Multifunctional object

The aim of the diploma thesis was to create project documentation the new construction of a multifunctional building in the village of Dýšina. The architecture of the building is determined by the usage purpose. The administrative and residential part is designed as a three-level building and the warehouse part as a single-level one. It is a non-basement construction without a residential attic, a rectangular floor plan with maximum dimension of 63.4 x 26.26 m. The roofing is solved by a gabled roof. The layout and operational solution of the administrative part of the building is primarily focused on the offer of exhibited goods and their sale on the 1st floor. On this floor, there are offices, a shop with exhibited goods, a technical room and sanitary facilities, including toilets for people with reduced mobility. On the 2nd floor, there are commercial and manager offices. There is also a meeting room and a showroom. The residential part on the 3rd floor above the administrative part is divided into 4 residential units. The apartments are accessible from the central corridor. The entrance to the central corridor is secured with an external steel staircase on the north side of the building. The space of the storage hall is not divided to maximize usage of storage area. There is one office (26.95 m2) and storage space (973.65 m2) with a test elevator shaft. The entrance to this part is ensured by three gates and a gate with a ramp for tracks. The storage part is directly connected to the administrative part with a door.

This diploma work is dealing with the design of a multifunctional complex. These are two buildings on plot number 8618 on cat. the territory of the city of Trnava. The technical background of the buildings and hygiene background for employees are designed in the buildings. Vertical support structures are from ceramic blocks. Horizontal support structures are designed as reinforced concrete monolithic. The construction is based on the foundation strips. The roofing of the buildings is performed by a single-coated area non-permitable roof
Conversion of Vlněna boiling-room

The Bachelor thesis deals with the reconstruction and restoration of the building which is part of Vlněna complex in Brno. Location, in which is the object situated, is undergoing an extensive/large modernisation. Almost all historic buildings of this industrial complex are being replaced with high-rise administration blocks which deviate from historical context of the area. One of those exceptions, is also the object of this thesis. It is a former heating building that supplied energy to a mentioned complex. The attempt of the design was maximal purification from contemporary and purely functional interventions in order to support the historical footprint which is a fundamental factor for revitalization of the remaining parts of the area. The building is, in its own way, a manifestation of its surroundings. The object was cleansed to its visible structure made of bricks and wooden beam ceilings. This is refering to a time when these materials were understood as an essential costruction of every building, until they were replaced with structures from reinforced concrete and transparent facades with purely functional approach, which is visible in this new vision of Vlněna complex. Considering the administration aspect of the rest of the area, the building with its functional usage is trying to stimulate life and by that add space for social facilities. The object poetically named “the centre of regeneration“ includes many ways of relaxation which is an integral element to a monotone activities of administration buildings. The lower parts of the building contain a social function in the form of mini-brewery with beer hall/cellar, and restaurant in second floor. The other floors then offer regeneration, mental and physical, from massages to yoga practice. The result of this thesis is a revitalizational boost of the area. Multifunctional Building

The subject of this diploma thesis is the design and elaboration of project documentation for the implementation of a new multifunctional building. The building will be located in the city of Brno in the district of Ko-márov. The new building will be divided into three separate functional units - underground garage, office space with hairdresser and residential part. Each apartment is equipped with a separate balcony. It is a four-storey, partly basement multifunctional house with a flat roof, based on reinfor-ced concrete slab. The construction system is designed wall. The basement part of the buil-ding is built from concrete molded blocks of permanent shuttering, the above-ground part from ceramic blocks of the Porotherm system. The ceiling structure consists of reinforced concrete monolithic slabs. The windows will be plastic. The thesis is designed in accordance with applicable laws, ordinances and standards.
Multifunctional building Rozkošská

The subject of this diploma thesis is the desing and development of project documentation for the construction of a new building of the multifunctional house Rozkošská. Object will be located in the city of Hlavlíčkův Brod in part Rozkoš. The new biulding will be divided in to commercial space in ground floor, office space in second floor and residental area in third floor. It is three-storey multifuncional house with a warm flat roof with a typical sequence of layers based on foundation pads. The structural system is desinged reinforced concrete frame. The diploma thesis is processed with the valid standards, laws and decreens of the Czech Republic in the current version.

Multifunctional object Domamyslice

The subject of this diploma thesis is the design and development of project documentation for the construction of a new building of the multifunctional house Domamyslice. The object will be located in the city of Prostějov in part Domamyslice. The new building will be divided into three separate functional units – restaurant with pizzeria, offices and residential area. It is a four-storey, partially basement multifunctional house with a flat roof based on concrete foundation strips. The structural system is designed in a wall of the ceramic blocks with ceramic ceilings. The windows will be plastic with viewing aluminium profiles. The new building has 40 parking places on the investor’s land. The diploma thesis is processed with the valid standards, laws and decrees of the Czech Republic in the current version.
Multifunctional house in Strakonice

The subject of this thesis is the design and project documentation of a new multifunctional house in Strakonice. The building has four floors, without basement, and is located on a slightly sloping land in the suburban part of the town of Strakonice. It is based on shallow foundations and covered with a flat roof. It is a transverse wall structural system, build with clay block masonry, with the semi-assembled ceiling structures of ceramic and concrete beams and inserts. It is conceived as a double-aisle layout. The ground floor of each wing consists of the establishment of shops and house facilities. The overground floors are designed as six residential units of varying size category. Both tracts have separate entrances to both the residential portion and to individual businesses. The building is designed from traditional building materials. In addition to the architectural construction and civil-engineering design, a part of this project is also a fire safety design and an assessment from the perspective of building physics.
