Evaluation of data captured by UAV
Martináková, Veronika ; Setnický, Viktor (referee) ; Kalvoda, Petr (advisor)
The master´s thesis deals with the application of unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) in photogrammetry and mapping. The first part describes the UAV that was used for imaging, legislative restrictions resulting from its operations, planning and realization of the flight. The second part of this thesis is focused on processing results, especially on evaluation the accuracy of the results gained by UAV with and without a GNSS module. The data are evaluated in the 3rd accuracy rating class (ČSN 01 3410). The theoretical principles are explained as well. The main aim of the thesis is to demonstrate the effective use of the GNSS module Emlid Reach and the unmanned aerial vehicle in geodesy.
Determining of Dron Localization Using Navigation Systems
Nosál, Jan ; Goldmann, Tomáš (referee) ; Drahanský, Martin (advisor)
The thesis describes problems of drone navigation using navigation systems with which the navigation modules that have been tested are able to work. Next the issue with flight path and the determination of the incline and direction of the flight of the drones was solved also. Drones are more and more popular devices used for military, agricultural and commercial purposes. The thesis contains information about most used navigation systems which we encounter every day especially in cars and aircrafts. There were tested two navigation modules for drone localization. Modules capable of handling five navigation systems GPS, Glonass, Galileo, Beidou, QZSS and they can communicate with the Arduino board and IMU controller for drone positioning.
Flight Elevation Estimation of a Dron Using Various Sensors
Gábrle, Martin ; Goldmann, Tomáš (referee) ; Drahanský, Martin (advisor)
The paper deals with the aim of measuring the actual height of drone with as much accuracy as possible to maintain the drone at a certain height for longer flight time. It uses 2 barometrs, one on the drone and the other on the ground to indicate the zero altitude.
Design of delivery drone
Partl, Zdeněk ; Surman, Martin (referee) ; Haltof, Vladimír (advisor)
Topic of this diploma thesis is design of delivery drone. This thesis deals with the current situation of the market in design and technical aspects. The main goal is create an original design characteristic in shape and technical ways.
Visual tracking systém pro UAV
KOLÁŘ, Michal
This master thesis deals with the analysis of the current possibilities for object tracking in the image, based on which is designed a procedure for creating a system capable of tracking an object of interest. Part of this work is designing virtual reality for the needs of implementation of the tracking system, which is finally deployed and tested on a real prototype of unmanned vehicle.
Flight Characteristics Control System for Autonomous Drone
Červenka, Ondřej ; Strnadel, Josef (referee) ; Šimek, Václav (advisor)
The goal of the bachelor thesis is to build a drone and implementation of safety measures in case of RC signal loss and also stabilizing the drone in the air using GPS and other available sensors. The thesis describes on history and development of the drones, their construction, components and parts of which it consists. Practical aspect focuses on building the drone, implementation of code for autonomous behaviour and testing of the final product.
MultiCopter Design
Picek, Matěj ; Pelikán, Petr (referee) ; Zdařil, Zdeněk (advisor)
In my work, I focused on the design of an electric multicopter for common and advanced users. The main objective was to bring a simple practical solution to the dron, which will correspond to the current functional and aesthetic standards of industrial design in the aircraft industry. Whole concept of the dron is designed to be as user-friendly as possible. Thanks to its simplicity, small dimensions and dron structure, it takes a minimal transport space and is almost instantly ready for use.
Acoustic Drone Detection Using Microphone Array
Múčka, Milan ; Beran, Vítězslav (referee) ; Szőke, Igor (advisor)
This work deals with methods of acoustic localization for electrical multicopters using a microphone field composed of several microphones at a certain distance. The main methods of localization and detection using sound waves are explained in the paper. Next, the algorithms that implement these methods are designed. The results summarize the results of these algorithms together with experiments to verify their functionality.
Usage of drones in the Logistics of the company SKODA AUTO a.s.
Čajko, Adam ; Jirsák, Petr (advisor) ; Vinš, Marek (referee)
This Master´s Thesis Usage of drones in the Logistics of the company SKODA AUTO a.s. reacts to the current trend of unmanned aerial vehicles (drones) which are being used in many areas. Aim of this thesis is to analyse laws which regulate the operation of drones in selected countries, to assess suitability of drones for specific process of inventory of empty containers in the company SKODA AUTO a.s. and to suggest an alternative solution for this process. Thesis investigates usage of drones in the Logistics mainly for goods delivery and stock inventory. Mass drone delivery is currently not feasible due to many problems and challenges. Stock inventory has become a reality. Analysis of legislation is focused on EU, Czech Republic, Germany and China. Technology for inventory of empty containers using drones in SKODA AUTO a.s. has a long payback period (21 years) and author does not recommend drones for this process based on this criterion. As an alternative solution, the technology designed at AUDI company is recommended (camera placed on forklift and software for automated container identification).
Usage of UAV in geophysical survey – the overview
Hlůšek, Josef ; Houfek, Martin (referee) ; Krejsa, Jiří (advisor)
This bacheor´s thesis elaborates on possibilites of use of unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) in geophysical surveys. The thesis introduces a list of methods and sensors used in geophysical surveys, an owerview of commercially available UAVs suitable for such survey followed by analysis of their capabilites.
