Marketing communication analysis in Foundation Fund J&T

The bachelor thesis deals with the marketing communication of non-profit organizations focusing on foundations and foundation funds with the example of the Foundation Fund J&T. In the theoretical part the thesis outlines the theory of the non-profit sector with emphasis on foundations and foundation funds. The second half of the theoretical part focuses on the theory of marketing, marketing mix and marketing communications and marketing specifics again in foundation funds. The practical part is devoted to a specific example Foundation Fund J&T, its history, general characteristics and marketing communication. The practical part also includes its own survey, which assesses the awareness of the Foundation among students of the University of Economics in Prague.
Communication strategy of Alzheimer Foundation

This Diploma thesis is focused on the topic of marketing communication in non-profit organizations. In the theoretical part the main terms and concepts are defined such as marketing, communication mix and its adjustment for demands of the non-profit sector. The non-profit sector is also described. Practical part deals with one chosen non-profit organization -- Alzheimer Foundation. The aim of this thesis is to evaluate the communication tools utilized by this foundation when approaching its target groups. Based on the current situation, comparison with Czech Alzheimer's Society and British Alzheimer's Society the proposal of communication strategy is made for the period from July to December 2014.
Strategic analysis of the Leontinka Foundation

The aim of this work is to process strategic analysis of Leontinka Foundation and present conclusions and recommendations based on the findings of this analysis. The theoretical part describes the methodology under which the practical part is prepared. The basic terms are explained that are related to strategic analysis as well as the whole process of creating strategies and various methods that are part of the strategic analysis. The practical part is the application of selected methods on the example of Leontinka Foundation. Based on the information gathered during the strategic analysis conclusions are drawn about the state of the organization.
A Combined handicapped children´s parents´ opinions about the level of current care for these children

This thesis deals with the views of parents of children with multiple disabilities for current care and assistance from the state. In the theoretical part of the description of the types of multiple disability, we will pay the education of children with disabilities, comprehensive rehabilitation, allowances for handicapped, and foundations that help financial means living with disabilities easier. In the practical part, through a questionnaire survey, we will try to describe the views of parents on assistance from the state, and how satisfied they are with the education of their children with disabilities.

Tato práce se věnuje následujícím aspektům právní úpravy nadačního práva ve jmenovaných státech: 1) druhy nadací z hlediska zákonem přípustných účelů, které mohou nadace sledovat, 2) podmínky pro vznik nadací (požadavky registrace/souhlasu orgánu státní správy) včetně požadovaného minimálního kapitálu, a 3) organizační struktura nadací. Právní úprava v České republice je z hlediska těchto aspektů porovnána s právní úpravou ve Francii, v Německu a v Rakousku. Práce rovněž upozorňuje na určité nedostatky ve stávající právní úpravě nadačního práva a v této souvislosti zmiňuje novelu zákona o nadacích a nadačních fondech, která vstupuje v účinnost dne 1. července 2010.
