This Bachelor´s thesis solves a project of family house for one generation. Object has two floors and basement. The second floor is realised as an attic. Garage is a part of a house. Supporting parts of construction are made of POROTHERM system. The saddle roof is created with concrete tiles KMB Hodonka. Object is insulated by ETICS system. The building is situated in Letohrad. Surrounding terrain is flat. The project is focused on implementation part of documentation and treatment of particular details.

It is an ecological family farm engaged in raising sheep and processing of sheep milk. There is a restaurant and accommodation at hotel level. Proposed set of objects is located south-west of the village Pozďatín on a gentle hill and is surrounded by pastures and woods. The concept is based on a traditional country farmhouse with a semi-closed court. The buildings are irregularly interwoven of narrow and tall blocks with different colors, which expand and illuminate the attic space and allowing its use. The northern building is a restaurant, accommodation for guests and a flat of house owner , there are stables in the south and side is covered parking for mechanization on the west side. Buildings are designed by wooden system, so-called the Platform-Frame system.

The aim of the Bachelor´s Thesis is a family house design. The Design Documentation deals with a one-generation family house. This family house is separately standing building. The building is designed as a newly constructed triple-storey family house, with basement and with residential attic. The strucural system is desinged in a walled technology of Porotherm system. Ceilings are made of ferroconcrete. The roof is saddle, there are two separated saddle roofs. The house will be founded on monolithic concrete continuous footing strips.

The aim of the Bachelor’s Thesis is a family house design. The Design Documentation deals with a one-generation family house. This family house is a separately standing building. The bachelor work contains design documents of a standalone family house. This house is situated in the village Lipůvka, region Blansko in parcel no. 662/69 in the land register of Lipůvka. Built up area is 231,3 m2. Family house is two-stroyed, partial basement with an attic. On ground floor is designed entrance, vestibule, bathroom, WC, kitchen, pantry, dining room, tercce, living room, staircase, corridor, quest-room, garage, workshop, dressroom. In the attic are situated three rooms, bedroom, bathroom, WC, dressroom, loggia. In the basement are situated laundry room, boiler room, warehouse appliance. The building is based on foundation strips made from concrete C20/25, all frame structures are designed in the system Porotherm. Staircase is made as monolithic construction with wood paneling. The roof is gabled roof with type of „hambalek“ construction. Roof slope is 35° with ceramic tile of „Tondach Francouska 14“

The bachelor work contains design documents of a standalone family house with an establishment. This house is situated in the area of Brno-centre, region Brno in parcel no. 1428/1 in the land register of Kohoutovice. Built up area is 164,5 m2. The house is a twofloor,partial basement with an attic. On the ground floor of the living part of the house is designed entrance, vestibule, corridor, bathroom, WC, kitchen, pantry, cojoined dining room and living room, and staircase. In the operational part of the ground floor is designed entrance, waiting room, veterinary medicine, WC for the patients, WC for the working staff, conveniences, dressroom, and store room. In the attic there are situated two rooms, quest bedroom, master bedroom, bathroom, WC, dressroom, study, corridor, and loggia. In the basement there are situated workshop, laundry room, cleaning store room, corridor, and staircase. The building is based on foundation strips made from concrete C16/20, all peripheral frame structures in the basement are designed in BTB bricks, and the elevated frame sturcturesthe syare designes in system Porotherm. Staircase is made as monolithic construction with wood paneling. Roof is a gabled roof of the type „hambalek“ construction. Roof slope is 35° with ceramic tile of „Tondach Figaro 11“.

The work deals with setting up a loft conversion in a existing renovated truss construction of the historical building in Znojmo. The teoretical part of the work deals with the composition of enclosing constructions and their termal insulation properties. Technical and accompanying report is attached to this work as well as the practical part wich includes technical drawings with the layout solution of loft conversion compliance with the hygiene regulations and standards.

The diploma thesis deals with the reconstruction of the attic apartment building on street Merhautova in Brno. By reconstucting the loft space will create a new housing unit for the needs of the owner family of apartment building. The whole building was mesuared and subsequently evaluated in the documentation of the current state of the loft space. There were three draft layout according to homeowner and selected the best option, which was drawn up in the project documentation and obtaining approval for implementation.
