SIEBENSTICHOVÁ, Pavla
This bachelor thesis deals with the application of the Basic Stimulation concept at special primary schools, i.e. schools serving for children suffering from serious forms of mental disability, in combination with potential other disabilities. The basic stimulation concept was created by the German special pedagogue Prof. Andreas Fröhlich in the 1970s, for the education of pupils suffering from serious mental or combined disabilities, at special schools. It was applied in nursing by Prof. Christel Binstein in the 1980s. In this area it also used in the Czech Republic for the first time at the beginning of this century, thanks to PhDr. Karolína Friedlová.The objective of this bachelor thesis was to find out in which way basic stimulation may be used at special primary schools and how it can be incorporated into the education programme. In accordance with this objective, my thesis contains a definition of the basic terms, a brief historical outline of the development of basic stimulation and its theoretical foundations, and subsequently the particular techniques that the concept makes use of. The most essential passage is the theoretical definition of possibilities of applying the concept in the special pedagogical practice, particularly at special primary schools. This part is completed with three case studies that present the real application possibilities of the basic stimulation concept at three special primary schools in scope of the whole Czech Republic.

We monitored dependence of the sludge dry residue content on disintegration temperature as well as content of suspended solids in liquid fraction (FUGAT). It was possible to choose optimal temperature of disintegration in accordance with processed results.

Předposlední kapitola této rigorózní práce představuje srovnání naší právní úpravy s právní úpravou zahraniční, a to s právní úpravou Slovenské republiky. Kapitola poslední, osmá pak představuje závěr této rigorózní práce, její sumarizaci a názor autora nejen na další vývoj boje proti korupci. Corruption - aspects of criminal law This rigorous work is called " Corruption - aspects of criminal law". MÁCHALOVÁ, Lenka
Abstract The problems of hazardous behavior with adolescents are getting into the foreground of the wide public. The problem of hazardous behavior with children, adolescents or young people is very real, not only in the Czech Republic, but all over the world, at prezent, it is a worldwide problem representing a substantial social problem with which many specialists in the field of psychologists, psychiatrics, educators, politics and other participating institucions, World Health Organization, are dealing. The Publisher results of research are pointing to a non- decreasing occurrence of hazardous behavior, where it comes to a basic shifting to a lower age group from the point of view of the gender eguality, when the girls and boys engage in hazardous behavior with different circumstances, conditions and occurrence. A whole range of research on this theme exists, but it does not fully concern the hazardous behavior, for instance in connection with information technologies, cell phones and using of habit-forming drugs. The thesis is divided in the theoretical and the practical part. In the theoretical part, the selected forms of hazardous behavior with children and the gender problems are described. In the practical part, the quantitative research method has been chosen,a method of gathering data by means of a questionnaire. The research summary for questionnaire inquiry was created by pupils attending the 7 th to 9 th school year of the primary schools in the South Bohemian region. The aim and purpose of the thesis was to find the appearance of selected risk behaviour with the children from the point of view of the gender, and to map the differences with a view to the gender problems. The aim was accomplished. There were four hypothesis stated. H1: The boys are a more endangered group in occurance of a hazardous behavior in connection with alkohol than the girls. H2: There is a higher risk in connection with usaje non-legal drugs about boys than about girls. H3: Boys are more endangered in the occurrence of a hazardous behavior in connection with habit-forming behavior relating to virtual milieu. H4: Girls are more endangered in connection with communication technology. The thesis may be used as an information survey of a selected hazardous behavior with the children and with the gender problems. The results of the research can be used as informative material for the lay public, for children and adolescents, for parents and other specialists (anti-drug coordinator, methodic of school prevention and not least for the education or as basics for a further following research aktivity. Further, the results of the research can be used for a closer determination of suitable prevention programs. INSTITUTIONAL CARE
PAPÁČKOVÁ, Lucie
The aim of this bachelor thesis is to acquaint the reader with institutional care in the Czech Republic, performed in facilities belonging to the Ministry of Health, the Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs, and the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports. Institutional care is one of the most important measures in which the State may intervene in family relationships. Minors have the legal right to secure a proper education and overall development. If the parents or family are unable to fulfill this legal claim, then the State is obliged to provide the child with an alternative rearing environment, either by assigning the child to the care of individuals or a facility for children requiring immediate assistance, and in the event of a necessity, also the most important measure: imposing institutional care. Priority is always given to individual care before institutional care, either with another individual, guardian, or foster parent. The Act also defines exactly where it's possible to proceed to extreme measures and impose institutional care. Given the severity of this measure, this decision only appertains to courts. No other governmental or non-governmental institution has such authority. This paper is aimed at introducing institutional care and the protection of children in the Czech Republic, especially highlighting the fragmentation of institutional care. The fundamental part of this paper describes the process of imposing institutional care, and especially its implementation in individual institutional facilities, differentiated according to the children's age, their physical and mental abilities, and the reasons why institutional care was decided on. The priority should always be the child's interest and welfare. This work also highlights the shortcomings of institutional care, particularly the lack of cooperation between the socio-legal protection of children and institutional facilities, the limited cooperation between government departments, the lack of suitable family recovery, and the small number of social workers and judges in the field. Finally, I also mention the achievements that brought about the transformation of institutional care, particularly the conversion to small family type facilities, surrounded by a network of services for the families of allocated children, the children themselves, and also other families who find themselves in a difficult situation. Not all children can be placed in foster care, not all families can be recovered. Especially for some older children and those who have gone through a specific life experience (abuse, repeated return from foster families), an institutional facility is an environment where they feel more secure and where they can fulfill their need to belong in a group of peers. In my work, I also want to draw attention to the current system of child care for children and youth, which does not address the period following the departure of young people from institutional care, although the stage of becoming independent is the most important for their future life.
