New-Built Residential Building in Brno

This thesis deals with the design documentation terraced house for a family of four. The new building is located in the district of the City of Brno in Brno cadastral-defense. The building is designed as a technology of masonry blocks POROTHERM, cross-carrier system with two floors. The building is covered with a shed roof of the two roof planes of the opposite slope.

The project deals with technical documentation of family house in city of Zlín. The sloping estate is located in a gap between present buildings. The house has square shape and it's construction system is projected from wooden columns most like "two by four" system and is roofed by two rack roofs. The first floor is designed as relaxation zone as well technical background. In the mid-floor are located entrance, hygienic background and kitchen with a dining room. And in the second floor, there are located bedrooms and a bathroom.

The object of the dissertation is a family house with a construction office, standalone, without cellaring, it is the two-floor family house and the single-storey construction office. A construction system is the wall one. The objects are based on strip footings, carrying walls are made from ceramic bricks, ceilings are from ceramic beams and blocks, there is a ferroconcrete stair, a roof is flat.

Bachelors thesis is focused on design and elaboration of design documentation of single-family house with craft production, house number 65. Proposition of house has respect both commune plan and current street buildings. It is not supposed to create stress with its shape and size but to complete actual building. It has one elevated floor and built-in attic, saddle roof, it is cellarless. It is divided into two parts, first one for craft production, second one for living, also extended into the whole attic.

The project deals with building a family house in Kuřim. The building is designed as a detached house with garage for one car. The object has two floors, no basement. The building is situated parallel with the adjacent roads. Floor plan of the building is regular. Visual appearance of house does not affect the street and adjacent detached houses. The main entrance to the house and driveway are oriented to the road (northwest). The bearing walls are designed from the sand-lime bricks (with ETICS insulation). Ceilings are designed from the ceramic-concrete panels. The house has a shed roof, above the garage and main entrance is a flat roof.

The subject of the Bachelor thesis is project of a family house, which has been elaborated as a design documentation contailing all requisetes conforming to the valid regulations. It is a three above ground house with two floors and a basement. The object is located in the Velké Meziřiči plot number 3627/14. The building is covered from one part of a gable roof and the second part of the flat roof that serves as a terrace. The building is designed for a family of six members.

The subject of the thesis is a new family house for a family of four to five located in the Hustopeče village and its surroundings in the Olomouc region. This house is designed as a brick wall system jacketed from the HELUZ system, ceilings are designed by HELUZ supporting ceiling panels. The roof structure is made of wooden trusses which stability is ensured by the bracing. The building has two floors, without a basement, covered with sloped gable roof with an angle of 32 degrees. The building is located on a flat terrain on the property without the previous development.
