All companies are looking for unordinary competitive advantages in order to be distinguished from the others and to succeed. That is really tough task. Fortunately, people are unique and that's why each person can be considered as a competitive advantage if you are able to handle him and treat him properly. We can influence our employees through their motivation considering their desires, wishes and fears. Motivation is the spark that sets the fire. It gets things started. Highly motivated individuals have willingness to get the job done efficiently and effectively, resulting in higher productivity, increased revenue, cost savings and satisfied employees. The key tool for handling and treating people at work is possession of motivation program which will enable to identify desired behaviors, determine achievable goals, define what constitutes achievement, create a clear plan, communicate the plane and continue to monitor and share results.

This diploma thesis concentrates on relationship between employee satisfaction and usage of new methods in Human Resources Management, particularly coaching and talent management. As employee satisfaction becomes one of the most important sources of influence on company's performance, it is also discussed in the theoretical background the relationship between employee satisfaction and company performance. The goal of the thesis is to find relationship between usage of new HRM methods (coaching and talent management) and employee satisfaction. The thesis has four chapters. First two chapters "Measurement Systems in an Organization" and "Methods in HR Management" set a theoretical background for the research. The third chapter concentrates on the research itself: employees of five Russian companies both with and without coaching and talent management, are tested. In the last chapter are compared research outcomes and theoretical approach, as well as, recommendations are given.

The aim of this bachelor's study is to describe and analyze the employee motivation and benefits in the payroll system and human recources field. Theoretical part attends to general terms as the employee motivation, the theory of the motivation,the types of the employee benefits, the influence of benefits to the employee's working performance. The practial part focuses on Elanor company, includes introduction of the company, it's history and the present, the offer of the employee benefits. Next part attends to the results of questionaire survey, the analysis of the results. In last part of this bachelor's study there are written the suggestions for the company.

The main aim of this work is to determine the current level of employee satisfaction, the reasons that lead to these results, and ways that the current situation can be improved. The theoretical part is focused on the most important topics related to satisfaction characterization, it's influence of work behavior, factors affecting it, importance and methods to investigate it. The practical part is focused on exploration of employee job satisfaction in the chosen company. This finding has been based on the questionnaire survey. The list of areas examined of satisfaction and analyzed problem areas of employee satisfaction. To these results were then suggest ways, how could the current employee satisfaction effectively as possible to increase and secure.
Human resource management in selected organization

The aim of the diploma thesis was to evaluate the human resources management in selected organization and to propose changes aimed at improving the activities in the field of human resources management. In the theoretical part were summarized basic information regarding human resource management, personnel department and role of human resources in the organization. Significant attention has been devoted to specific personnel activities. In the practical part was presented the company Danone a.s. and analysed human resources management system. Subsequently, a questionnaire survey was realized, which aimed to find out the views of employees to set system and its function in the company. Based on the observed facts were proposed changes that could contribute not only to improve human resource management system, but also to create a better functioning company.
Employee fluctuation in JYSK s.r.o. Company

This Bachelor's Thesis focuses on challenges with employee fluctuation in JYSK s.r.o. company. It explains the following terms; fluctuation, employee satisfaction, employee motivation. It analyzes the cause, impact and solution of fluctuation, reasons of employee resignations and methods of satisfaction research. Included in the practical application section are secondary data analyses (fluctuation analysis, seniority analysis of resigning employees, entry surveys analysis) and primary data analysis acquired in employee satisfaction survey which was administered in form of in-person surveys and written surveys. Based on these analyses recommended solutions lowering fluctuation were suggested. The goal of this Bachelor's Thesis is application of these recommendations which will lower employee fluctuation in the company.

This thesis deals with problems of employee satisfaction and various factors affecting it. The work consists of two parts, theoretical and practical. The theoretical part is devoted to the analysis of literature. Deals with different concepts and contexts that are important to employee satisfaction. The practical part is already focused on the specific characteristics of the staff at the company, ČSOB, a.s., having a major impact on employee satisfaction as a system of remuneration, incentive system, carrer growth opportunities, training and development and labor relations in enterprises. There is also an outside its own questionnaire, processing and evaluation of data and final discussion of results.

In now days knowledge society employees become the most important recourse of all kind of commercial and non-profit organizations. Employers are making efforts to create the best possible conditions with goal to get and hold the best employees. One of the complex tools to make those work conditions better and increase the satisfaction of the employees is concept of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR). CSR is a policy for management of the organization which builds base for a sustainable development. It consists of three principles: economic, environmental and social. Within the social principle CSR offers plenty of methods and ways to rise the employee's satisfaction and gain his loyalty.
Employee satisfaction in a construction company

The aim of the thesis was an analysis of job satisfaction of employees in a construction company. As a theoretical foundation of a work the issue of satisfaction, staff motivation and stimulation was preceded. The analysis was performed by written survey of the company. Respondents were asked about satisfaction with the organization and work content, working environment, interpersonal relations, boss, conditions of education and personal development and satisfaction with the evaluating and rewarding. The relationship to the company and the level of motivation were also studied. Based on the results of the analysis were presented proposals and recommendations whose implementation should contribute to greater employee satisfaction.
Analysis of employee benefits

The main objective of this thesis is to present current offer of employee benefits in XY company operating in the field of information technology (company does not wish to be named) and according to the provided survey, assess the system of employee benefits in terms of its strengths and potential weaknesses. This thesis is divided into two parts. The theoretical part focuses on the compensation of employees and the inclusion of employee benefits in the remuneration system. It also defines the term employee benefits, their classification and significance. At the end of theoretical part, there is a description of current trends in employee benefits in the Czech Republic based on a survey provided by Robert Half International. The practical part presents the current range of employee benefits in XY company and also results of a survey which was carried out in this company to assess awareness and employee satisfaction and submit proposals that would lead to optimization of the system. The results show that most employees of XY are well informed about their options and are satisfied with the current offer. Proposals for changes are outlined in the conclusion of this bachelor thesis.
