Bakalářská práce řeší návrh rodinného domu v Šumperku. Jedná se o jednopodlažní dům na parcele č. 907 zapsána v katastrálním území Horní Temenice. Dům je zasazen do svahovitého terénu. K tomu bylo přihlédnuto v architektonickém návrhu stavby. Budova má podélný tvar s rozměry 21.8 x 9.3 m. Stavba je vystavěna pomocí systému Velox. Objekt je netypický tím, že má tři druhy střech. Jedná se o pultovou střechu s podhledovými lepenými vazníky, jednoplášťovou střechu a vegetační střechu, která je přímo navázána na přilehlý terén. The Bachelor thesis resolves design of a family house in Šumperk. This is a one-storey house on plot No. 907 registered in the cadastral area Horní Temenice. The house is set to a sloping terrain. Terrain features were taken into account when the architectural design was made. The building has a longitudinal shape with dimensions of 21.8 x 9.3 m. The building is built using the Velox system. The unusual features of the building are three different types of roofs. That is a shed roof with longitudinal girders glued, Single-Shell roof and vegetation roof, which is directly linked to the adjacent terrain.
