The theme of this thesis are forms of advertising on social networks and consumer protection. The main informational source is above all research of specialized literature, articles, online or other sources in connection with author's own observations and analysis of the respective legislation and ultimately the comparison with author's gained professional experience. The result of this work is a comprehensive overview and introduction to the law of social networks and advertising, demonstration of the importance and significance of this topic and finally evaluation of the effectiveness of legislation that protects consumers in the environment of social networks.

Marketing and communication strategy of Spotify streaming service

The objective of this Masters`s Thesis is an analysis of marketing and communication strategy of Spotify, the music streaming service, and subsequent presentation of proposals and recommendation with the aim to improve existing strategy. The thesis consists of theoretical and practical part. In the theoretical part, basic terms such as marketing, marketing mix, marketing and communication strategy, are defined. In the practical part, streaming service Spotify, its marketing and communication mix and competitors analysis, are described. A substantial part of this thesis is own market research in a form of a survey. Findings and results derived from primary and secondary sources help the author to draw conclusions and provide recommendation for improvement of existing marketing and communication strategy of Spotify in the Czech Republic.

White crow dressed in black. Life's journey of František Jan Kroiher (1871-1948)

The present rigorous thesis is about the personality of František Jan Kroiher (1871-1948). He represented a very engaged person in a public area. His activity was very extensive and intervened in minor works in the country up to the contacts with the highest clerical and political circles. Individual chapters are devoted Kroiher´s childhood and study, career of the priest in the South Bohemia, his taking part in the reform efforts of the Czech clergy, work in a cooperative and economic sphere, a politic career in Agrarian Party and his extensive journalistic activities and sponsorship. At the end there is evaluation of Kroiher´s personality, followed by the list of sources and bibliography, index of names, a list of abbreviations and supplements. The rigorous thesis was based on prospecting quantity of the archival documents, period newspapers and literature. This Master thesis deals with the processing of a business plan, which regard the establishment of a new agricultural trade.This thesis includes a formal structure and concrete steps of processing a business, marketing und financial plan. This thesis consists of a theoretical and practical part. After studied literature is the theoretical knowledge is used in practical part, which is then processed a concrete business plan of the new businessman. The subject´s of business of the new businessman is agricultural activity, primarily beekeeping.

Strategické marketingové plánování

Cílem diplomové práce je vytvořit návrh marketingového mixu pro nejvhodnější strategii vedoucí ke zvýšení počtu zákazníků společnosti MND neboli Moravské naftové doly. Společnost MND prodává a dodává zákazníkům plyn a elektrickou energii.
Práce bude obsahovat dvě části. V první části bude obsažena literární rešerše, která bude popsána pomocí prostudování odborné literatury z oblasti marketingu.
Praktická část bude zaměřena na společnost Moravské naftové doly, kde bude charakterizována a posuzována pomocí vědních metod například analýza sekundárních dat, dedukční metoda a také pomocí metody empirického poznání. Praktická část bude také obsahovat Porterův model pěti sil, STEP analýzu a SWOT analýzu, která hodnotí příležitosti a ohrožení. SWOT analýza bude vycházet z analýzy konkurenceschopnosti pro zjištění silných a slabých stránek společnosti.

Zalužanský Brook Restoration Project

This thesis contains restoration project of chosen section of Zalužansky brook in Ústecký kraj. Project is processed at the level of documentation for territorial management according to decree no. 499/2006, of buildings documentation. Theoretical part captures professional literature research dedicated to restorations, spatial planning and buildings documentation. Analytic segment closely defines and characterise location of interest at first, although major part consists of designed restoration measures following requirements for creating a building documentation by mentioned decree. Benefit from this thesis is it's possible usage as a background material for documentation created by authorised engineer for water management and landscape planning.

Objectives work
This thesis will deal with stress and its effects on the activity of driving city
mass transit. The work is described how stress is, how it can be managed, and how to prevent it.
Empirical part will deal with the effects of stress on the driver's performance and resistance to him.
methodics
The theoretical part will be based on a compilation of texts from literature. In the empirical part will be used method of standardized questionnaires. For research purposes is determined hypothesis, which will be checked by statistical methods. The results of empirical research will be commented and presented in the summary tables and graphs.

Evaluation of the European Cohesion Policy in Selected Region

The diploma's thesis is aiming to evaluate European policy of social cohesion and its growth options in the selected region. The evaluation is connected to the Elbe cycle route and it is based on analyses.
The theoretical part of the thesis introduces the subject of European policy of social cohesion while defining its legislation and framework of the legislation. It also defines the embodiment of regional politics within legislation of the local government i.e. the Czech Republic.
Analyses of the development of the selected project i.e. the Elbe cycle route and its impact on Hradec Kralove district will be dealt with in the practical part of the thesis. Business results of entities participating on the Elbe cycle route project will be gathered and used in order to evaluate selected indicators. Final assessment will be based on benchmarking. Method of comparison, analyses and syntheses will be used to evaluate gathered data. Applicable data will be gathered by research of related literature. Information will be also provided by the executive entities connected to the project, regional websites focussed on cycle tourism and by the town of Smiřice. Data gathered by the entities that cooperate on supervision of the Elbe cycle route project will be used for the statistic assessment.

Enhancing qualification of employees and their motivation to improve working activities in business

The name of this Bachelor´s Thesis is Enhancing qualification of employees and their motivation to augment the effect of work results in business. Its theoretical part defines terms such as human resources, education in business, qualification, competence and motivation all of which were processes along with usage of professional literature. The content of practical part concerns both the innate questionaire for which the emploees of Czech Business Bank were addressed and the concise introduction of Czech Business Bank. Result analyses evaluate questionaires and show not only the degree of employees´ satisfaction with the educational system, but also the motivation of the employer. The final part of the Thesis is focused on recommendation how to improve the contemporary situation.
