Production of trailer wheel shaft cover

The project elaborated in frame of bachelor´s degree program B-STG (“Mechanical Engineering Technology”) evaluate production of trailer wheel shaft cover, with the volume of productions 25 000 pieces for year. The cover will be manufactured from deep-drawing steel ČSN 11 305 (DC 04), surface will be blackening. On the base of literary studies and process calculation was designed manufacturing process. Production will take place in eight operations, the main operation is executed with conventional deep drawing proces. For the towing operation was choosen hydraulic press AMOB PH 25T. Upward drawing die with blank holder Was designed next, which is adapted for ejected press. Finally, price component and a profit from production have been calculated.
Production of the electric motor cover

The present thesis solves a design of electric motor cover; specifically it deals with manufacture of cover body. A drawing is of simple flange-free cylindrical shape made of deep-drawn 11 305 steel sheet. With respect to the given shape of the component, material and annual series of 25,000 pieces, the most suitable technology selected was the method of deep drawing without thinning the wall by means of conventional tools. The process of deep drawing will be performed using a single-acting deep drawing tool supplemented with technical documentation. This tool is designated for the hydraulic press ZH 40 with a total drawing force of 400 kN. In the technical-economic part, the price of one product (respecting the indirect costs) was calculated for 42 CZK.
Production of lamp cover

Project dissertate about manufacturing of lamp cover of steel 13 200 in serie 43 000. After comparing all the alternatives how to make the product , was choose a method of convention deep drawing. Product is manufactured in one operation. Design of apparatus using as standardized, so special parts. It is fitted in hydraulic pressing machine CTC 25. Functional parts are made from tool steel 19 191. Costs of production was calculated on 15,21 crowns a piece. From 26 173 manufactured pieces will the production gainful.
Production of wash basin strainer

Bachelor's thesis focuses on wash basin strainer fabrication technology. This rotary component will be made from ČSN 1.4301 (X5CrNi 18-10) material. Stated annual production is twenty five thousands completed products. Chosen technology for fabrication is drawing with no wall thinning with the use of hydraulic press LEN 25C. Tool for deep drawing will be used for completion. This tool's drawing documentation is enclosed in this thesis. Single-operation tool for deep drawing was designed. This tool contains blank holder, punch, die and gas spring. In the economical section was calculated that total cost of one product is 33 czech crowns. For the production to generate income at least 13 628 products would have to be made.
Production of the shape cover

This thesis deals with a project for production of output shaft cover for agricultural technique which is made of deep drawing steel DC04. On the basis of component geometry, material and contract volume (10000 pieces per year) the drawing technology without wall attenuation has been chosen. A production plan has been processed for this technique. Drawing will be realized within four operations in a modularly solved tool in double-acting hydraulic press Ždas CTH 250. A die design is a part of the thesis, the drawing tool for the first operation is described in detail. Within economic assessment a product price is counted and contract profitability is evaluated

The work elaborated in frame of Bachelor’s studies branch B-STG presents a proposal of a creation technology of assigned component. Was elaborated technological procedure production of assigned component. On the basic of literary of the issue of drawig and calculation realized engineering hydraulic deep drawing press with nominal tensile force 250 kN and constructed drawing die. Drawing punch and drawing die are produced from alloyed instrumentál steel 19 436.9.
Technology of emitter production

The goal of this bachelor thesis is to compare the technologies of production of given workpiece using the technology of spinning and deep drawing. The object of this project is an emitter and is supposed to be made of sheet metal. The workpiece will be deep drawn in the experimental drawing tool. An economic review by production of 1000 pieces will be worked out at the end of the bachelor thesis.
The suggestion of technology of protection cover

he project executed in frame of Bachelor study presents a suggestion of manufacturing technology of cover made of deep drawing sheet iron DC 04. The theses includes comparing of possible manufacturing technologies and elaboration of manufacturing procedure by deep drawing. Based on calculation was discovered that there are four drawing and one calibrating operations needed. The CTC 250 press was chosen and for it was the tool designed for a first draw. In the theses was included economical-technical evaluation which shows that set of 50 000 pieces a year is profitable.
The manufacturing of level indicator by fineblanking process

The project elaborated in frame of engineering studies branch 2307. The project is submitting design of technology production of the extract - section from the deep drawing sheet iron 11 373.1. Pursuant to of the literary pursuit a problem of the deep drawing and calculation was designed drawing in instrument with holder. The lower ejector is using for extrusion component. The drawing instrument make use of standardised components and it is solving forms of customary stool close-set on the crank drawing inclinable press LEN 63 C (producer APJ Praha), with nominal tensile force 630 kN. Drawing punch and drawing die are produced from alloyed instrumental steel 19 436.9 (POLDI 2002), heat-worked according to drawing documentation.
Lampshade industrial lighting fixtures from the sheet metal - a proposal production technology

The aim of this Batchelor Thesis is to compare different deep drawing technologies, for given deep-drowen product – an industrial lamp, made of steel brass. The technologies to compare will be hydro-mechanical drawing, gradual deep drawing and metal stamping technology. The procedure of simple hydro-mechanical drawing parameters calculation will be indicated. The prevalent part of the Thesis is aimed at different technologies description, and on an illustrating example of individual operations expensiveness.
