The subject of the bachelor thesis is a design documentation for detached house. The object is situated in the South – Moravian region, in the city of Moravské Knínice. The detached house is designed as 4+1 for housing and workshop. The building has two above-ground floors. The garage for two cars is the part of the house. This new building is designed as permanent housing for a four member family. Vertical load bearing structures are made from grinding hollow bricks. Horizontal load bearing structures are composed from clay inserts.The object is covered with a shed roof. The land is gently sloping, accessible from the local street.

This work deals with the design of a newly-built single-family house, which is located in the cadastral area of the town of Moravske Budejovice. It is a two-floor house without a basement, which is designed for a family of four. The house is detached. The vertical loadbearing structures are lined with ceramic blocks HELUZ, insulated by contact thermal insulation system from polystyrene plates. The building is covered with a shed roof with a slope of 7°. Garage is part of the house and has shed roof with a slope 5°.

The subject of the Bachelor´s thesis is the preparation of family house design documentation. The building is located in the township of Křižanov on plot number 1614/1. The total area is 2766 m2. It is a two-floors object, without cellar, located on flat terrain, designed for 4 persons. The perimeter walls of the house are lined by clay blocks from the Heluz and they are based on the cocretefoundation strips. The ceiling constructions are made of Heluz system of ceramic inlays MIAKO and POT beams. The roof is combination of shed roofs and trusses. Roof cladding is designed by asphalt shingles SUPER KATEPAL dark grey. The staircase is a double reinforced concrete. Part of this building is a garage for a one car and outdoor covered parking for another one car.
Detached house Veselá u Valašského Meziříčí

The bachelor thesis deals with project documentation for the realization of a new detached house in Veselá near Valašské Meziříčí. The building is located in the sloping terrain. It is the two storey building. It is a residential unit. The shape of the floor plan is the letter "L". There is a shed roof above the residential part of the house and a flat roof above the garage. The building is designed to respect the sloping terrain- on the west side the object looks like a single storey - over the terrain is possible to see only the 2nd floor. On the west side the flat roof above the garage turns to the terrain. The residential part of the house is divided on the social part in the 1st floor and the rest part in the 2nd floor. There is a newly designed drive on the north side continues in existing tarred road. The vertical load-bearing structures are made of the blocks Porotherm 30 Profi and from concrete blocks. Partitions are made of blocks Porotherm 14 Profi and Porotherm 11.5 Aku. The floor structures are made of monolithic reinforced concrete slabs. The load-bearing structure of the shed roof is roof truss.

The subject of my bachelor thesis is design of a single-family house. The building is designed as permanent housing for a family of four. The building is set into the sloping terrain on the selected property. The house has two overground floors and one underground floor. The object is designed from the Porotherm system. The vertical bearing structures are provided with a contact insulation system. The horizontal bearing structures are designed as monolitic reinforced concrete slabs. The roof structure consists of the three shed roof. The drawings were processed in a computer program AutoCAD.

This bachelor’s thesis deals with a project documentation of a detached house for a family of four, whose part serves as an atelier. The house is situated in Brno – Soběšice. The object is designed as a three-floor with a partial basement. Atelier spaces are placed on the highest floor, which makes possible to good illumination. The object is roofed-over with a shed roof.

Roofing over the 2nd floor is done by a shed roof and over part of 1st floor is done by flat roof, which is used as a terrace. In the basement is a garage for two cars. The building is designed in the system KM Beta SENDWIX M. Layout solution provides comfortable living for 4-5 member family.

This project designs a new building of family house with an establishment as a separate object. Family house is single-storey with residential attic, without a basement and with a gable roof. The establishment (hairdresser) has a shed roof. The building is designed as a wall construction system (Porotherm) with a contact thermal – insulation system. There is a garage located among theese objects. The project will also include the parking lots and pavements.

The Bachelor thesis resolves design of a family house in Šumperk. This is a one-storey house on plot No. 907 registered in the cadastral area Horní Temenice. The house is set to a sloping terrain. Terrain features were taken into account when the architectural design was made. The building has a longitudinal shape with dimensions of 21.8 x 9.3 m. The building is built using the Velox system. The unusual features of the building are three different types of roofs. That is a shed roof with longitudinal girders glued, Single-Shell roof and vegetation roof, which is directly linked to the adjacent terrain.
