house with a workshop

The aim of the bachelor thesis is to design and elaboration a project documentation for a family house with an establishment (travel agency), which is located on plot no. 240 in Rosice near Brno. The family house is designed as a two storey with residential attic. The first floor is used for work and the second floor is used as a relax zone. At the northwest side of the family house is designed the establishment - travel agency. Entrance to the family house and establishment is situated at the northeast side of the object, where is also a garage. Before the entrance there are two parking place for customers. Residential part of the building is at the east and the southeast side of the object. Establishment – travel agency is oriented at the northwest side. The selected land for this building is flat, detached and located on plot no. 240 in Rosice near Brno. The entrance to the family house and establishment - travel agency is designed as a barrier free. The building will be based on concrete foundation strips made of C16/20 concrete. The perimeter walls on the first floor and the second floor are designed by Ytong load-bearing masonry. Ceiling structures are ceramic ceilings from the Porotherm system. The roof over family house is designed as a saddle roof and the roof over garage is designed as a counter roof. The building is insulated by Isover contact insulation system.

The subject of this bachelor thesis is the design and construction of project documentation for a family house with an establishment, which is situated in the village Lesonice near Moravský Krumlov. The building is designed as a detached three-storey building, which has one underground, one overground and residential attic. The family house is designed for a four-member family. A part of the building is designed - a massage room. Access to the house and the establishment is designed from the northeast side. The living area is mostly oriented to the south and west. The establishment is located southeast of the residential area and has 2 parking spaces for customers. The building construction system is designed from the Porotherm system. The vertical masonry is made of ceramic blocks Porotherm 50 T Profi. The horizontal structures are made of reinforced concrete. The roof above the shop is designed as a flat single-walled non-walking roof and the roof above the living area is saddle.

The subject of this bachelor thesis is to design and develop a project documentation for a family house with an establishment which is situated to the village of Přibyslavice by Velká Bíteš. It's designed as a separate three storey building. Two of the storey's are above ground and one of them is underground. This family house is designed for a family of four. There's an establishment of a service and sale of bicycles included in the house. The entrance and establishment of the house is oriented to the west. Arrival for the owner is situated to the south in the underground floor where the garage is located. The residential part of the house is both oriented to the south and west. The establishment is oriented to the north and has three parking spots for customers. The structural system of the building is based on the Porotherm system. Vertical constructions are from ceramic blocks of the Porotherm system and from lost formwork BEST (Underground floor). Horizontal constructions are designed by the Porotherm miako system. The roof of the establishment is designed as a single-shell non-walking and the roof above 2.NP is saddle.

The community center in Ostrava - Kunčičky design in reflecting the specific social and material situation of the city. Creates new possibilities for the habitants and helps their integration and interaction. This design endeavors to naturally establish the existing church and rectory, not trying to compete them, but develop them. Important point of this project is also new village center, which is located right in front of the church and gets new definition and soundness. The project also solves the development of public amenities in relation of spiritual, social and everydays needs. It offers an insight into the real solutions to the problems and opportunities of the place in relation to the possibilities of the local parish. The project works with the this units: church, rectory, square, community center, community courtyard, multifunctional hall, house with services, sports facilities and meadow behind the church.
Family house

The content of my bachelor thesis is the design and building solution for new family house in a newly emerging housing locality in the village of Herink on lot No. 290/20. Family house has one underground floor, two above-ground floors and a saddle roof. The house is designed as one unit for a four-member family with two parking spaces. One undercover parking space is provided in the garage, the other uncovered at the driveway. The object has been designed from POROTHERM vertical construction system. Horizontal constructions are made of POT beams and MIAKO ceramic inserts.
