The Use of Metohods of the Project Management in Company
Došek, Ivan ; Holeš, Štefan (referee) ; Smolíková, Lenka (advisor)
The master´s thesis is about creating of travel blog. In the beginning there is analysis of actual situation and creating of change. Right after will be created risk analysis to see and identify risk and in case to express and stand in front of risk regarding their risk seriousness. Blog asi t is will be created with help of tools of project management and it should be transformed to small business in selling of cheap flights through the business partner.
Implementation of ERP System Using Methods of Project Management
Miškaříková, Andrea ; Hýbner, Lukáš (referee) ; Smolíková, Lenka (advisor)
The master´s thesis deals with implementation of ERP system in the company using project management methods. The theoretical part is focused on the most important areas of project management and the essence of ERP systems. Afterwards there are carried out strategic analysis of the company. The main part of thesis contains the specific proposal of project of implementation of ERP system which includes risk analysis, time analysis and budgeting.
Dynamic analysis of structure with seismic loads
Šnajdárková, Jana ; Nevařil, Aleš (referee) ; Vlk, Zbyněk (advisor)
This thesis focuses on creation of two models of high-rise construction - beam and shell. A dynamic analysis is performed on these models. The selected program is RFEM software and the created high-rise construction is Hearst Tower skyscraper, which is interesting for its diagrid system around its perimeter. There is described process of creating both models and associated problems. Dynamic analysis is performed using standard EN 1998-1. There belongs calculations of sufficient number of modal shapes, spectral analysis and time analysis. Then the results are compared on selected point on the both models.
Study of the changes in brain electrical activity caused by the decreasing level of wakefulness
Vlček, Milan ; Kolářová, Jana (referee) ; Ronzhina, Marina (advisor)
The resume of this bachelor´s project is to introduce reader into different methods of analisis of electroencephalograms and to find out and monitor changes in human brain activity during decreasing vigilance level. The appropriate data are necessary to monitor these changes and differences between two stages of brain activity such as sleep and wakefulness. These data were measured by Biopac system and analysed in Matlab.
Analysis of long-term electrocardiograms
Bazovský, Richard ; Hlaváč, Martin (referee) ; Kolářová, Jana (advisor)
This work is devoted to methodology of long-term treatment (24 hour) ECG signal using Holter’s monitoring with regard to heart rate variability (HRV). Where HRV is observed distances between heart systole (R-Rwaves) following behind or addiction immediate heart rate. Consequently, these processes can be handled in two ways, either by analyzing the time or frequency domain (spectral range). Through evaluation of these waveforms will be possible to determine the condition status of the heart or type of heart failure. In the programming environment Matlab algorithm was developed for the processing of signals at the output which gives the needed results in the form of graphs (HRV) or the values of important parameters. The functionality of the program was tested on several signals and the obtained values were close to the standard.
Lean Production Application
Nepraš, Ondřej ; Kotek, Luboš (referee) ; Fiala, Alois (advisor)
This master’s thesis deals with analysis and follow-up suggestion of efficiency improvement on the production line in RACIO s.r.o. First part of thesis is dealing with theoretical preparation and understanding lean production. Second part is dealing with analyzing production process and application of methods lean production. According to the production process analysis at the given production line a new solution of the production process has been suggested to increase production efficiency. This solution has been implemented and compared to the production process before, as well as to the production process after increasing the efficiency.
Prestressed bridge No. 202 on the expressway R2 in Slovakia
Janek, Tomáš ; Urban, Jiří (referee) ; Koláček, Jan (advisor)
My diploma thesis deals with design of the bridge number 202 on expressway in Slovakia. The bridge leads across the road number I50 (between Trenčín and Bánovce nad Bebravou) and railway number 130 (between Trenčín and Chynorany). For each course there is a separate super-structure. Only left super-structure is considered for the work. The box girder with four spans is chosen from three variations. This bridge is designed according to limit states, construction´s influence on design is taking into consideration. Structural model of construction is made as a spatial bar model. Structural analysis, well arranged drawings and visualization are elaborated in this thesis too.
Analysis of cantilever of commercial building
Gric, Pavel ; Šiška, Radek (referee) ; Strnad, Jiří (advisor)
This diploma thesis is about analysis of post-tensioned cantilever beam, which is part of cantilever of commercial building. The main part of thesis is evaluation of behavior of building structure in time and determination of the most suitable staging. Next part of thesis is design and evaluation of reinforced slab and beam.
The analysis of the dynamic and acoustic parameters of the superstructure construction
Bačík, Jakub ; Tomandl, Vladimír (referee) ; Smutný, Jaroslav (advisor)
This diploma thesis is focused on operational testing of selected railway lines with different structures of railway superstructure. For the purposes of measuring were chosen suitable measuring sections on the rail corridor and was designed suitable measuring methodology. Dynamic and acoustic parameters of tested structures were determined on the basis of all tests, which were performed. Suitable mathematic method was chosen for evaluation of tests in time and frequency zone. Part of my work is also compare parameters of the tested structures and recommendations for practice.
Static design of roof structure
Duda, Tomáš ; Bažant, Zdeněk (referee) ; Zich, Miloš (advisor)
The subject of the diploma thesis is the design and static analysis of roof structure. It is prestressed roof shell (membrane) supported by a cable. The whole thesis is divided into several separated units according to task's specification. The text section describes the introduction to the issue of presstressed suspension cable constructions and displays their possible shapes, types and realizations. There is also technical report of solved shell, which was written on the base of the documents, drawn drawings and structural (static) analysis.
