Phishing in the gaming industry

This bachelor thesis deals with a currently major issue of cyber security, which is phishing. The study is also specific in that it is focused on the gaming industry, which is subjected to a detailed analysis. The first goal of thesis is to acquaint the reader with problems of security risks of phishing in general and in game related fields. To achieve this goal, in the introduction of the theoretical part of the work, the general problem of phishing with a view on historical development and expansion is presented. Furthermore is described topic of gaming industry, its trends of videogames and security risks of online trading. The second goal is to give future and existing Steam users an overview of common phish-ing attacks and countermeasures. To achieve this goal, in the analytical part of the work, a specific gaming platform in online trading and distribution of game is selected, Steam from Valve. In the practical part of the work, eight selected phishing attacks are conducted to brief analysis and completed into a final evaluation and countermesures of all attacks.

The crime of disorderly conduct

The thesis deals with the topic of the criminal offense of disorderly conduct focusing on disruption of organised sport events. This action is also referred to as spectator violence. The term of spectator violence, sometimes simplified as hooliganism, is used in different ways and it is not strictly defined. It usually includes violent or dangerous behaviour of spectators during sport events. The content is divided into eight chapters, which aim at defining this term and offer a complex and clear analysis. Opening passages are dedicated to criminal offense of disorderly conduct as such. They include an analysis of prerequisites conditioning the committing of criminal offense of disorderly conduct according to the § 358 of penal code. It serves as a vocabulary of terms for further study and for understanding of the mutual interconnection with the term spectator violence. Chapter III is an attempt at a proper definition of the spectator violence phenomenon through the description of values and ideals that are threatened by this conduct and through the overview of the methods used while committing this crime. Renewable energy legislation

This master thesis discusses current legislation in the field of supported and renewable energy sources. At the beginning of the thesis are defined renewable energy sources from the perspective of Czech legislation and of professional view. The second part is focused on legislation regarding renewable energy sources in the European Union and the Czech Republic. Follows an overview of the support tools and legislation regarding renewable energy sources in other member states of the European Union and the current status of the set objectives related to the share of energy from renewable sources in gross final energy consumption, which have been established by Directive 2009/28/EC. At the end is summary, along with an overview of the most successful and least successful countries in terms of achieving the objective.

The Consumer dispute resolution

The thesis deals with the consumer dispute and ways how to resolve it. The main aim of this thesis is to analyze and evaluate if disadvantages of court proceeding in the Czech republic still overweight its advantages, and thus whether the topic of alternative disputes resolution of consumer disputes is actual, then to give an overview and evaluation of alternative disputes resolution for consumer dispute which the Czech republic offers in the context of Community Law of the European Union, and finally to outline the development of future initiatives in this area.

How partial sections of this organism thinks and how cooperate.
Also this thesis deals with organization structure of New web. Collectively write an overview of activities this network. Uncover sources of funding. All in relation with functioning of another culture networks in Europe. Concretely IETM, Trans Europe Halles and IN SITU organizations. In conclusion wants to outline future direction of New web organization.

Global Economy Outlook - December 2016

Global Economic Outlook presents the regular monthly overview of recent and expected developments in selected territories, focusing on key economic variables: inflation, GDP growth, leading indicators, interest rates, exchange rates and commodity prices. In this issue, we also focus on a major phenomenon of the day: the migration of people into Europe, and Germany in particular. In this context, we present an analysis of the effect of the increased number of refugees on the German labour market. We show, among other things, that the incoming migrants will be far from enough to cover the demand for labour in Germany and also that they will compete more with workers arriving in search of jobs in Germany from Central and Eastern European countries than with German citizens.

Cultural support in Prague's districts

Diploma thesis ”Cultural support in Prague's districts” focuses on a current situation in municipal strategical management and support of culture in all Prague districts. The introduction emphasises the importance of each level of government in the management and support of culture through comparing specific cultural policies. The research is divided into two parts. First one depicts how culture is being understood on the municipal level and presents an overview of existing instruments for support and planning. The second part is focused on a few municipal districts that handle their culture policy with a particular strategy and consider it to be an irreplaceable part of a local development. The second part also examines what tactics and tools these municipal districts use for a realization of their strategic goals. In conclusion, this thesis proves why the role of the local official government is so important in the developement and implementation of culture.

The Impacts of the Tax Records Transition to Accounting for the Selected Entrepreneur

The thesis titled Impacts of the transition of tax register on accounting for the selected entrepreneur deals with a general overview of management, tax register and accounting for entrepreneurs in the Czech Republic with respect to the chosen legal form of business. The outcome is determined by critical moments and recommendation of variants of the transition on accounting with regard to tax optimization.
The theoretical part explains the basic concepts related to doing business in the Czech Republic, followed by a description of the analysis of the various accounting methods depending on the chosen form of business. It is also outlined the current tax system of the Czech Republic with an emphasis on income tax of legal persons with optimization option.
The practical part is focused on acquired of theoretical knowledge. At selected entrepreneur are made model calculations related to the financial results of the total levy taxes, including optimization, depending on the method of accounting and in connection with the legal form of business. At the end of the practical part are determined the critical moments of transition from tax register on accounting and for entrepreneur is proposed the optimal process of transition.

Information systems of secondary education

This dissertation Information system of secondary education deals with a practical application of the information system used at the Secondary Vocational school of Gastronomy and Business in Prague, which mainly aims at the presentation of an overview, exploitation and assessment of information systems for secondary schools and based on a questionnaire survey suggests a solution to the given situation.
The theoretical part of the thesis shows a summary and application of the information systems for secondary schools based on secondary research of literature and available sources. The practical part is primarily targeted at research concerning practical application of the information system. The other part refers to a needs analysis of the pedagogical staff referring to the application of the school IS in the form of a questionnaire survey. Subsequent improvement proposals are made based on the outcome evaluation.

Design and implementation of e-learning in the area of interest

The bachelor's thesis entitled "Design and implementation of e-learning in the area of interest" deals with buying used cars. The essential part of this work is a creation of e-learning course for buyers and other people interested in this area which aims to improve their knowledge. The participants will get an overview of the most common situations and problems they can meet when buying a used car. The theoretical part presents an overview of the topics of the issue of purchase of used cars. It may serve as a theoretical guidance to the e-course, it brings its content. The topics are based on the analysis of information from printed and electronic sources, supplemented by experiences of the author and experts in the field. The practical part deals with the creation of an e-learning course. It contains an analysis of the needs of buyers, the reasons for the creation of the course and the requirements of it, its objectives, a description of the used authoring tool eXe and graphic creation process from the creation of the course after its publication in steps. All this is complemented by the feedback from six volunteers who have expressed an interest in testing the course and then doing a review. Before the creation of the course it was necessary to analyze the situation and find out why such a course is needed. The acquired knowledge was then processed in the course by the synthesis method. For the evaluation method it was used a short personal interview where the author examined satisfaction with the course, its possible shortcomings and suggestions for improvements or enhancements.
